About the Role
The Alumni Networks Team manage the Regional and Special Interest Groups - the Alumni Networks programme which is run through alumni volunteers throughout the world. The role of Alumni Networks Executive will deliver some aspects of the alumni engagement strategy and takes direct responsibility for managing the existing groups and also enhancing the Alumni Networks programme with strategic groups, including Special Interest Groups. The team act as the primary contact between the University and its alumni networks around the world and is responsible for managing relationships with these groups to further mutually beneficial aims that actively contribute to the University’s strategic goals. The role is a mix of proactive engagement and project delivery across a range of stakeholders, and while also supporting the alumni groups including funding applications, general volunteer management and advising committee members on how best to support the University. The role also line manages the Alumni Networks Coordinator.

The Contactless giving Fundraising Team sits within the wider F2F Fundraising and Individual Giving Team
This important role entails working with the Trusts regional teams as a Team Leader within the wider Face to Face (F2F) fundraising team In this particular instance this role will have a focus on championing our Contactless Giving Workstreams across the regions, with the support of their face to face fundraising colleagues.
They are responsible for delivery of our contactless giving programme and ensuring that they are able to setup a maintain a varied programme of workstreams by sourcing and providing key technology and tools to all of the Trusts regions. You will help drive delivery of the agreed Team and individual targets and KPI’s for the region(s) with a particular focus on Contactless Giving.
This role will work across the regions as a dedicated national support and will be required at times to provide hands on coaching, training and support regionally to drive ongoing engagement and enthusiasm for the programme. They will also support the Regional Face to Face Fundraising Managers to identify and business case potential future opportunities when required.
You will play a significant role in supporting the day to day management of our contactless giving income stream by supporting our F2F Fundraisers, regional colleagues and volunteers, ensuring our Values & Behaviours and performance excellence standards are met on a consistent basis. You will be recruiting a team of Contactless Fundraising Volunteers to support the Regions with their Contactless Giving targets.
Location & coverage
You will be working remotely and should expect to spend more than 50% of your week out on location meeting with your fundraising team across the East & West Midlands region.
There is an expectation of working some weekend days at our key regional events, spread over the year and being a part of the weekend Contactless Giving management rota, which denotes working at least one weekend per month.
As a remote worker you will be assigned one of our main hub spaces as as your formal base
Relevant hubs include: Birmingham, Hatton & Ellesmere Port.
Working Hours: 37 hours Monday to Friday with occasional weekend & bank holiday working.
The regularity & flexibility of travel will be discussed further at interview stage.
Knowledge, Skills/Qualifications & Experience
Key Accountabilities:
- Work with the Contactless Giving Fundraising Manager to devise robust strategies to achieve weekly & monthly volume and quality based fundraising targets, particular focus on Contactless Giving within the regions, Museums and attractions and our F2F Fundraising teams.
- Develop contactless fundraising techniques with the Contactless Giving Fundraising Manager that improve income generation for the Trust.
- Support the Face to Face fundraising management team with reviews and business casing of future fundraising opportunities for the face to face & regional fundraising programme.
- Ensure management of key contactless giving channels including devices, signage, branded clothing and collateral all contain contactless donation touchpoints across the network.
- Recruit and manage a team of Contactless Giving Volunteers
- Adhere to the IOF and Fundraising Regulator Code of conduct.
- Handle all sensitive and data protected information obtained by donors as confidential and in a safe and secure manner in line with the Trust’s GDPR and Security Procedures.
- Ensure regular Compliance checks and training sessions are delivered to the F2F team and Regional colleagues, particularly around Contactless Giving.
- Clear, regular and timely communication with the Team and all members of the senior management team.
- Nurture and maintain positive relationships with regional colleagues to support delivery of F2F fundraising priorities, engagement and training; particularly contactless giving programme.
- Coach and mentor team members in the region and support the maintenance of performance targets and improvements where needed.
- Ensure that all data input and insight reporting is maintained for the benefit of the team including key systems such as CRM, Evergiving and other fundraising platforms and technologies.
- Support operational processes for managing equipment, managing suppliers, regulatory compliance and complaints management.

The Development Director will be responsible for fundraising from all sources, including trusts and foundations, public funders, corporate sponsors and individuals. Job description

The Associate Director for Safeguarding is an integral role in which you will work collaboratively with the Executive Director for People and Culture and other colleagues across the College to develop our organisational safeguarding strategy and action plan, to promote a culture in which the safeguarding of children, young people and adults at risk is at the core of our delivery of services in both our domestic and global programmes.

