About the Role
The Director of Partnerships will lead TASC’s partnership efforts, responsible for cultivating and securing new partnerships, and delivering on partnership strategies. You will manage relationships with key strategic partners, donors, civil society allies, and academic stakeholders. The Director of Partnerships will work closely with the CEO, contributing to the charity’s broader external relations activities, while operating with independence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy and Relationship Management:
- Contribute to developing new partnership strategies.
- Manage deliverables and track impact milestones as outlined in partnership strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day correspondence with donors and strategic partners.
- Facilitate meetings and visits with key stakeholders.
- Support the CEO and team members in engaging with strategic partners.
- Lead or contribute to relevant research projects.

Internal Coordination:
- Build strong relationships with colleagues to ensure effective information sharing.
- Coordinate joint inputs for briefs, communication materials, and applications.

- Regularly contribute to TASC's internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Maintain relationships with NGOs, research institutions, and stakeholders to stay informed about trends, collaborations, and funding opportunities.

- Manage all aspects of grant servicing, ensuring deadlines are met and donor requirements are fulfilled.
- Draft and collate reports and grant applications, ensuring alignment with donor requirements.
- Maintain systems for tracking grant data and provide information for internal use and Board papers.

- Line-manage a direct report (Partnerships Manager).
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Right to work in London.
- Excellent written English.
- Proven experience in building cross-sector partnerships, especially with corporate partners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
Desirable:
- Experience in a corporate partnership or similar role.
- Knowledge or experience in the field of modern slavery, human rights, or development.
- Understanding of contracting and grant-making processes.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally.

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Policy and Evidence to lead our policy, social research, and healthcare professional engagement activity to improve the lives of people affected by MS.

Acting as a senior spokesperson for our policy and evidence work, you’ll need to be influential both internally and externally, including representing the MS Society at a range of external meetings with a variety of audiences.
You’ll play a crucial role championing the role of impactful evidence based decision making across the organisation and have substantial experience of supporting the development of issue-based influencing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing policy change across a broad range of issues and influencing policy makers at a UK or national level.

War Child is an award-winning, creative and innovative organisation driven by the single goal of ensuring a safe future for every child affected by war.
We are looking for an experienced individual giving fundraiser to lead the team through a maternity cover period, with specialist skills in digital acquisition and donor stewardship, to oversee the success and growth of the programme.
This role holds the largest fundraising expenditure budget for the organisation, with planned investment for 2025 to support further growth and development. Individual Giving is recognised as a priority area of fundraising by the wider organisation - as such, we are looking for someone who can confidently maintain that reputation, develop internal relationships and demonstrate a curious nature to spot new opportunities to engage supporters.
The work of War Child sadly means that they are often rapidly responding to crisis situations, with this team executing and delivering emergency appeals and campaigns that enable the organisation to deliver immediate and critical care. Experience of working in a similar environment, with an adaptable and ever-changing backdrop will be hugely beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead the Individual Giving and Acquisition teams (with a direct Senior Manager report for each area), overseeing the delivery of a highly successful direct marketing programme across digital and offline channels (including Meta, Google Search Ads, YouTube, DRTV, Telemarketing and Email).
- Ensure a data-led approach - monitoring and analysing income and expenditure budgets, the attrition of regular givers, data selections and journeys analysis etc. - incorporating these insights into team plans, driving efficiencies and maximising opportunities for development of the Individual Giving programme.
- Lead on agency management, with responsibility for procurement, negotiation and contract development to ensure cost-efficiency, quality and compliance.
- Foster a creative and collaborative approach, working closely with senior colleagues to ensure mass marketing is inspiring, whilst remaining respectful to War Child's work and the children it supports.
- Collaborate with other Fundraising Heads/Senior Managers to maximise opportunities for cross-team working - utilising War Child's impressive network of supporters, talent and ambassadors effectively.
About You:
- An experienced senior fundraising leader and direct marketer, with strong knowledge and expertise of delivering mass market fundraising across a variety of channels.
- Knowledge/expertise of developing and delivering emergency fundraising appeals, ideally within an international development or humanitarian NGO setting.
- Proven expertise of developing integrated individual giving strategies, with a multi-channel approach covering both online and offline activities.
- Analytical - with a keen eye for detail and recognition of the importance of being data-led.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of PPC, SEO, digital analytics and data capture, with the ability to enhance digital performance and acquisition.

The Norwich Diocesan Board of Finance Ltd (NDBF) is a charity whose core purpose is to serve the local mission and ministry of Church of England churches, schools and chaplaincies across Norfolk and Waveney, collectively referred to as the Diocese of Norwich.
The Diocese has a new Vision and is developing exciting £multi-million plans in areas including mission & ministry, church buildings and net zero carbon work that will grow the impact of the Church of England locally. The Director of Finance will play a central role in developing financial plans to enable this programme to be achieved.
The Director of Finance is responsible for the strategic direction and long-term viability of the finances of the Norwich Diocesan Board of Finance, with operational responsibility for both the finance function and IT services.

Purpose of the role
ZSL’s Patron Executive will maximise fundraising revenue for ZSL through our Patron programme and will drive forward our wider mid-value donation portfolio. The Patron programme is currently under review, and the postholder will support and lead on the review and will launch the new strategy and programme
Key responsibilities:
- Lead on the management of the Patron programme and mid-value donor portfolio.
- Will manage the day-to-day delivery of the Patron programme including coordinating the renewals process and responding to enquiries.
- Develop and deliver the recruitment to the Patronage programme, effectively promoting the programme across a range of audiences. Work with colleagues to identify and recruit prospects to the programme and deliver retention activity to uplift individuals to Patronage
- Develop and deliver the retention programme for Patrons, collaborating with colleagues on stewardship and cultivation plans including a programme of communications and engagements, including events.

About You
- Experience in fundraising and donor development in the charity or cultural sector, or in membership engagement.
- Experience in maintaining a network of contacts through stewardship, cultivation and donor management
- Experience in supporter retention which may include events and communications
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations and best practice including Gift Aid and GDPR
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using MS office suite and presentation software.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Community & Events Fundraiser to join our team.
Reporting to the Community Fundraising and Events Manager, you will work as part of a team to generate vital income through professional community stewardship and organising fundraising events and activity in a role where no two days are the same!
You will support the local community, our supporters and volunteers, nurturing relationships and working with key partners and stakeholders to maximise income generation opportunities, attending Hospice run and community organised events.
You will be joining a friendly team who will support you and help you to develop your skills. To be successful, you will be a flexible team player, with some previous fundraising experience, ideally within a community setting. You will be available to work evenings and weekends, be a good organiser, have excellent customer service skills and an outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for fun and success.
You will need to be physically fit and able to safely move and handle event equipment, some of which is heavy. You will also need a driving licence (category B+E), access to a vehicle and be over 25 (an insurance requirement to drive the Hospice van).
