We are looking for a Senior Grants Officer who will be a key role within the grants team, supporting Relationships Managers and the Head of Grants in the delivery of innovative and impactful grant-making. You will lead on the delivery of key funding relationships and portfolios, making recommendations on complex and strategically important requests for funding and building effective relationships with our grant holders. You will also work closely across our Impact and Evidence, Employer Engagement and Policy & Communications teams to ensure successful applicants are supported to deliver high quality, impactful projects that will build the evidence base of “What Works” to support the most disadvantaged young people into good jobs.
This role can be based at any of our hubs located in London, Birmingham or Leeds. We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Accountant to join our team in Thomson Reuters Foundation . About You
You're a fit for the role of a Senior Program Accountant if your background includes:

Qualified Accountant with experience working in a program accounting, reporting and managing teams in a Charity (minimum of 5 years of experience).

Strong financial reporting, budgeting, donor reporting including problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of financial processes including cost allocation and cost recovery in charities.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Fundraising Manager, the Major Donor Manager sits within the Communications, Engagement and Fundraising team.
The role involves developing plans that feed into the USPG fundraising strategy to increase engagement from high net worth individuals and cultivating new high value donors. Job purpose:
The Website Content Manager will lead on the content strategy for our new and improved website - delivering engaging content which inspires our audiences to take action from praying to donating in order for Muslim Hands to continue it’s lifesaving work. The Website Manager will have oversight of all pages, from blogs to appeals, responsible for optimising our each for SEO and CRO.
Main responsibilities:
- Produce and publish new pages from appeals to blogs in line with the organisation’s needs – this includes copywriting and liaising with designers for creative.
- Create and deliver the website content strategy inline with our key fundraising touchpoints – delivering an approach which puts the audience at the centre of our plans.
- Lead on our SEO strategy in partnership with our agency to deliver SEO audits, SEO driven blogs and to improve our overall website ranking.
- Lead on creating and delivering our conversion rate optimisation strategy.
- Deliver a test plan of website content which optimises the user experience.
- Create, update and audit website pages in line with the orgs needs. Including copy, creative, landing pages, functions, journeys in line with our brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the external developers to suggest new features we’d like to test in terms of the site’s functionality.
- Communicate website updates to the wider organisation.
- Lead on reporting for organic search, SEO and CRO metrics on a weekly and monthly basis – sharing with SLT.

Person specification:

Key responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Development
- Lead the overall strategic direction for WECare’s digital marketing, focusing on long-term growth and engagement.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies and communication plans to increase awareness and supporter engagement.

2. Digital Marketing & Analysis

3. Content Oversight & Campaign Management
- Oversee the creation of content (written, visual, multimedia) by internal teams and external partners, ensuring it aligns with WECare’s messaging and goals.
- Act as a strategic guide for content creation, focusing on maintaining consistency and supporting overall digital strategies.
- Ensure content supports broader marketing and fundraising goals while delegating day-to-day content creation to team members and creative professionals.
- Lead the planning and management of major digital marketing campaigns, working closely with relevant teams to ensure success.
4. Partnership & Community Engagement
- Identify and cultivate relationships with sponsors, partners, and local communities to strengthen WECare's support network.
- Support the organisation and promotion of key events, securing sponsorships and partnerships to enhance visibility.

5. Performance & Reporting

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
About the role
It’s been an exciting year for the CoppaFeel! Marketing team; we’ve had a brand refresh, onboarded new agencies, launched award winning campaigns and grown a partnership with Love Island. And it’s all been in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing team, help shape the direction of and oversee our 2025 campaign, and collaborate with other Heads of Departments to deliver CoppaFeel!’s three year organisational strategy.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

The Senior Digital Channel Manager will be a key digital leader, championing and driving the charity's fundraising, engagement, and brand awareness through effective digital marketing and email strategies. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring ARUK's online presence is cohesive, data-driven, and audience-centric, maximising supporter engagement and conversions.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Strategic Leadership:
· Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive holistic digital marketing strategy that aligns with ARUK's overarching goals. Ensure digital marketing adheres to best practices in planning, execution, and reporting.
· Email Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a compelling email marketing strategy to cultivate supporter relationships, drive donations, and increase awareness.

Additional Information:

Your right to work in the UK
You must have the right to work in the UK to work in paid employment with us. You’ll need to share documents showing you’re eligible to work in the UK if we offer you employment.
You can find the UK visas and permits granting you the right to work in the UK on the UK Government website. We currently don’t have a Sponsor Licence agreement with the Home Office and aren’t able to support you with your visa applications.
