About the role
It’s been an exciting year for the CoppaFeel! Marketing team; we’ve had a brand refresh, onboarded new agencies, launched award winning campaigns and grown a partnership with Love Island. And it’s all been in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Content who will be responsible for the management, production and strategic placement of all organic content across CoppaFeel!’s channels. You will help shape CoppaFeel!’s approach to content so that it appeals, resonates with and converts 18 - 24 year olds across digital and social channels.
You will work alongside other Heads of Dept, bringing your expertise and knowledge to leadership discussions to help shape the future of the organisation.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
You will report to the Marketing Director and line manage the Social Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, and you will have exposure to the Senior Management Team.
The role
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as a valued part of the CoppaFeel! leadership team to deliver the organisational strategy, shape the culture and influence cross departmental ways of working
- Develop a holistic, strategic content approach to digital and social channels (including creators and gaming) that will enhance the annual marketing strategy and drive awareness of CoppaFeel! and our mission amongst 18 - 24 year olds.
- Responsible for creating innovative content that’s insight driven and market leading.
- Put production plans and processes in place that allow us to have year round ‘always on’ organic content (web, email, social).
- Lead and inspire creativity across the organisation with a view to becoming social first in everything we do.
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager to audit CoppaFeel!’s website and third party agencies to research, plan and execute Search Engine Optimisation strategies.
- Establish standards, systems, best practices, and workflow processes for managing the content lifecycle, including requesting, producing, distributing, channel selection, measuring, and retiring content.
- Collaborate with our operations team as we adopt a new CRM database.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Line manage the Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Manager.
- Ownership of the digital budget and quarterly re-forecasting.
- Contribute to quarterly all staff team meetings
- Ensure rigorous reporting and analysis of social and digital activity to ensure delivery of planned KPIs, with an ambition to be constantly improving and evolving.

- Minimum 5 years experience working in a management level content focused role.

Marketing Officer

War Child is an award-winning, creative and innovative organisation driven by the single goal of ensuring a safe future for every child affected by war.
We are looking for an experienced individual giving fundraiser to lead the team through a maternity cover period, with specialist skills in digital acquisition and donor stewardship, to oversee the success and growth of the programme.
This role holds the largest fundraising expenditure budget for the organisation, with planned investment for 2025 to support further growth and development. Individual Giving is recognised as a priority area of fundraising by the wider organisation - as such, we are looking for someone who can confidently maintain that reputation, develop internal relationships and demonstrate a curious nature to spot new opportunities to engage supporters.
The work of War Child sadly means that they are often rapidly responding to crisis situations, with this team executing and delivering emergency appeals and campaigns that enable the organisation to deliver immediate and critical care. Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead the Individual Giving and Acquisition teams (with a direct Senior Manager report for each area), overseeing the delivery of a highly successful direct marketing programme across digital and offline channels (including Meta, Google Search Ads, YouTube, DRTV, Telemarketing and Email).
- Ensure a data-led approach - monitoring and analysing income and expenditure budgets, the attrition of regular givers, data selections and journeys analysis etc. - incorporating these insights into team plans, driving efficiencies and maximising opportunities for development of the Individual Giving programme.
- Lead on agency management, with responsibility for procurement, negotiation and contract development to ensure cost-efficiency, quality and compliance.

- Collaborate with other Fundraising Heads/Senior Managers to maximise opportunities for cross-team working - utilising War Child's impressive network of supporters, talent and ambassadors effectively.
About You:
- An experienced senior fundraising leader and direct marketer, with strong knowledge and expertise of delivering mass market fundraising across a variety of channels.
- Knowledge/expertise of developing and delivering emergency fundraising appeals, ideally within an international development or humanitarian NGO setting.
- Proven expertise of developing integrated individual giving strategies, with a multi-channel approach covering both online and offline activities.

We are looking for a creative written communicator with an excellent eye for detail to tell the story of The Listening Place, our volunteers and our visitors.
The Listening Place offers free, confidential, face-to-face support for people feeling suicidal, provided by highly trained volunteers using active listening skills. Over eight years, the charity has grown rapidly, with now over 800 volunteers delivering up to 150 appointments daily across three sites. TLP receives 750 new referrals every month and will provide support to 8000 people struggling with suicidal feelings this year. This growth, achieved without waiting lists, highlights how TLP balances ambition with a commitment to high-quality, person-centered support. With plans to expand to East London and strong donor and media interest, it’s an exciting time to join this effective, community-led service.
This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for giving TLP a voice across external and internal communications. Through dependable, precise and creative communications, you will help TLP meet its three key communication objectives:
- To inspire and retain volunteers and supporters.

