About the role
As a Lead Worker (Intensive Case Management), you will deliver intensive, person-centred, and holistic support to people who are disadvantaged and need significant support to end their homelessness. You will be collaborating with internal and external colleagues to meet people’s immediate, acute needs and to support them to start taking steps towards ending their homelessness.
We take a bold approach to supporting people and adapt our ways of working when needed to ensure that we are providing impactful, equitable service giving everyone a fair opportunity to receive the support they need. We help people to challenge barriers put up by the system. This is an incredibly varied role as you will offer practical support such as help to attend external appointments, open bank accounts, and obtain IDs, but you will also work closely with our internal clinical psychologists to help your members to recognise their strengths and build resilience.
About you

You have experience supporting people with complex trauma and multiple needs including mental health, physical health and substance misuse difficulties, a history of multiple exclusion and social isolation.

You have worked within a relevant sector which could include domestic violence, women’s services, migrants’ services, probation, or health services.

You have knowledge of relevant housing, homelessness, social care, and welfare legislation.

You work reflectively and welcome learning through continuous improvement.

Oaklands & St Kilda is a pair of 6 unit supported accommodation mental health rehab services working with young people between the ages of 18-25 who may have experienced a mental health related hospital admission to gain and develop skills for future independent living. The service will support individuals transitioning from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult services.
The rota will include early shifts (08:00 - 16:00), late shifts (14:00 - 22:00), and weekends.

About the Service
Our Peripatetic Team provide front-line support to Solace’s Advice, Community and Accommodation-based Services across London. Crisis Intervention Workers enable our services to deliver a consistent high standard of service.
The team was created in order to have trained, skilled staff ready to cover gaps in service and facilitate the continued smooth running of services, proactively supporting women and children who have experienced domestic abuse. They are required to go into different teams and quickly establish themselves and provide support in times where staff teams may be struggling.
About the Role
In all services, peri workers provide nonjudgmental, confidential, and trauma-informed support to survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. Typical tasks include risk assessment, safety planning, and working with survivors to develop individual support plans.
Peri workers have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles across Solace’s services. Working across departments offers peri workers the ability to continually develop their knowledge, casework skills, advocacy skills, multi-agency working, and ability to manage and thrive in a changing environment.
The role will involve commuting to sites across London, and although hybrid working may be available in some projects it is not possible for all. Travel is taken into consideration when confirming placements, however you should be prepared for longer commutes.
This role in certain placements will require you to work a rota including weekend hours between 8am – 8pm.

Shine has a membership of over 14,000 members living with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus and associated conditions and over 6,500 associated members.
Our Little Stars project for 0–12-year-olds has been established for over 5 years supporting younger members and their families with their diagnosis and beyond. We also have a growing Teen membership known as FIRE (Friendship, Independence, Resilience, Equality) Working alongside our multi skilled, established team, you will be supporting members across all age groups and building on the great foundations already in place.
We are looking for an Early Intervention Project Worker who can cover the South of England, primarily you will be home based, supporting members through phone calls and using online platforms. You will play a crucial role in providing effective and high-quality support and resettlement services to vulnerable single homeless adults housed by the charity. Support workers are vital members of our team as they provide support to tenants, helping them to develop the life-skills they require to move on to independent living. What is the overall purpose of the role?
At Youth Action Alliance, our mission is to support the personal and social development (their values, beliefs, ideas and skills) of the young people living in Kensington and Chelsea and neighbouring boroughs, enabling them to increase their resilience and skills in the present, and promote their ambitions for the future.
The Staying Connected project provides weekly one-to-one and group support for young people aged 11 - 19 years, facing multiple challenges. Creating a personal action plan comprised of positive activities that promote and enhance personal development and skills, building on young people’s strengths. This engagement is via face-to-face, online platforms, mobile phones and structured group work to maintain contact with them, talking about how they are feeling and to provide advice, mentoring and signposting to additional support services.
Key Responsibilities
Programme management
- Programme Delivery: Coordinate and oversee the development and implementation of a personal and social development programme for young people aged 11-19.
- Recruitment: Engage and recruit young people to participate in the programme.
- Partnerships: Strengthen local partnerships

Knowledge & Experience
The Staying Connected Support Worker will bring:
- Minimum Youth Work and/or Mentoring Qualification Level 3

- Competent in the use of MS Word, Excel, and the ability to use databases for recording and reporting.

Advance has partnered with Catch 22 to deliver services to young victims of crime in London. In recognition of the distinct challenges facing young women and girls (YWG), Advance will deliver a dedicated service to young women and girls (aged 13 to 18) who have been a victim or witness of crime. The Service Manager will lead and manage Advance’s YWG Victim Service, delivering effective management of a team of frontline Advocates, as well as collaborating with Catch 22 to ensure the Advance team and its service delivery are embedded in the wider CYP Victims Services delivered by Catch 22.

You will have experience of managing frontline staff, supporting them to follow service delivery processes and procedures to ensure effective and safe service delivery to achieve positive outcomes for young women and girls accessing the Victims and Witnesses service. You will have excellent time management skills to ensure service outcomes are monitored and reported on in a timely and effective manner. You will also have excellent communication skills that will allow you to build good working relationships with your team, the wider organisation and external delivery partners. We are is looking to appoint a Family Support Worker to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our London and South East Care Team.

Main purpose of the role:
The Deputy Service Coordinator splits their time between the office organising rotas, liaising with families, social services, and health care professionals, and providing a minimum of 20 hours a week of direct support, as well as one weekend a month on the rota, depending on the needs of the service.
The role requires the postholder to take responsibility for being on call between the leadership team. There is an additional payment for on-call duty.
You will deputise for and support the Service Coordinator in leading and managing a community group comprising of a range of services for people with a learning disability and a team of support assistants.
