ENS is seeking a Communications Coordinator to play a key role in enabling ENS to fulfil its mission to break the cycle of statelessness in Europe and realise everyone’s right to a nationality.

The European Network on Statelessness (ENS) is a civil society alliance of over 180 members in 40 countries, committed to breaking the cycle of statelessness in Europe and realising everyone’s right to a nationality. We are dedicated to raising awareness about statelessness, supporting legal and policy development, and building civil society’s capacity to act. At the heart of our work lies the understanding that stateless people and their communities should be leaders of change.
We are looking for someone with a solid track record in developing and promoting engaging content to affect change on hard-to-win issues. The candidate should also have practical knowledge of online communications tools - including Mailchimp or similar email platforms, website Content Management Systems, CRM, and social media management platforms.
Working under the supervision of the Head of Communications, Operations & Development, the postholder will work closely with key partners, members, and other ENS staff to increase the impact of our advocacy work by developing engaging content. They will also support our efforts to put people and communities affected by statelessness at the centre of our communications work.
The post’s day-to-day responsibilities will among other things involve coordinating a busy online website and email publishing schedule, managing social media, and publication design and publishing.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy communications environment. The candidate will be highly articulate in English (other languages are an asset) with experience of working with diverse communities and stakeholders.

As a Policy and Campaigns Assistant, you will support the Campaigning, Policy, and Public Affairs Team in achieving their strategic goals. You will be the primary point of contact for policy and campaigns enquiries received via email, phone, and post. This role involves monitoring and maintaining the policy and campaigns sections on our internal and external websites, as well as our social media channels. You will assist in drafting content for publications, online platforms, and promotional materials for events.
Managing and maintaining databases for contact management will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will support national and local campaigns and assist in planning and delivering campaigning events. Additionally, you will help organise communications for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on MND, involvement and advisory groups, and policy focus groups.

What are we looking for?
We seek an organised, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for making a difference. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our campaigns reach and resonate with our audience, driving forward our mission to support those affected by MND.
Demonstratable campaigns experience is important. You should be adept at using digital and social media to promote campaigns and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, from senior politicians to local volunteers.
You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in writing for diverse audiences. Being a good team player is essential, as is the ability to plan and coordinate events. Strong computer skills, including database management, are required.
Flexibility is key, as occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary. You must also be able to travel to external meetings and events.
An understanding of health, social care, and welfare structures in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland is desirable, as is knowledge of neurodegenerative diseases like MND. Experience with digital campaigning software and parliamentary processes would be an advantage.

As a Housing Domestic Abuse Advocate, you will provide intervention, advocacy, and support to survivors of domestic abuse. Working within a fast-paced team, you will help empower women and ensure that the voice of survivors informs every stage of their journey towards improved safety. You will have your own caseload of survivors who hold social tenancies with local authorities or housing associations, and you will encourage them to engage with our service and ensure they have access to support. You will also co-ordinate the provision of multi-agency support which focuses on working with domestic abuse survivors to maintain their tenancies and prevent homelessness.
About You:
To be successful as the Domestic Abuse Housing Advocate you will need the below experience and skills:
You will bring solid experience of supporting women who have experienced domestic abuse in all its forms; coming from a sector with transferrable skills or possess a feminist/VAWG degree and be keen to learn and to train on the job. You will have a good understanding of violence against women and girls with a particular focus on the dynamics of domestic abuse (physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, so-called ‘honour-based violence’, forced marriage, stalking and harassment) and its impact on women, children, families, and communities. You will have proven skills and experience in conducting comprehensive assessments of needs and risk for survivors experiencing domestic abuse, including carrying out short risk management and safety planning. We will expect that you have experience in assessing the needs and safety of any children that women using the service may have and an understanding of the criminal justice system and relevant legislation with regard to legal and civil options, housing, benefits, matrimonial and children. Lastly you will bring your knowledge of safeguarding practice, procedures, and legislation.
With many skills and qualities to add to this role, if you have good IT literacy, data collection and monitoring these skills are maximised in your role. If you have experience or have been trained or are qualified in the fields related to substance misuse, criminal jusice, law, social work or domestic abuse we would love to hear from you.

To provide over-indebted Londoners with free, face-to-face/telephone advice that is accurate, effective and tailored to individuals’ circumstances. This includes:

Legal services are central to BEO. We are therefore looking for someone of 4yrs PQE who has experience in social welfare, human rights, public and administration law and who seeks an opportunity to use those skills specifically in the area of challenging systemic racism.
In the last year we have been developing our relationships with partner organisations, ranging from community groups, our stakeholder law firms, NGOs and law firms experienced in equality and discrimination law, to deliver legal services. The role holder will be required to build on and expand these relationships so that BEO can offer quality legal advice to Back communities in the nations and regions across the United Kingdom.
We are building our internal legal team so that we can provide targeted legal support to Black communities. We are looking for someone to work with the Director of Legal Services and Policy to ensure that high quality legal advice, support and representation are the hallmark of BEO.
Apart from delivering targeted legal advice and representation and identifying and running strategic litigation cases, the role holder will be required to think creatively to assist in fundraising and campaigning to develop a sustainable legal service. BEO does not have a Legal Aid Agency contract so self funds all legal work. BEO is a small team, so the role holder must have the skills and confidence to work on their own initiative as well as with members of other teams in BEO.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Wellbeing Advisor Assistant with experience of working within a children and young people, to work within a multi-disciplinary wellbeing advice services team to increase and improve emotional and mental health provision within local communities for 11–24-year-olds in the West London CCG area.
The Senior Wellbeing Adviser will be a part of our Youth Services team and will work to deliver mental health services for young people and the adults who support them. VOICES are excited to be seeking our first full time fundraiser to support our growth and development. We are looking to recruit a law graduate (1-3 years post-graduation) with experience in environmental law, economic justice and/or international development to join our small but dynamic team. Depending on experience, the role will support our programmes challenging economic injustice caused by environmental damage, biodiversity loss, deforestation, illegal resource trafficking, climate change and conflicts over natural resources; promoting transparency and accountability in public and private institutions to encourage responsibility and minimise the impacts of corruption; and promoting fairer and more effective economic and fiscal policy tools to help states meet development goals and enhance the rule of law. Working as part of a small, busy team, you will have the opportunity to learn at very close hand what it means to work for an international NGO focusing on achieving environmental and economic justice. You will develop projects with a range of partners, including international agencies, NGOs and CSOs, and governments and government bodies. You will collaborate with a range of volunteer lawyers (law firms and barristers chambers) who are leading experts in their field.
