About the Role:
As our Supplier Partnerships Manager, you will manage the Supplier Partnerships sub-team, reporting into the Supporter Experience & Operations Lead. The Supplier Partnerships Team plays a central role in supporting our fundraising teams to maximise supporter engagement through the selection and performance management of our key external service partners. This team are a centre of subject expertise and will also ensure we have well defined and consistently applied approaches to supplier management across the Mass Engagement department.
In this role, you will actively manage a small portfolio of strategic fundraising service suppliers, ensuring contractual requirements are met, as well as defining and monitoring service levels (SLAs) to ensure performance is maintained.
You’ll also:
- Effectively lead, manage, and motivate the Supplier Partnerships team, ensuring each member of the team makes a full and effective contribution to the organisation
- Maintain a network of key stakeholders within WaterAid, ensuring that their needs and responsibilities relating to supplier management are understood
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement or efficiency gains where these contribute to the overall supporter experience
- Act as the subject matter expert for supplier management, promoting and championing best practice within the wider organisation, providing specialist advice and training as required
- Maintain a level of awareness of external trends and best practice in supplier operations and procurement, ensuring that WaterAid are at the leading edge in terms of our services and standards

About You:
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Excellent supplier management / relationship management, ideally in a charity fundraising environment
- Successful experience of people management, coaching, training, and personal development
- Demonstrable experience of using / designing KPIs, SLAs and other performance metrics to drive process and service quality improvements
- Strong stakeholder relationship management (up to senior management), able to work collaboratively to build positive and effective working relationships across teams
- Ability to identify problems, undertake analysis and deliver potential solutions through influencing and negotiating with others
Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:
- A good understanding of fundraising regulations i.e. Fundraising Code of Practice, Gift Aid and BACs (Direct Debit) regulations
- Professional qualification in supplier / service procurement or directly relevant experience

The Digital Campaigns Manager will play a crucial role in driving supporter engagement, fundraising, and brand awareness through the planning, execution, and analysis of effective digital marketing campaigns. They will work closely with the Senior Digital Channel Manager to ensure campaigns are aligned with ARUK's overarching goals and deliver optimal results.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
· Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyse in-house digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid online advertising, social media marketing, and other relevant digital platforms.
· Campaign Calendar: Own and manage the digital campaigns calendar, ensuring effective coordination and scheduling of all digital marketing activities.

Role Summary
ProVeg International is a global organisation made up of 12 national non-profit teams, each of which responsible for local fundraising, supported by an international fundraising team focused on major opportunities, international, and core funding.
The role of the Grant Writing Manager is to provide excellent and compelling fundraising content of all kinds, whether internal cases for support, proposals, applications or reports in order to support the goal of at least doubling our global income from around 15 to 30 million dollars in the next three years.
You will be an expert in grant writing, and have a keen eye for detail and basic financial acumen related to project funding bids. You will manage a pipeline of global trusts and foundation applications, while providing support to proposals of other kinds driven by the wider fundraising team. Ideally you would be experienced in drafting compelling narratives for complex charitable causes, ideally in climate, environment or food systems transformation.

International income generation

We are seeking an inspiring Head of Fundraising and Engagement to join the Trust at this exciting and important time. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Trust’s programmes for fundraising, membership, communications and public engagement, which are vital in delivering our vision of a wilder Worcestershire where there is more nature everywhere, for everyone.
The current postholder has been promoted to be the Trust’s new Chief Executive at the end of the year. The Trust’s Head of Fundraising and Engagement will play a key role in delivering our three strategic goals set out in our strategy to 2030, which are:

- Action for nature: 1 in 4 taking action for nature by 2030.

The Trust is supported by over 21,000 individual members and a range of funders including individual donors, the National Lottery Heritage Fund, trusts and foundations and local businesses. We aim to continue to sustainably grow our income to enable us to deliver our nature conservation and public engagement objectives. This will involve working closely with existing supporters and generating income and support from new funding sources. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of raising funds from a range of sources and with experience of impactful communications and effective public engagement. The role involves managing four programme teams across fundraising, membership, communications and public engagement. To be successful in this role requires strong planning skills, experience of delivering successful projects and effective communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
We are one of 46 independent Wildlife Trusts operating across the UK. In this role, you have the opportunity to build networks with equivalent roles in other Wildlife Trusts and to work with the national team to further fundraising, membership, communications and public engagement across the Wildlife Trust movement.
A full driving licence is essential. This is a full time, 35 hours per week position on a permanent contract.

