About the role:
We are seeking a Head of Operations to work with the CEO and senior leadership team to manage a broad scope of operational functions, including workplace governance, people management, digital support, data and risk management. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Donor Engagement UK, the Development Officer’s role is to provide back-end support to the UK fundraisers supporting the moves management process and smooth running of the virtual office, ensuring compliance with UK laws. The position will manage all elements of the virtual office, administration and reporting and support the team in managing portfolios of donors and prospects targeting mid-level and high net worth individuals, corporates and foundations.

The TSA is seeking a highly experienced, confident and capable Head of Fundraising to provide leadership and direction on all aspects of income generation. The charity has gone from strength to strength over the last 24 months, including income generation, and we are looking for an experienced fundraising professional to continue this amazing work.

Provide leadership for fundraising and income generation across the TSA team. Attend regular strategy meetings and be a leading voice in shaping the TSA’s income generation activities

Day One Trauma Support is the only charity supporting all major trauma patients, regardless of their type of injury. A catastrophic event can change everything. Every year, across England and Wales, there are 20,000 major trauma cases and 16,000 deaths following injury. 30% of major trauma patients acquire a physical disability, and there is a 40% increased chance of mental health difficulties following major traumatic injury.
We are looking for a Data Officer to improve the use of data at Day One Trauma Support. If you would like to be part of a team that manages data to aid strategic decision making and evaluate impact, this could be the role for you!
The Role
This role will help the charity with data management of Services to provide the best support and service for people affected by catastrophic injury. Main duties will include:
