We are looking for a Senior Manager – Policy, Government & Evidence Generation. This is a key role for Youth Futures Foundation as a What Works Centre. Reporting to the Head of Public Policy, but working closely with Evaluation and Public Affairs colleagues, this is a unique role, sitting at the intersection of our policy, government relations and evidence generation work. The work of the Public Policy team will focus on the following strategic themes for the organisation:

You will lead and manage our work in two key macro areas:
- Evidence generation opportunities – Engaging with national and local government on evidence generation partnership opportunities, working with the Evidence and Evaluation team to identify new opportunities and supporting the brokerage of trials to test interventions to support marginalised young people.
- Regional policy – Managing our policy work with regional and local government across the youth employment agenda
This role can be based at any of our hubs located in London, Birmingham or Leeds. We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.

The Talent Set are delighted to be working with Ellenor to find their Lottery Manager. This role is 0.8 FTE.
The charity offers a flexible working environment, with hybrid working 1-2 days per week from their office in Gravesend.
The person in this role will strategically lead the Hospice lottery to maximise income through developing new approaches and increasing its profile whilst ensuing full Gambling Commission compliance. The role of the Lottery Manager is twofold – working with agencies and spotting promotional opportunities to acquire and recruit new players, whilst cherishing and valuing those we already have by thanking them and keeping them informed of the difference their support makes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategy to ensure long term and sustainable growth of lottery income with support from the Head of Individual Giving.
• Working towards agreed KPIs and income targets for the lottery, by increasing membership and reducing attrition.
• To possess up-to-date and thorough operational familiarity with the Lottery Conditions and Codes of Practice outlined by the Gambling Commission (Gambling Act 2005) and to ensure adherence to these regulations in all work activities.
• To manage the lottery income and expenditure budgets, ensuring all activity meets income targets and expenditure remain on budget.
• Develop our digital presence (website, social media, etc.) to source new acquisition and increase our local community’s awareness of the lottery.
• Be the main contact for the relationship with our canvassing companies, taking responsibility for the recruitment and training canvassers for the lottery, and for ensuring that our 3rd party providers deliver their KPIs in terms of recruitment numbers and attrition levels.
• Be the ‘go to’ person for all lottery fundraising related matters from across the organisation.
• Work closely with the marketing team to contribute to the development of campaigns to increase lottery membership and income.
• Work closely with the Supporter Care team to ensure all lottery communications reflect our brand values and that weekly reports are completed to help the delivery of stewardship plans.
• Work closely with our Retail outlets both in terms of venues for potential members, and to ensure our lottery is promoted to all customers and supporters.
• Deliver the stewardship plan for our lottery players, from the point of sign up, spotting opportunities to retain and develop them further maximising the lifetime value of every supporter.
• Ensure that all communication with lottery supporters is captured through the Fundraising database CRM System (donorflex).
Person Specification:
• Proven, long term track record of delivering successful income generation campaigns and activity in a business or charity – ideally relating to charity lotteries.
• Experience in a target driven environment like fundraising or sales.
• Experience of working with marketing teams and other departments to support objective delivery.
• High level of specialist knowledge and experience in lottery income generating role. (Desirable)

Summary and key purpose
This new role will be primarily responsible for developing, marketing and managing our individual giving together with working across other fundraising disciplines. You will be a key member of our fundraising team, producing compelling fundraising communications, stewarding individual donors, including regular donors and gifts in memory. You will ensure that our donors receive excellent care.
Our Individual Giving programme will incorporate one-off donations, regular giving, digital fundraising, appeals and in-memory giving. You will do this, with the support of our recently appointed fundraising agency, who you will manage our relationship with week by week.
A critical element of the role will be how we market ourselves to potential new donors, taking them on an emotional engagement journey in order to solicit regular gifts.
Your expertise and skills:
To excel in this role, you will need prior experience of working in a fundraising setting, with an understanding of good stewardship practices. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, working across teams and meeting multiple deadlines. Your excellent relationship management skills will enable you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders and gather information on new projects. You must have a thorough understanding of individual giving, developing donor journeys and experience of work with agencies.
Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the regular giving programme, project managing appeals and overseeing the thanking process for individual donors.
- Create, plan, deliver and evaluate multi-channel, compliant, insight-led, supporter-centric campaigns to engage and drive action from new and existing supporters.
- Manage our newly appointed fundraising agency, and in doing so, help deliver an ambitious appeal programme and income target.

