The Director of Policy, Influencing and Change will lead our efforts to shape policy, influence practice, and channel resources towards effective approaches to advancing health equity, this include spreading and scaling our proven projects and ensuring our work has a wider impact.

Policy, Influencing and Change
 

· Strategic leadership of IoUH Policy and Influencing: Delivering and evolving Policy & Influencing strategy that embeds policy, influencing into all IoUH’s programmes and work, overseeing effective execution of the strategy by the Policy & Influencing Team.
 

· Strategic leadership of IoUH Change function: Responsible for a strategic approach to partnerships focussed on scaling and sustaining what we know works. Overseeing delivery of a select portfolio of projects that are operating at scale and being replicated, particularly with a view to influencing local and national policy making and co-funding partnerships.
 

· Impact delivery: Overseeing the development and delivery of Policy and Influencing and Change strategies to support IoUH to achieve strategic aims and stated impact goals, including influencing decision making, policy debate and the policy and practice of key stakeholders.
 

· Stakeholder engagement and thought leadership: Working with the Director of Comms to manage IoUH’s external presence. Coordinating Policy, Influencing & Change stakeholder relations ensuring that IoUH has strong relationships with key stakeholders that support
scaling of effective approaches and enables wider policy and practice changes, with priority given to Government, Parliament, Lambeth and Southwark Councils, the Greater London Authority, other funders and policy influencing organisations. Supporting the IoUH Director Team to embed good stakeholder management practices within the work of their own teams.
 

· Thought leadership: Acting as a thought leader and supporting IoUH to be the go-to experts on urban health and health equity, representing IoUH and the Foundation externally

· Line management responsibility for national and international Partnership Manager, Head of Policy & Influencing and dotted line to Portfolio Managers holding day-to-day responsibility for scaled/to be scaled programmes

Job overview

The Digital and Content Manager is responsible for the development and execution of BeyondAutism’s digital strategy, ensuring all online content and campaigns support the organisation’s strategic goals. The role owns and manages all digital platforms, including the website, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media (Bluesky, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), ensuring content is engaging, optimised, and aligned with BeyondAutism’s brand identity. About the role

Channel ownership and development

• Develop and execute a digital and content strategy that aligns with BeyondAutism’s overall marketing objectives.
• Actively manage and grow the website, social channels (Bluesky, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), and email database, ensuring all content and contact lists are up to date.
• Own the technical maintenance and development of BeyondAutism websites (WordPress), working with external developers when required.

Website and SEO management

THE ROLE

The full-time Creative Communications and Events Officer works within the Communications team to help inform the public about antisemitism using a variety of media.

You will be joining our small, fast-paced, entrepreneurial staff team based at our office in central London.

The role brings a diverse set of responsibilities and an opportunity to work within a charitable organisation with a strong sense of purpose.

Responsibilities

• You will design graphics across our organisation, from social media posts and placards to pamphlets to pledge cards
• Work with creative colleagues to conceive and implement a variety communications campaigns to raise awareness about antisemitism and educate the public, sometimes at short notice and with tight deadlines
• Provide logistical support for communications projects, including scouting and booking locations, ordering materials, liaising with third parties and conducting internal research
• Plan, script, shoot and edit videos on various topics for different audiences on our numerous social media channels
• Growing our social media presence, including paid campaigns, to maximise reach and engagement
• Play a significant role in podcast production, from researching and booking guests to audio and visual editing
• Strategically planning and executing key events for the organisation throughout the year, ensuring maximum impact
• Design merchandise for our website and oversee the logistical aspect of sales

As Team Leader Cats and Small Pets you will oversee the entire pet journey from admission to rehoming. You will supervise day-to-day operations as point of contact whilst ensuring adherence to relevant policies, procedures, risk and safety assessments. Through a clear understanding of the pet's journey, you will focus on maximising throughput, resolving issues, and collaborating across departments.

As someone with strong problem-solving and coaching skills you will inspire and develop the team, managing and motivating your direct reports and the wider team to deliver on departmental goals. This will include working alongside other Team Leaders with recruitment, development and performance management to build a positive team culture.

