We’re looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our team, to steward existing partnerships and grow new connections, especially with those in the legal sector.  As well as running our Guardians’ network, you’ll arrange key supporter events and develop bespoke partnerships.

It’s a busy role and you’ll be supported by an assistant and a close working fundraising team. You’ll also be able to build on the firm foundations we already have in place.

A newly created role to support in the growth of the organisation, the Finance Officer role is a pivotal position within the finance and wider team. As Finance Officer you will play an important part in creating a robust and innovative financial service delivery to TPG and TPGE staff. The Governance and Risk Officer (GRO) will provide support to the Head of Governance & Risk by providing administrative and organisational support in all areas of governance and risk by implementing and maintaining risk assurance activities, including the corporate risk registers, policy management, contract review and internal audit delivery.

The GRO will aid in the creation of an assurance function to manage governance, risk and adherence to policies and procedures, and will also support with the administration of the charity’s committees, both at executive and trustee level.

• Involved in ensuring the charity is keeping to the highest standards of corporate governance, and identifying, implementing and tracking changes to procedures to help drive improvements.
• Working with colleagues across all levels and areas of the organisation to promote awareness of good governance and assurance practices.
• Providing administrative support to the Head of Governance & Risk and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders both internal and external.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining various risk assurance logs and registers and engaging with key stakeholders to drive improvements against those logs.
• Undertaking various administrative tasks and assisting the Head of Governance & Risk to maintain a robust forward plan for the risk and assurance function and various trustee sub-committees.

This role is pivotal in supporting the charity’s data and systems transformation programme, ensuring the effective management and maintenance.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management including licence management, user permissions, and training
• Ensure supporter data, processes, and systems are efficient, high quality, and compliant with relevant regulations
• Collaborate with the CRM Business Analyst to gather requirements for a new CRM and support the implementation of a Super User structure
• Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ThankQ
• Maintain and develop training materials for CRM users, ensuring data quality standards are met
• Provide user support, triage tickets, and resolve issues on the service desk platform, Manage Engine
• Oversee scheduled data feeds and troubleshoot issues with the Data Integration Specialist
• Contribute to the Data Quality Programme by developing and standardising data capture and monitoring processes

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in a Senior Data Operations Officer or similar role, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and structured query language (SQL) Server Management Studio
• Practical knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and ensuring compliance
• Strong IT skills, including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience in providing database training, creating processes, and procedures
