We are seeking an individual with strong administration skills to join our team in the role of Operations Coordinator and support our mission to end homelessness. This role will support the administrative and operational functions within our offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, together with our coffee shops and Village, whilst being the first point of contact for inbound enquiries.
We are looking for a well organised individual, with good problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude to become part of our friendly team and are keen to learn and develop.
What you’ll be doing:
· Ensuring our offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow are fit for purpose, providing an environment that is welcoming to both staff and external visitors.
· Managing and responding to inbound email and telephone enquiries.
· Manging shop related customer orders, inbound enquiries and invoicing.
· Supporting elements of finance administration, especially during holiday periods.
· Booking travel, accommodation, training courses and supporting colleagues with other business-related purchases.
· Maintaining the health and safety maintenance tracker and supporting colleagues with actions and maintenance required in each of our operational units and at our Village.
· Arranging meetings and taking minutes if required.
· Supporting with data protection compliance and updating records and policies.
· Supporting the Finance & Risk Director in ensuring our IT systems are safe and secure, in conjunction with our external IT support.
· Compliance with legislation and adherence to best practice.
· Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with other administrative and operational matters as reasonably required.

The role of Sporting Events Manager offers an exciting oportunity to lead on the strategy and delivery of the charity’s flagship walking event, March for Men, which raises c.£450k. A key focus will be with a key focus on co-creating and delivering a robust marketing plan.
As Sporting Events Manager, you will:
- Support the Assistant Head of Events & Community Fundraising to generate income through their Sporting Events programme of walking, running and cycling activities. The income for the events team is c.£3.3m, with expenditure of c.£1.1m.
- Lead on strategy and delivery of PCUK’s flagship walking event, March for Men, which raises c.£450k. You will project manage the event, co-creating and managing the recruitment marketing plan, delivering the supporter journey to drive participant value and working with an external delivery partners
- Work closely with the Black Healthy Equity Team to increase representation across PCUK’s activity portfolio, with a focus on March for Men to ensure it’s a diverse and inclusive event
- Drive and report on operational plans and budgets to generate medium and long-term sustainable income, taking responsibility for team outcomes including financial and key result reporting
- Line manage and support a Sporting Events Coordinator and Sporting Events Executive
Ideal skills and experience:
- Ability to project manage and deliver large scale fundraising events, including leading complicated programmes with multiple partners

KCLSU is looking for a Student Voice Coordinator work within the Student Voice team to coordinate the development and delivery of representation practices, and embed these processes across KCLSU’s Community Engagement Department and our student voice partnership work with King’s College London. This will be focused on Student Futures, a large-scale transformation portfolio King’s College London is undertaking.
Student Futures aims to improve student experiences in key areas across the next three years. ENHANCING REPRESENTATIVE PROCESSES
• Act as central point of contact for colleagues across King’s and KCLSU for centralising and sharing information about student voice and representation structures related to Transformation Office projects;
• Set up and oversee systems for the management of student representative data between KCLSU and various King’s project teams;
• Ensure that all areas of student representative recruitment, induction, and support are conducted smoothly;
• Record student attendance and other participation data to support evaluation processes and ensure appropriate remuneration;

Live Music Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Live Music Coordinator in the North of England to support the delivery of live music experiences improving the health and wellbeing of children and adults through the healing power of live music.
This is remote working role in the North of England, so please only apply if you live within a commutable distance of the area.

The Role
The Live Music Coordinator will facilitate the delivery of live music experiences across the North of England, improving the health and wellbeing of children and adults through the healing power of live music.
You will work with professional musicians to share live music with people who may not otherwise get to experience it, organising programmes with partner organisations, in line with the organisation’s strategy and operational plan.
You will also support the delivery of the annual programme of live music experiences communicating with hospitals, hospices, care homes and the community. This includes those living with dementia, who have mental health problems, or who are seriously ill.