Shannon Trust Reading Strategy Coordinator HMP Stoke Heath

Shannon Trust are delighted to be working with His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) and G4S to provide peer-led literacy and numeracy programmes across a number of prisons.  We now have the opportunity to provide a service at HMP Stoke Heath. Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust Team Members, this is an exciting role leading on the delivery and development of creative and exciting literacy initiatives and an ambitious Reading Strategy at HMP Stoke Heath, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.

Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.

This role is subject to contract award and will be prison-based.

As the CYP Programme Manager, you will also act as our Designated Safeguarding Lead. Specialist Child to Parent Violence delivery:

· Advocate for the rights of children to be respected, heard and protected.

· Deliver sessions for parents using Non Violent Resistance (NVR) techniques and child and family members, applying a systematic family approach to managing violence and abuse in the home.

· Adhere to the relevant programme manuals for parents as well as for the children and young people.

· Use motivational interviewing techniques and strength based approaches to engage with families.

· Support parents and young people to learn skills and knowledge to deal with behaviour in a non-violenct way, using NVR and trauma informed CBT methods.

· Work closely with other statutory and voluntary professionals to ensure appropriate steps are taken to protect where there is an imminent risk to another person. Apply RISE’s escalation procedures.

· Be responsible and accountable for working with Team leader and/or Service Manager and Advanced practitioner to ensure risk is reviewed on a weekly basis.

· Attend monthly risk review and practice development meetings with Team leader or Advanced practitioner to ensure effective risk management procedures are applied at all times.

· Attend training sessions to enhance their delivery and understanding of NVR.

· Be personally accountable for the completion of assessments, pre and post questionnaires, and End of Intervention reports, and ensure they are to a high standard.

· Provide support and consultancy to other professionals to ensure appropriateness of referrals  and improve understanding on NVR and CBT techniques and working with families (parents and children and young people.

· Ensure effective planning for the delivery of each intervention in advance of the session.

· Partake and pass all relevant NVR and other child, young people  and parent centred training to undertake this specialist work.

Recording and administrative tasks:

· Ensure timely and accurate recording of all relevant data (attendance, feedback, mid-way and end of intervention reports) using systems provided and in line with performance standards.

Job title: Philanthropy Manager

We are seeking our first Philanthropy Manager to cultivate, solicit and steward a portfolio of donors and prospective donors (including alumni and other individuals, companies and charities) to generate major gifts £10,000 - £1 million+ for the Trust.

The successful candidate will join a small Executive Team of two (Director and Stewardship Officer) and work closely with our newly appointed Chair (from 6 July 2025), the Board of Trustees, and members of its sub-committee for Alumni Relations, Fundraising and Communications.

The first Kennedy Scholars departed for Harvard and MIT in 1966. In 2026 we will celebrate the 60th anniversary of this significant milestone in our history. The impact of this life-changing opportunity over the past 60 years will feature strongly in our new fundraising campaign.

Reporting to: Director of the Kennedy Memorial Trust (KMT)

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week. We understand that full-time hours may not suit all candidates, so there is some flexibility in the hours and work schedule.

Location: Home-based but within easy access to London. The post holder can work on a hybrid basis, combining predominately home-working with regular in-person meetings in London. The Kennedy Memorial Trust funds exceptional UK students to pursue graduate studies at Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The role

1. Fundraising activity

Contribute to the development of the new fundraising strategy.

Research, identify and pursue fundraising opportunities that meet the Trust’s strategic objectives.

Lead one-on-one and small group meetings with Trustees and key supporters to identify, develop and deliver fundraising objectives.

Assist Trustees in developing and maintaining their portfolios of prospects and donors.

This exciting role will lead and coordinate our work with institutions, and others, to find a way through difficult issues like low emission zones, the energy transition, industrialisation of green spaces and other challenges in a way that centres the people who are impacted, with a social justice and equity lens. This role will primarily sit within our Innovation and Practice (I&P) function - focused on practical delivery of public engagement such as citizen assemblies, juries and other deliberative processes. The successful candidate will lead several of our major climate change and nature projects, including the UKRI Net Zero Living project - working with 28 Councils to embed meaningful public participation in their route to net zero. You will also contribute to the training, standards setting and advocacy work that Involve does - maintaining and growing our reputation in climate and environment networks and communicating the contribution we can make and impact that we are having.
