About The Role

We are looking for an experienced administration professional to lead our admin team to help deliver the Royal British Legions new and exciting Recovery Services strategy.
Our strategic ambition is to significantly expand a highly successful service and create new Recovery Services that support both serving personnel and veterans who may have experienced difficult times. As Recovery Administrator Leader, you will be responsible for the Battle Back administration team, and ensuring processes are fit for purpose to deliver a positive experience for our stakeholders. This role will be pivotal in overseeing the administration aspects of our recovery programmes.

Key Responsibilities include –

- Work with and provide support to both internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manber
- Lead the administrative functions of recovery programs, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- You will be required to produce service data reports for the Senior Recovery Team to ensure the team is providing the right support to our beneficiaries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for supporting recovery initiatives.