Background
Mission Without Borders (MWBI) is an international network of Christians who journey with the poor and marginalized, bringing practical and spiritual support with hope of a better future, enabling and encouraging people to lift themselves out of poverty, always sharing the hope found in Jesus Christ. We serve people without regard to their religion or ethnic background.
Mission Without Borders International leads and co-ordinates the work of six countries in Eastern Europe where we conduct our program work and twelve countries where we raise support for these programs and associated MWBI costs. An international executive team (IET) supports this work in terms of program maintenance and development, fundraising, communications, finance, risk management and compliance and it and digital.
Purpose of role
The overarching governing body of the Mission is the Board of Mission Without Borders International. The International Board are seeking a senior International Fundraising Director who will help drive our fundraising strategy by strengthening and diversifying our fundraising sources. The Mission requires an experienced leader with a proven track record in international fundraising who will inspire our international fundraising teams to differentiate and grow income as we enter this new phase of strategic growth.
The International Fundraising Director will provide leadership, oversight and guidance to the Mission’s National Fundraising Directors. They will: implement and manage the diversification of income, including major donor income and field sourced income; work closely with the digital team in fundraising and communication; engage with field countries on beneficiary management and sponsor engagement; lead on impact reporting and work with other members of IET to lead the executive and operational elements of the Mission.
A strong communicator and strategic thinker with practical fundraising experience, they will be an experienced leader and innovative thinker focused on the development of a team and capable of working well with the existing team. They will have significant practical experience of major donors, trusts and foundations, institutional, and corporate fundraising together with a deep understanding of individual fundraising through sponsorship and appeals.
Primary responsibilities
Donor development and outreach
· To provide strategic direction, leadership and drive for fundraising in all new development areas across the Mission. They will have direct responsibility for raising funds at the international level with a specific focus on driving forward major donors, trusts and institutions income as this is currently an underdeveloped source of income for the Mission. They will also lead the development of field sourced fundraising.
· Deliver strategic plans for driving income growth, diversifying income sources and improving donor engagement by incorporating traditional and digital fundraising methods.
· Lead the International Fundraising Team to deliver strategic objectives across all fundraising channels, support National Fundraising Directors, create a collaborative fundraising culture across the organization internationally, and monitor fundraising metrics to deliver growth and efficiency.
· Create a donor-centric fundraising culture, implementing systems and reporting to deliver effective supporter journeys across all disciplines.
· Lead in understanding fundraising trends and working with National Fundraising Directors to improve agility in response to these trends and detailed data analysis of internal trends.
· Define and drive the annual calendar of global fundraising campaigns, supporting materials, driving communications and assessing impact.
· Understand and engage in corporate change program delivery, providing input and leadership to ensure that donor and beneficiary journeys are linked.
· Develop and implement fundraising policies and procedures, particularly around major donors to ensure local and international consistency and compliance.
· Utilize digital resources to drive engagement, reporting and strategy delivery.
· Speak at fundraising community events, conferences and donor events.
Budgeting and reporting
· Oversight of the annual and rolling five-year budgets to ensure local and international fundraising achieve the Mission’s overall strategic goals for income and related expenditure.
· Work closely with the CFO and CEO to drive the annual planning and budgeting process.
· Drive consistency in restricted and unrestricted giving reporting.
Leadership and management
· Work with the International Executive Team to drive the Mission’s international strategy.
· Collaborate with and coach the National Fundraising Directors to meet strategic goals.
· Nurture team members in excellence in operational tasks as well as personal development, ensuring an engaged and fulfilled team.
· Participate in Mission events, training and conferences to engage and inspire peers to drive strategic goals and ensure best practice.
· Network in the fundraising community.
· Participate in and inspire the Mission in its spiritual and biblical foundations.
Profile

About the People’s Theatre
The People’s Theatre is a leading amateur theatre in England, one of the oldest and largest in the country. We produce 14 productions per year, attracting over 10,000 people to our building on the Coast Road.
The former cinema building has been our home since the 1960s and has been refurbished several times over the years. Most recently, we added a new studio space on the ground floor of the building, creating a fully accessible performance space with room for up to 100 audience members.
The project
We are ready for the next stage of our development, preparing to both ensure our long-term financial and environmental sustainability by embracing affordable, low-carbon technologies - both in terms of traditional theatre equipment and newer heating and energy generating technologies.
To save money, improve our financial resilience and building sustainability, the Theatre is looking to invest in three projects:

Replacement of our stage manager’s desk, ensuring it is technologically suitable for productions for years to come;

Replacement of all stage-lighting systems with LED units and new controllers, saving the theatre up to six households’ worth of electricity annually, therefore providing both a substantial cost and energy saving;

Improving the theatre’s heating systems, including potential installation of air-handling units, heat pumps, upgrades to the fabric of the building, as well as possible energy generation and storage options. This work is guided by a full-scale feasibility study currently underway.
In order to deliver this project, we are embarking on a fundraising effort that will help us be able to pay for these upgrades to our building and performance spaces.