The Peer Support and Community team at Kinship is dedicated to enhancing the lives of kinship carers across England and Wales by delivering the first national peer support service. About the role

It builds on Kinship’s 10 years of experience in developing peer support groups and two years of delivering a national service that has set up 145 new groups.
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an individual located in Greater London, and willing to travel across the South East of England who possesses the drive, passion, and skills to:
· Establish new Peer Support Groups across a diverse range of communities
· Supervise a small team of Peer Support Development Officers
· Demonstrate the energy and enthusiasm required to inspire yourself and your team to achieve key targets and objectives

You should have experience in developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with various community-based stakeholders such as local authorities, health services, schools, charities, and kinship carers. You will need to understand the key success factors involved in establishing and developing new in-person groups in areas of high need, as well as how to support existing groups in their journey towards sustainability.
As a practical thinker, you will work creatively to identify stakeholders and assets in areas of high need. You will build local connections and bring together kinship carers across the region, empowering them to build resilient and robust peer support communities.
You will be confident in building relationships that generate referrals from external stakeholders and in contacting kinship carers directly to secure engagement with local coffee mornings, community, and training events that will help kick start a thriving peer support group.

We are ideally looking for candidates based in or around Greater London and willing to work initially across the London Boroughs and into the South East of England. This role may involve work to establish groups on the periphery of this area that currently have no dedicated development staff.
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes are essential, as this role may require travel across London and its periphery to reach areas in need of dedicated support.

Blue Cross is looking for a Risk & Business Continuity Manager to play an important role in protecting our charity and supporting teams to successfully deliver on our purpose to help pets and people thrive together. This position is offered at 0.6 FTE on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

As our Risk & Business Continuity Manager, you will lead work to develop our risk management framework and associated processes. You will use your knowledge and expertise to ensure they align with best practices and UK regulatory standards and are engaging and user friendly for our teams. By working with our teams to effectively evaluate, prioritise, and mitigate risks, you will empower Blue Cross to operate confidently and sustainably to achieve its goals.
An important part of your role will be to engage with colleagues across the charity, building strong relationships to foster collaboration and a shared sense of responsibility for effective management of risk. By gaining a deeper understanding of our operations, you will help cultivate a culture of accountability and proactive risk management, ensuring that everyone is aligned and invested in our shared goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our risk management framework.
- Integrate the risk management framework and associated processes into all business operations, fostering a culture of shared responsibility and accountability.
- Work with teams to identify, analyse, and prioritise potential risks across the organisation, ensuring a proactive and effective approach to risk mitigation.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management and the Board on risk matters, translating complex data into actionable insights that inform decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and Trustees, highlighting key risks and progress on mitigation efforts.
- Lead training initiatives that cultivate a risk-aware culture across Blue Cross, empowering all employees to engage in consistent and effective risk management.
- Act as an advisor and coach, promoting proactive risk mitigation throughout the organisation.
- Develop and maintain robust business recovery plans and procedures to ensure operational resilience.
- Implement a business continuity plan enabling Blue Cross to function effectively in times of crisis.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- A recognised risk management professional qualification.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for influencing and building relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of internal controls frameworks and UK regulatory requirements.
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with risk management software.
- Familiarity with the UK Charity Commission guidelines and regulations.
- Experience working in the non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team with an understanding of how you are contributing to the organisation’s strategic goals.
- Gain awareness of our vision, mission, and core service model, and be a brand expert on us when asked any question either out and about, on the phone, or using that knowledge when writing sales copy.
- Estate agent partnership growth: Working to establish us further as a go to for local estate agents across our area of operation.
- Educating our local authority partners: You’ll drive the team to build up awareness with our partners in local authorities by getting in front of social care, and housing teams to tell them all about why we do what we do.
- Collaboration is key: Work closely with the fundraising manager, housing, and finance teams to ensure that our key messages are joined up.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, estate agents, service providers, and major community partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual value.
- Innovation and Growth: Share your ideas, research, insight and understanding in supporting the departments continual improvement.
- Reporting accurately on the team’s performance. The team will be measured on number of relevant meetings, presentations and new partnerships bought on each quarter.