OVERVIEW AND JOB PURPOSE
Pump Aid is a dynamic, award winning and growing organisation, which is promoting a radically different approach to aid and development in the WASH sector by establishing Malawi’s first social impact business (Beyond Water) focused on delivering reliable access to clean water for rural communities. We challenge conventional development programmes by taking a business-based approach that ensures long term sustainability and impact for the communities we work with. To support our mission we are recruiting a Communications and Fundraising Officer to help deliver on our ambitious growth plans to reach 2 million people by 2030. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated person with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can plan and create compelling communications to increase awareness of our work and engage new and existing supporters. Furthermore, you will lead on key areas of our fundraising strategy including annual fundraising campaigns, individual giving and small trusts and foundations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- You will lead on defined elements of Pump Aid’s fundraising strategy: scoping, applications, reporting and management (to largely small to medium sized trusts and foundations, community funders and individuals.)
- You will develop and manage a schedule of compelling communications across a number of channels including social media, web and print that will grow engagement with Beyond Water’s mission.
- You will support the Head of Development to pitch to social impact and philanthropic investors by finding creative ways to differentiate ourselves from traditional approaches to international development.
- You will take responsibility for managing and administrating fundraising income, using Salesforce CRM to keep up to date records of donations, keeping donors updated through regular reports and leveraging annual campaigns including the Big Give Christmas Campaign to maximise individual giving donations.
- Maximise the value and duration of donor support through excellent stewardship and relationship management.
- While office hours are notionally 9:00am to 5:30pm, the demands of a business focussed on Africa, with donors in the UK, USA, Europe and Asia mean a degree of flexibility is required.
Candidate Profile
1. Strong experience in planning and executing communications plans across a variety of mediums (social media, website, blog posts, impact reports) to grow awareness and engagement with the work of our social enterprise
2. Demonstrable success in fundraising within the charity sector; scoping, prospecting, proposal writing and reporting.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to present to a variety of audiences
4. Experienced in home working and able to self-motivate and develop and execute personal work and action plans with limited face to face supervision
5. Demonstrable ability to prioritise and manage conflicting outcomes and objectives and ensure the right job is completed at the right time
6. Works well in a small, dynamic team
7. High level of computer literacy – Canva, Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM software

Line Manager: Digital Communications Lead
Your responsibilities will include:
Social media delivery and community management
- Plan and deliver inspiring and effective social media content, including as part of engagement campaigns, fundraising appeals and initiative launches, and in support of our partners and members.
- Produce text- and video-/graphic-based social media posts and campaigns that are both suited to our target audiences and adapted for the most appropriate social channels.
- Carry out community management across the charity's digital channels, triaging queries and drafting responses.

Email communications
- Support the Communications and Engagement team with the planning, building and scheduling of email communications (campaigns, supporters, fundraising, corporate partners etc) within Mailchimp.
- Assist with the AB testing of our email marketing and executing a plan of continuous improvement for our emails.
- Support with managing our enquiry inboxes as and when required.
Reporting and optimising
- Collate statistics on the performance of our social and email channels, in line with our KPIs, and work closely with the Digital Communications Lead to make ongoing recommendations for our output.
- Implement feedback and lessons learned to refine and improve our social media approach.
- Stay current with sector and specialist trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously grow the effectiveness of our channels, particularly social media.
Communications support
- Take responsibility for triaging internal requests for content output across our channels and coordinate this across the Communications and Engagement team.

The role is a full-time, 5-day-week (35 hours) position.
The salary is £23,000 - £27,000 per annum depending upon experience.
There will be some freedom for the person to determine their own working arrangements each week, within limitations, providing the work is delivered.

Ambitious Impact (AIM) is a growing nonprofit organisation running training and incubation programs aimed at establishing and supporting a flourishing high-impact, effectiveness-focused philanthropic ecosystem, with a lively community office in East London.
We are looking for a talented Communication and Marketing Manager to join our Recruitment team to increase the quality of AIM’s communication, and our identification of exceptional talent to join our high-impact training programs. In this role, you will create, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing and communications strategies and continuously evaluate and improve them for the next iteration.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Recruitment team currently consists of ~three FTE and fulfils the two key functions of attracting and selecting top candidates for our Charity Entrepreneurship incubation program - as well as possible support for other programs AIM runs or may run. As such, there are two 3-4 month sprints each year that are very execution focused for identifying and then selecting top candidates. The recruitment team also carries out broader communications work for AIM, such as by supporting AIM’s Impactful Grantmaking Program, on outreach for staff roles at AIM, and helping our incubated charities with their initial communications.
As Communication and Marketing Manager, you will chiefly be responsible for the attracting function on the team, presenting AIM’s work in a consistently high fidelity, compelling, and engaging manner. You’ll bring a strong focus on implementation, efficiency, and strategic improvement to help us maximise the value of AIM’s communication efforts.
The role could be more junior or more senior depending on the successful candidate: A more experienced hire will take more of a lead on designing the strategy they will execute, while a more junior hire will focus more on contributing to and learning strategic planning for the tasks they will execute at first.

ABOUT YOU
This role will likely suit early-stage and mid-level communications/marketing generalists or specialists (0-5 years of experience) and could be tweaked significantly in responsibility to suit a senior communications/marketing specialist. APPLICATION PROCESS
Our application processes aim to be highly predictive, time-effective, and informative for you. Our process consists only of stages that our best evidence suggests are predictive of success on the job (such as test tasks) rather than more common but less predictive stages (such as cover letters). The role involves administrative tasks such as managing payments, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. You'll also be responsible for updating databases, sending important correspondence, and ensuring our care resources are well-stocked and available.
Occasionally, you'll help organise internal and external meetings and events, booking venues and handling any necessary equipment and logistics.