- Undertake Street outreach shifts where you will be involved in making contact with people who are sleeping rough, assessing their needs and delivering personalised case management; to support individuals to make the move away from the streets.
- Support teams of Street Outreach Workers to deliver accessible services and ensure that contact is made and sustained with Roma people sleeping rough.
- Ensure the assessments made and the support offered are appropriate and relevant for the client group and that Roma people are supported to engage with the available services.
- Work in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies and advocate, where appropriate, on behalf of Roma people with external agencies regarding their welfare rights and other support needs.

The Opportunity
The Aspiring Professionals Programme Coordinator (APPC) role will be well-suited to someone who is focused on the best ways they can help the aims of the charity as well as those of our participants and partners. An APPC is responsible for supporting the delivery and development of the Social Mobility Foundation’s programme of activities for young people through their S5-6/sixth form and university years.
The SMF offers in-person and online support and opportunities, so this role will involve providing virtual and in-person support to students and working with employers across the UK.

1. Achieving Results
- Organising, supporting and delivering skills sessions, partner events, university trips, both in person and virtually across SMF cities and other parts of the UK.
- Coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person events, including content creation, securing venues and speakers, producing webinars and video calls, advertising events, collating attendee lists and compiling feedback/evaluation
- Coordinating logistics of 6F/S5-6 and undergraduate internships, including but not limited to, internship advertising and student selection, liaising with students and employers throughout internship delivery, and compiling student feedback/evaluation
- Collaborating with SMF STAR Support partners to support the young people on our programme in their applications for internships and graduate roles
- Assisting with the organisation and delivery of in-person residential programmes for students from across the country

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. In 2024 we embarked on our new 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.
Location: Crisis Skylight London, 50-52 Commercial St, E1 6LT. There may also be a need for some UK travel. Some working from home is an option in line with Crisis’ Hybrid Working Policy however onsite presence is a key requirement of this role – with a minimum of four days per week at the London Skylight.

You will lead a team of experienced Operations Managers and Lead Workers to continue to drive the outcomes our members deserve. The team have consistently hit outcomes for the past few years, and we want to drive that further forward through our new strategic goals impacting our members and the communities around us.
As Head of Structured Coaching, you will be part of the Crisis Skylight London leadership team, empowering and enabling staff to constructively contribute to, develop and achieve the aims and objectives of the service. You will also identify and develop opportunities for effective partnerships work, so that our members have strong pathways to the community-based specialist services and support they need as part of their journey out of homelessness.

You will be a Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead who is passionate about supporting MAC-UK’s objective of working collaboratively with young people, innovating services and systems and their approach to mental health, to address health and social inequalities. We are very excited to be part of a pilot service, new in England working as part of a consortium of four organisations, alongside Lambeth Council. This will be a residential support service for young people aged 16-24 years at risk of serious youth violence, who are already caught up in the criminal justice system and at high risk of remaining part of the system. You will be working across three London properties alongside a large multi-agency staff team made up of experts by experience/profession in psychology and therapy; youth work; offending; education, training, and employment (ETE) and housing. The service will work creatively and holistically to enable young people to exit environments involving youth violence, identify and reach their goals and aspirations, move on successfully to appropriate independent living, and importantly to sustain this life. Wherever possible staff and young people will co-produce what this service looks like and what activities the young people engage in.

We're looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient person to help and support our clients in their healthcare needs as they rebuild their lives after substance misuse.
You will be responsible for coordinating healthcare services for our male residents undergoing drug and alcohol treatment, including medication management, accessing GP and specialist services, and promoting overall wellbeing. As a Senior Practitioner, I take responsibility for my own work and have a responsibility in assisting or supervising others in the team to achieve the overall team/service outcomes. I have a lead role in developing my part of the service/project.

We are a co-produced mental health charity working across Camden and Islington. We support people with mental health conditions into training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. People can access our services via our Clubhouse, where they can share their skills and expertise with others and support the running of the charity. Alternatively, they can receive support out in the community from one of our employment specialists based within primary and secondary care.
As well as Recovery support, our clubhouse provides a dedicated employment support Information, Advice and Guidance service to Islington residents with mental health needs from our community base in North Road. The IAG team provides employment support to assist clients find employment, remain in work or return to work. This takes the form of personalised support based on an individual action plan detailing the client’s agreed employment goals and actions.
OVERALL AIM
Working in collaboration with the Hillside Clubhouse Recovery project, the Employment Advisor team utilises the structured activity programme to help residents build confidence and transferable skills in a supportive setting. EAs work one-to-one with a caseload of around 40-50 people referred through various routeways including self-referrals, providing information, advice and guidance to empower clients to make better decisions about their career options and working lives, as well as signpost clients to other relevant support agencies, as appropriate.
This role would suit someone with a background in employment support, psychology, counselling, human resources, recruitment, or a desire to transfer their skills into the mental health support sector.
