The award-winning Black Swimming Association is recruiting a CEO to lead its close knit, passionate team into its fifth year of establishment.
In 2019, four cofounders came together in an attempt to make a difference. Nearly five years on, our small and dedicated team are committed to changing the narrative. What's our why? Through research and insights and programme delivery, we work to raise awareness of water safety and drowning prevention, in particular amongst African, Caribbean and Asian communities across the UK. Why do we want to hear from you? The BSA Group has been growing from strength to strength and is looking for an experienced leader to take us into this new chapter. The BSA group consists of the award-winning Black Swimming Association (charity) and Inclusive Aquatics (C.I.C) and the CEO role will contribute to the work of both the charity and the C.I.C.
