Responsibilities of our Corporate Partnerships Development Manager:
- The Corporate Partnerships Development Manager will play a key role at Cats Protection by raising new and transformational funds in support of the organisation’s 10-year strategic objectives. The role will lead the Corporate Partnerships new business team, to build profitable, multiyear relationships with companies, ensuring propositions are maximised and new partners onboarded to the highest standards.
- Working closely with the Lead Corporate Partnerships Manager and Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships this role will engage Cats Protection senior stakeholders and senior volunteers in cultivation, solicitation and onboarding of prospects.
About the Corporate Partnerships team:
- We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate
- Our dynamic Corporate Partnerships team is divided into new business and account management, focusing on developing and nurturing long-term, strategic partnerships that deliver mutual benefits. The role
Overcoming MS is the world’s leading healthy lifestyle organisation for people with MS, recommending a holistic, evidence-based seven-part Program of healthy lifestyle habits that will impact symptom load as well as disease progression. The Program is based upon the work of Professor George Jelinek, who evaluated all the research on lifestyle and MS to create the original version of his book, Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis. In recent years, there has been ever increasing interest in lifestyle and MS, and the body of research is systematically increasing. Overcoming MS therefore has a need for someone to regularly review the most recent research, update our Program recommendations, and ensure we communicate the latest updates with our community – working alongside our Medical Advisor. In the medium to longer term, we would like to identity research gaps and have a role in influencing, or even commissioning, lifestyle research to add to the current research base.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee the Overcoming MS Program recommendations, ensuring our advice always adheres to the latest and most robust evidence.
- To review each of the seven Overcoming MS pillars, review the evidence available, making any changes as needed. Work with the team to communicate any changes within the community, including leading the development of new tools and guides as needed (eg How to talk to your GP about testing vitamin D levels).
- To identify gaps in the existing Program based on new research (eg sleep, intermittent fasting etc), reviewing the evidence base and making recommendations on adaptations and support tools (subject to IP owner approval).
- To foster solid relationships with key stakeholders (including Facilitators and expert advisors) to ensure buy in and understanding in any updates or changes to research evidence and the Program.
- To create a research strategy, to maximise Overcoming MS’s credibility and reputation within MS lifestyle research.
- To support the communication of new studies published in reputable journals, enabling Overcoming MS to quickly understand the relevance to our community and the Program, formulating an action plan and supporting a public response where relevant.
- To support Overcoming MS’s public profile, giving credibility and expertise in the research behind the Program, including presenting at conferences, submitting articles and posters for publication, etc.
- To support the collation of impact evidence to demonstrate the value of Overcoming MS to individuals and as part of funding applications.
- To create a network of external research advisors, possibly creating a Research Advisory Group, to ensure oversight of upcoming research as well as diversity of opinion on research outcomes and their impact.
- To identify potential partners to collaborate with on research projects that corroborate the existing Program, fill research gaps, or build additional independent evidence around healthy lifestyle and MS.
- To manage the research section of the website.
- Longer term, to create a position for Overcoming MS in identifying research gaps, influencing new research, the role of the Overcoming MS community in research projects, and (subject to funding) commissioning research.
About you
We are looking for a passionate and committed individual, with proven experience of working with desk research and research professionals to produce high quality but accessible information.
- Strong previous experience of having worked in a research or health information role, with a solid understanding of the health research environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in producing clear, warm, accessible information for people affected by a health condition, underpinned by solid evidence.
- Demonstrable ability to be able to produce information for different audiences (eg community members and researchers), understanding how audience needs might differ.
- The ability to quickly review and deeply understand research about lifestyle and multiple sclerosis and translate that research into relatable actions.
- Demonstrable credibility in working with researchers, healthcare professionals and other health experts.
- Professional experience of carrying out literature reviews, desk research, developing research methodologies, conducting key informant interviews, and qualitative and quantitative analysis (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and remotely, self-motivate and build independent relationships and networks.
- Ability to work as a team player, helping to upskill the wider team and supporting information provision more widely.

