The Senior Brand Manager will play a crucial role in the strategy, planning, development and implementation of brand activity across the charity, leading a Brand team of two Brand Managers and a Brand Officer. Leading on the development of impactful brand campaigns, the role will be key to ensuring more people know about and feel connected to Alzheimer’s Research UK, to enable future growth.
Working closely with the Head of Brand and the wider Brand department, this role will put the Alzheimer’s Research UK brand at the heart of everything we do. The role will work closely with teams across the organisation to amplify the brand in all content and communications, develop the brand strategically, and lead on the tracking and reporting of brand health to ensure we are having impact.
The Senior Brand Manager will liaise across the whole organisation, working particularly closely with key contacts across Marketing and Fundraising, Communications and Policy.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
· Support the Head of Brand with overarching brand strategy and brand campaign strategy.
· Lead the brand consultancy provision across the organisation, ensuring that brand is integrated with all our content and communications to amplify the brand personality and messaging and achieve brand consistency.
· Oversee the delivery of brand campaign activity to ensure that campaigns are delivered efficiently and have maximum impact.
· Inspire and engage colleagues internally, delivering internal communications to ensure that the brand is alive, understood and actively developed.
· Alongside the Insight team, lead on the reporting of brand health measures to the organisation, and work with the Head of Brand to identify areas for development and improvement.
· Work with the media agency and key creative agencies, developing briefs, overseeing campaign delivery and analysing performance.
· Manage the Brand team, providing clear goals and direction for the two Brand Managers and Brand Officer.
What we are looking for:

Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

5. Compliance, Policy Development, and Governance
- Develop and implement fundraising policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Stay up to date with fundraising laws and best practices, ensuring all activities meet Charity Commission, GDPR, and financial regulations.
- Ensure that data protection regulations are upheld in all fundraising activities, particularly regarding donor records and CRM management.
6. Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the Communications Manager to ensure that fundraising messages align with Diocesan values and the Mission Plan.
- Share compelling impact stories to inspire and encourage giving across the Diocese.
7. Meeting Attendance and Reporting
- Attend meetings of the Finance, Audit, and Risk Committee, providing updates on fundraising activities and seeking necessary approvals.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Community Outreach Manager to manage and expand our outreach efforts. The Community Outreach Manager will be responsible for leading a team to deliver Betknowmore UK's Community Outreach services, engaging with local communities, and supporting individuals impacted by gambling harms.

Responsibilities of our Senior Legacy Marketing Officer:
- The Senior Legacy Marketing Officer is responsible for delivering Cats Protection’s marketing and stewardship programmes for Gifts in Wills and Free Wills.
- This role will focus on developing annual plans, managing budgets and delivering activity across multiple communication channels (both acquisition and retention), in order to grow the active legacy file and increase future legacy income in line with Cats Protection’s income generation strategy and targets.

- Legacy Marketing forms a key part of the Legacy, Cat Guardians and In Memory team, which sits within our Marketing and Income Generation directorate. Legacy and In Memory fundraising is our largest income stream and accounts for around half of the income we receive every year.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Response are looking for an enthusiastic & creative individual to join our Communication & Fundraising team as Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of Response’s social media strategies, overseeing both paid and organic content to raise awareness of the organisation’s work, connect with key stakeholders, and drive digital fundraising. The Role
We are looking for an exceptional, passionate and highly experienced Ecological professional to join our Nature Reserves Team as Senior Ecologist. Our nature reserves are at the heart of Sussex Wildlife Trust and represent some of the most special places for wildlife in Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to undertake an important and influential position within the hard-working Nature Reserves Team and help coordinate our strategic approach to ecological monitoring and nature recovery across our 30+ nature reserves. This senior role will work alongside our Head of Nature Reserves, Conservation Grazing Manager and the wider Reserves Team to help oversee ecological evidence and monitoring across sites from Rye Harbour to Iping Common. You will prioritise, implement and articulate our Ecological Monitoring Strategy, ensuing effective evidenced based advice and decision making is embedded into the management of our nature reserve portfolio. You will coordinate ecological surveys, prioritising financial resource and engaging consultants and the volunteer recording community across Sussex. You will use this data to produce high quality and informative conservation advice and reports for Site Managers and Rangers to use in management decisions. The Person
You will be an experienced ecological professional with a passion for Sussex wildlife and extensive ecological specialism at a species level but also have a good understanding of nature reserve management. You will be able to confidently and clearly communicate and influence decision making within the Nature Reserves Team, building a scientific evidence-based approach through the development of the Ecological Monitoring Strategy, to help ensure our nature reserves continue to flourish. You will be able to manage and coordinate complex ecological data and undertake effective reporting. - Oversee and write compelling applications for funding that are tailored to each recipient and make a convincing case for how their support with help more young people achieve their gateway qualifications.
- Lead on ensuring all supporters and donors receive updates and reports within the required timeframes and that these are crafted with impact data and case studies to ensure maximum stakeholder engagement.
Team Management and Collaboration
- Provide effective line management of our Fundraising Officer to support their personal development and successful delivery of their role.

Senior Communications Strategist

Our framing research shows how people think about different social issues. We use this knowledge to develop and test communications strategies to help organisations create social progress.

The Senior Communications Strategist will contribute to the delivery of projects on issues like access to justice, achieving health equity, and securing decent and affordable homes for everyone working with partners such as Impact on Urban Health, Joseph Rowntree Foundation, Shelter, and the Law Society.
The successful applicant will be committed to our mission to create better public conversations to achieve social progress - and inspired by using framing research to achieve real world social change.
They will have at least five years’ experience in communications and have excellent written and presentation skills. They will be well organised, proactive and keen to take on a broad range of tasks.
This is a new role joining a small, dynamic organisation.The role is permanent and full time (open to requests to work 3+ days a week). The postholder will be expected to work in-person with the team 2 days a week at our central London office, with the option to work remotely on other days. The full time salary for this role is £52,000 per annum plus benefits.
The Senior Communications Strategist’s key responsibilities are to apply framing research to communications practice, support project delivery, and support our external communications.
We use robust communications research to inform our work with mission-driven organisations to change the story on important social issues.
