MAIN TASKS AND DUTIES:
- Offer a welcoming and non-judgemental environment to all service users.
- Act as first point of contact for the ISVA team, including answering telephone enquiries, dealing with incoming and outgoing referrals etc.
- Record initial referral information from clients.
- Monitor referral inboxes.
- Take SARC (Sexual Assault Referral Centre) bookings from the police and clients.
- Liaise with clients, New Pathways staff, and with key stakeholders by telephone, Microsoft teams etc.
- Schedule client appointments.
- Research and collate information and resources for ISVA clients.
- Maintain records, both written and computerised.
- Ensure an effective system of communication exists between clients, ISVAs and Key Stakeholders.
- Word processing of letters, reports and other documents.
- Data cleanse client files.
- Undertake relevant training, as required.
- General clerical tasks including photocopying, filing, etc.
- Complete routine health& safety checks when required.
- Order stationery and other supplies.
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks not outlined in this job description, but which will assist the aims and objectives of New Pathways.

As an HR Business Partner for YMCA you will be responsible for delivering a ‘value added' generalist HR service and giving full support to the Area Managers and Regional Manager across the West of England and Wales.
It is expected that you will have experience in a similar role and have a sound knowledge of employment law. Ideally you will have completed your CIPD Level 5 qualification or be close to completion. You will have excellent communication skills and an ability to influence others with sound commercial understanding and pragmatic approach to problem solving. This is a challenging role that will provide you with the ability to become involved in a variety of HR initiatives to ensure that YMCA England & Wales achieves its strategic goals.
You will be expected to travel extensively throughout the West of England and Wales including overnight stays, and will be provided with a company car.
You will be required to have multi-site experience.
You will be responsible for managing complex casework including disciplinary and capability processes, absence management and right to work issues. Experience of developing policies, coaching managers and project management are also necessary for this role.