Catch22 are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Service Manager for our West Mercia Child Exploitation Service.
This role has responsibility for the strategic development and operational management of Catch22’s Integrated Child Exploitation Service funded by the West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner.
Integrated Child Exploitation Service A specialist prevention and support service for children, young people under 18 and their families who are at risk of, currently experiencing or has been impacted by Child Criminal or Child Sexual Exploitation across the West Mercia region. The service will consist of four teams located in Worcestershire, Telford and Wrekin, Herefordshire & Shropshire.
The role will also support the development of the Young People and Families (YPF) Hub and the implementation of learning and development, performance and impact, business development and wider work streams as required. The SSM will work with the YPF SMT and will take a lead role in implementing our YPF strategy in this area.
The role can be home based, but time spent in each of the services alongside travel across the UK will be required to support delivery and growth of services across the Hub. The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering and managing similar services, the right mix of leadership, passion and energy, and an innovative nature. A proven track record in engaging with positive relationships with commissioners and securing new business is essential. The role will involve promoting, connecting and building services in order to impact the lives of vulnerable young people with complex needs
Some of your day-to-day tasks will be:
- To lead and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet all targets, standards and KPIs and to take prompt action to address any areas of underperformance.

THE ROLE
The Fundraising Manager (Partnerships) role is a fantastic opportunity to lead on developing partnerships with The Girls’ Network's corporate and public sector supporters. The programme is well established with £170,000 worth of partners already on board. There is an opportunity to put your own stamp on the work, developing new collateral and ideas for excellent partnerships. The role is within our Fundraising & Communications team of four staff and works in collaboration with regional Senior Network Managers. There is an opportunity for the post holder to collaborate with the Fundraising Manager (Trusts and Foundations) on the development of grant applications.
Key roles and responsibilities
Income generation
- Primary focus of the role is to manage a portfolio of £170,000 worth of corporate partners and public sector organisations, to meet annual income targets and provide an excellent supporter experience.
- Develop compelling funding propositions and case for support to meet priorities, working closely with colleagues in Fundraising & Communications, Programmes and Monitoring, Research, Evaluation & Learning (MERL).
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects through research and excellent record keeping (using SalesForce), ensuring that applications are made to meet known deadlines.
- Collaborate with Network Managers on regional corporate partnerships, ensuring a consistent and good supporter experience and identifying opportunities for development.
- Ensure that all reporting and grant monitoring is delivered in a timely manner, working closely with the MERL Manager and colleagues across Programmes.
- Oversee calendar of third-party events, liaising with external partners and ensuring appropriate TGN involvement.
- Provide internal management information and reporting to the Head of Fundraising on a quarterly basis, or as required.
Stewardship
- Develop data management processes, ensuring timely impact reporting or other agreed deliverables.
- Ensure all donations and supporters are thanked in a timely and appropriate mode to their giving channel.
- Keep all relevant donor and financial information up-to-date on Salesforce, ensuring adherence to GDPR and other relevant good practice, as defined by the Fundraising Regulator and other sector bodies.
- Work with Communications to ensure regular updates to website and other digital channels, identifying opportunities for partnership activities.
- Work with colleagues in Fundraising & Communications and CEO to deliver appropriate partner recognition including events and other engagement activities

This is an exciting role joining a Programme Team of 15 staff based throughout the UK. You will work closely and collaborate with the other Network Managers and share some priorities across regions, working to develop the region as a whole. The purpose of this role is to facilitate good relationships between the mentors and mentees in the region. 70-80% of the role is about relationship building (with schools, mentors and partners), coordination and the tracking/ administration of those relationships. 15-20% of the role is direct delivery with the girls in the region.
Mentoring programme

- Advocate The Girls’ Network at every opportunity, through local media, PR activities and social media.
- Identify opportunities to build the reputation of The Girls’ Network in your region and through events and networking.
- Report significant successes and achievements to relevant staff members.

- Work with the Programme Team to identify key areas for programme development.

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in growing regional fundraising income for this mid-sized health charity. You’ll engage with supporters, from individuals to corporate partners, helping them achieve their fundraising goals while raising income. Your ability to build lasting relationships and offer outstanding stewardship will be at the heart of this role.

