The Role
As a Development Partner, you will provide bespoke organisational development support that is tailored to the needs of small charities. Support will be delivered either face to face or online, dependent on the needs of the organisation.

As Tenant Liaison Officer, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the organisations houses and supporting the Housing Manager in the operation of the service when required. You will also oversee compliance and manage the Housing Volunteers.
About You
You will have experience in a housing role, particularly property maintenance. Excellent time management, communication and IT skills are crucial in this role.
The ability to work on multiple projects with conflicting priorities is essential as is having a good grasp of financial process and strong team-working skills.

The Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF) is looking for an experienced, proactive and customer focused adviser to support the work of the wider Advice and Support team
The right candidate will enjoy and excel at managing their own diary and workload and would have significant experience of working in an educational, health or social care environment. About the Masonic Charitable Foundation
The Masonic Charitable Foundation (MCF) is one of the UK’s leading charities, providing a range of benevolent support to individuals and awarding grants to local and national charities.
Our work helps to encourage opportunity, promote independence and improve wellbeing for thousands of people each year. Last year, the MCF awarded support totalling around £20 million. Our support is funded from the donations of freemasons, their families and friends.
The MCF was founded in 2016 following the merger of four charities that had operated separately since the eighteenth century.
Our Regional Advisers are home-based workers who are compassionate and dedicated to responding to the needs of Freemasons and their dependents in their area, providing essential support. They are professional and accountable, working independently but collaborating with volunteers, colleagues, and local agencies to provide an exceptional service on behalf of the charity.
Their main purpose is to visit and contact members of the Masonic community to determine their needs and to help them to access support from the MCF and other relevant agencies. Support is provided through a combination of home visits, telephone calls, or video calling.
The role also provides guidance, support and recommendations to office based staff processing applications for our extensive range of grants to support those in need. They form close and effective working relationships with local volunteers, providing support and guidance to extend our reach.
Main responsibilities
- Responding to/visiting freemasons and their dependents to:
- provide support and advice; and
- determine relevant support from the MCF or other agencies to meet their needs
- Face-to-face visits, video conferencing and in-depth telephone calls are required to provide extensive and detailed support.
- Production of accurate and comprehensive reports detailing agreed plans and all relevant supporting documents
- Liaising with colleagues within the department to provide guidance and support in processing applications for our extensive range of grants to assist those in need

You’ll have experience working in research/grant funding and management, and project management in a health research environment. About the role
This is an exciting time to join Myeloma UK as we launch our new five year strategy.
Our portfolio of grant funded research programmes and projects play an important role in achieving our strategic objectives. These programmes aim to discover and share new knowledge, support the development of clinical trials and answer questions of unmet need in myeloma.
The postholder will ensure the development and effective management of the grants portfolio in line with Myeloma UK procedures, ensuring compliance with AMRC guidelines and charity finance requirements. You’ll ensure grant holders deliver on contractual milestones, manage high level relationships with Principal Investigators and will work closely with the Research Advisory Group and any other specialist groups as required.

The Role

The Role

Background
The European Union Youth Orchestra (EUYO) is one of the world’s pre-eminent symphony orchestras. An orchestra of dynamism, youthful energy, and passion shaped afresh each year with highly talented musicians from all 27 EU Member States. Recognised across the world for the excellence of its music-making, and for its success in nurturing the careers of generations of young musicians, the EUYO is always at the forefront, anticipating and reacting to the changing world around it, equipping its members for careers in that world and forging change within the classical music and cultural sectors.
For the past half-decade, the statutory public funding won by the EUYO was sufficient to finance its activities. Now, with a new base in Austria, an expanded programme, preparations for its 50th anniversary, and with the challenges of current general global uncertainty, the EUYO wishes to extend its revenue base by reigniting its previously strong tradition in private funding and corporate relationships, beginning with the recruitment of a Head of Development and Philanthropy. The Head of Development and Philanthropy will have responsibility for fundraising from corporates, individuals and trusts and foundations. The responsibility for the EUYO’s statutory public funding from EU, EU member state and local and regional public institutions will continue to be held by the Executive & Artistic Director and the Head of Executive & Finance.
In order to assist this process, the last year 18 months have been used by the Orchestra to create and put in place new development processes and initial donors, including utilising a skilled volunteer Board level fundraising committee, setting up a cross border tax incentive scheme, creating a new bespoke CRM integrated with the Orchestra’s database, creating a new website support area, initiating new patrons and individuals programmes and the base strategy for a new alumni programme, and recruiting new initial corporate donors. Now, with all of these processes and achievements in place, the EUYO seeks a dynamic entrepreneurial fundraiser to help deliver the Orchestra’s exciting future programme, and over time, to grow a fundraising team as income generation builds.

Corporate giving
- Develop a healthy prospect list of companies, both nationally and internationally.

Trusts and foundations

The Bild Group - Bild, the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) and Bild Association of Certified Training (ACT) - are three independent charities with their own governance arrangements, who share the same common goal. The Group shares support functions including communications, finance and HR.
Our Chief Operating Officer is a newly established role to have oversight of all Bild operations and those of the Restraint Reduction Network, a charity
with an ambitious vision to eliminate the unnecessary use of restrictive practices in health and social care and education
The responsibilities of the COO are multifaceted. In addition to being the lead for the efficient functioning of the organisation, the role is responsible for ensuring that all grant funded projects are run smoothly and are completed on time and within budget. This includes our traded services such as workplace training and qualifications programmes.
The role deputises for the Chief Executive and is responsible for HR and future workforce planning as well as business development across the group.
We are seeking a senior manager with relevant sector experience – charity, disability, health, social care, education – who has held responsibility for multi-programme and project management delivered in co-production with stakeholders and partners. Your responsibilities will have included the development of a sustainable income generation programme, the production of funding bids and reporting to funders.
Your wider people management experience will have included multi-disciplinary team leadership and involvement in, or leading, wider people and organisational development interventions.

The Organisation
ImpactEd Group supports education and purpose-driven organisations to maximise and realise their potential. A growing team of over 30 people, we help our partners to be impactful and sustainable.
This role is within our Evaluation Practice. The evaluation team works with schools and organisations, analysing the impact of programmes and interventions to help them do more of what works and less of what doesn’t. We work with more than 1,400 schools and 70 education organisations, serving more than a quarter of million pupils. This includes helping our partners to design high-quality research projects, delivering them, and providing systems and tools for data collection, reporting and impact benchmarking.
The Opportunity
The School Engagement Coordinator is a new role working across ImpactEd Evaluation. The role will work directly with schools to deliver national research projects, support their onboarding to our School Impact Platform, and lead communications and data collection for our partnerships. The role would be a good fit for someone with experience or interest in the school sector and research and evaluation.
Day to day your role is likely to be a mixture of:
- Supporting new schools we are working with through their onboarding and data collection processes and monitoring progress
- Working with school leaders and teachers to implement research in their setting - for example on projects like our Understanding Attendance research
- General support for partnership delivery and administrative tasks working with different team members
- Standardised reporting and data analysis – this will require good attention to detail and working with Excel and MS Office Suite
About You
We are looking for some of the following attributes, though you might be more experienced in some areas than others, and we are open to a range of backgrounds:
- Understanding and experience of the UK education system
- Experience of working within an administrative or customer service/partner focused role
- Able to communicate clearly and persuasively, both written and verbally
- Track record of effective process and project management, or using a CRM system