Job Purpose
This role coordinates the onboarding and support of new and associate Member Organisations within WAGGGS, overseeing processes, capacity-building efforts, and collaborations between Members. Key duties include managing membership processes, fees, and census activities, ensuring accurate database management, and maintaining up-to-date information across platforms. The role also prepares reports and supports multiple projects, working closely with internal teams and volunteers to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Effective project management and understanding of organisational development are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
As a Team Coordinator you will: 30% Hands Off (to include, but exclusive of)
- Deliver One-to-Ones for Support workers.
- Complete Return to Work interviews for Support Workers
- Chair some Micro-Team Meetings where required.
- Carry out observations of social care practice, including medication assessments.
- Take a lead role in Quality Assurance audits and other management reporting duties where required.
- Contribute to the writing on care plans, including assessment and risk management plans.
- Support On Call once a month by being available to cover last minute Support Worker absence for which you will be paid £150 retainer plus your hourly rate for any support delivered. (On call start at 5pm on a Fri to 9am the following Mon)
- Support roster writing and making amendments to roster where required.
- Work 70% of your time providing direct support with 30% being management duties.
- Be open to direction from your Locality Manager.
- Build and maintain professional working relationship with your teams and colleagues.
Essential requirements include:
- Hole a Full driving licence. Have access to a reliable car with business insurance.
- Have the ability/be willing to travel across Somerset and bordering counties.
- Hold at least two years’ experience of working with autistic people and people with a learning disability or complex needs.
- Hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be committed to achieving this.

Duties Include:
- Deliver services based on the expressed wishes, cultural needs and support plans of those who use our services.
- Assist and encourage people to make choices and life decisions in line with the Mental capacity Act.
- Facilitate the accessing of local social and community facilities.
- Assist and encourage people to engage in everyday home, social, leisure and work activities based on their personal choices.
- Support people to manage their own homes, including supporting people to manage their own tenancies and providing safe support and guidance where necessary.
- Provide direct personal care and support in line with the individuals support plan which may include toileting and bathing if required.

- Contribute toward You First’s Life Design assessment process and the development of Person-Centred Support Plans in conjunction with team colleagues, the person we support, their family and other key professionals.
- Assist and advise those who use our services with basic personal finance management and local shopping activities as directed and when required.
- To support team colleagues and respond to the immediate health and well-being needs of those who use our services by ensuring timely support and professional assistance is obtained from team colleagues and others, when required.
- Day to day contact with a range of health and social care professionals and other agencies. To pass and receive information relating to those who use our services. To plan and contribute toward and attend meetings as a member of the care support team.
- To take responsibility and joint ownership for own personal and professional development. To access training as and when required and to contribute toward effective and innovative care.
- Act as a role model and mentor to new staff. Undertakes wake in nights and sleep-in as and when required under the direction of the management team.

Cambridge City Foodbank is looking for a Campaign Coordinator to join our team for an 8-month fixed-term contract to organise and mobilise people who have experienced poverty to take action as part of the Guarantee Our Essentials Campaign.
As a Cambridge City Foodbank employee, you will work closely with Trussell to deliver a local campaign strategy, influencing Cambridge MPs to support an Essentials Guarantee, and mobilising people with lived experience to take part. This role is at the heart of Cambridge City Foodbank’s work to end the need for food banks, and part of Trussell’s national Campaign Coordinator programme. The role is grant funded by Trussell and you ill be working with a small team of Campaign Coordinators at other UK food banks.
The Campaign Coordinator will be supported to use organising principles as part of their role. You will travel between different locations in the community, including Foodbank Welcome Centres and Fairbite Food Clubs, meeting people who are struggling to afford the essentials, arranging 121 conversations with them, and developing their commitment and confidence to take part in the campaign. You’ll also maintain relationships with local stakeholders and bringing people together to plan campaign actions.

DUTIES:
The Campaign Coordinator will:
- Build a network of people with lived experience of poverty and mobilise them to take part in campaign actions, including attending the national lobby day in Westminster.
- Lead community outreach including visiting Foodbank Welcome Centres and Fairbite Food Clubs and leading door-knocking sessions, connecting with people facing poverty and recruiting them to join the campaign.
- Hold 121s with people with lived experience of poverty, building their capacity for leadership and their commitment and confidence to take part in campaign actions.
- Involve people with lived experience and community stakeholders in designing and carrying out local campaign actions.
- Support local influencing work, engaging with MPs and Councillors to further the aims of national Guarantee Our Essentials campaign.
- Deliver Trussell’s local campaign strategy, working with the Organising and Local Mobilisation team at Trussell, and engage with the training and support on offer, including work with other Campaign Coordinators in the Trussell network.
Personal Specification:
Technical skills and minimum knowledge:
- Experience mobilising people to take action as part of a campaign for change.
- Experience of working with people facing poverty, and knowledge of the main drivers of poverty in the UK.
- Experience communicating with people with different backgrounds, abilities and experiences.
- Experience facilitating meetings and planning engaging group activities.
- Ability to build relationships and gain trust of people with lived experience of poverty and using food banks.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Ability to travel around Cambridge.