The Role
The to-do lists you write and the skill sets you engage will vary. One day you might be scoping and delivering 3ni’sresearch programme, the next devising plans for growing our membership and the next working closely with our Operations Director to develop, refine and execute our business plan. You’ll also play a key role in iterating our innovative diagnostic tool Discovery, using cutting-edge data to support us to engage our key audiences. You’ll not only help us to get new partners on board, but also play a key role further engaging our existing ones, making sure they stay connected to the work we do. What we need
You’ll be as happy in the world of policy and strategy as you are in the day to day reality of practice and delivery and can see the big picture as well as having an attention to detail and the highest of standards when it comes to producing content.
- You’ll be dealing with numbers and often complex data, and are as comfortable being immersed in spreadsheets to put together the budget and costs for a project as you are checking the interdependencies whilst putting together a GANTT chart and project management plan.
- You are a proficient and accomplished communicator. You’re as at home with the written word as you are talking through the key points of a presentation.
- You are an experienced, entrepreneurial and proactive thinker, designer and doer, who can bring creativity, critical thinking and business development skills to the role as we work together in a small 3ni team, as part the wider Capacity organisation, and with the broader ecosystem of partners.
- You’re great at mastering a brief. You’re happy wading through research reports and datasets, and are able to use your brilliant analytical skills to get to the heart of the matter and obtain the key insights and information relevant to our work.

About the Role
You won’t be starting the major donor programme from scratch but it’s still quite new. Fundraising is a team effort, so you will be working alongside and sharing responsibility with the Senior Fundraising Officer (SFO), who is responsible for trusts and foundations, corporate fundraising, mid-level giving and public campaigns. The CEO is also active in maintaining relationships with donors.

About You

Key Responsibilites
This role will lead on the business development for the charity’s key initiatives. Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Work with the CEO, Operations Director, and wider team to implement the strategy for securing income-generating partnerships for 2025-2029.
- Identify organisations and key individuals within them to develop new opportunities for partnerships across the UK.

About the role
We are looking for a values-led, senior People professional to provide maternity cover for the role of our Senior People & Culture Manager. The successful postholder will be responsible for providing high quality generalist People & Culture services at SafeLives, in conjunction with a People & Culture Officer. This project is a development from the first Realising the Benefits of World Heritage to Local Communities (RtB) project funded by Historic England. While the original project identified the problems faced by the World Heritage sector in engaging communities, this second phase of RtB is designed to help World Heritage UK (WHUK) and the wider sector in fully understanding who World Heritage Site communities are, and the challenges Sites and communities face in engaging wider and more diverse communities. Working with Sites, and their communities WHUK will co-create a sustainable platform in which to identify actions and solutions which will widen engagement and participation in World Heritage.
Through this collaborative approach which will inform every element of the work, the primary purpose of this 2.5-year project is to ensure WHUK can better support World Heritage Sites in the UK in engaging communities, growing audiences, enhancing community participation and growing a wider diversity of audiences and engagement within UK WHSs and the wider heritage sector.
Overall Purpose of the Role:
- Develop and improve relationships within the World Heritage sector and communities
- Develop an ongoing platform for a network of professionals who work within the World Heritage and community engagement field to come together to share and develop ideas and projects
- Develop digital resources
- Build a better understanding of who World Heritage communities are now, and use developed toolkits to understand and update this in the future
- Increase community engagement within World Heritage Sites
- Increase implementation of better community engagement
Key Accountabilities:
- Undertake a desktop audit of the users of World Heritage Sites, to include: defining the communities of interest and who key users are; what their motivations might be to engage with World Heritage; what the barriers might be to engagement; and subsequently identifying who any non-users might be and what barriers they may experience that prevents engagement
- Identify a minimum of 20% of Sites, of differing characteristics, to undertake an in-depth audience profile, applying the desktop audit findings in practice
- Produce a way of reporting on the impact and value of community engagement in World Heritage, which can be replicated annually and shared to all World Heritage Sites
- Develop a new way of capturing data from World Heritage Sites on community engagement to inform ongoing impact reports and create a baseline
- Create, or share, toolkits and examples of models of engagement for community engagement
- Create an online platform of resources that can be shared between all World Heritage Sites which might:
- Highlight areas of exemplary practice in community engagement

Education/Qualifications/Knowledge

1.3 A good understanding of developing, delivering and interpreting primary and secondary research, including focus groups
1.4 Thorough knowledge of audience and community development, with a particular emphasis on participatory methodology and co-production
