Outline of service:
Gaddum and Manchester Mind have come together to provide a new and innovative service which will support people to leave inpatient mental health settings and return to their community with the support they need to recover and remain well.
As a team, we will deliver psycho-social interventions, advocacy, housing and welfare rights advice and peer support. There will also be tailored support to young people (those under the age of 25). All we do is underpinned by listening and ensuring people feel heard – because we know that when people are listened to, they recover. The team will be working with colleagues within the mental health, primary care, inpatient and community sectors.
Job Purpose of Senior Administrator:
To provide high quality administrative support to the Discharge from Hospital Team – this will be a team based between Manchester Mind and Gaddum.
Your role will provide much needed support for monitoring, data and evaluation requirements of the service and the management of inbound webform referrals (including outcome/ feedback forms on our case management system).
You will also respond to or delegate emails and voicemails to the service appropriately, requiring a good knowledge of the service. You will also support the Service Manager with the improvement and development of administrative and reporting functions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Administration and Project Support
• To complete specific tasks allocated through work plans and project plans, independently.
• To manage resources of the service, maintaining the resources folder, ultimately ensuring people have the right information where and when they need it.
• To amend and update resources as needed on Canva, developing and updating them as required.
• Support the development of communication materials including Easy Read Guides with support from Service Manager.
• To coordinate the arrangement of meetings, conferences and other events.
• To minute and keep a record of meetings as required.
• To manage the purchasing of service and employee resources as required using Gaddum finance processes.
• To curate online resources, internally and externally.
• To develop and maintain administrative systems as needed.
Reporting and Monitoring
• To compile data as requested to assist in the production of monthly and quarterly reports as requested following standard operating procedures
• To run reports as appropriate using agreed databases (such as, but not limited to, NHS and Local Authority) databases.
• To build, run and amend reports to meet changing reporting requirements.
• To ensure data relating to client contact are accurately recorded on our case management system (such as, but not limited to, referral and feedback forms).
• To use Microsoft Excel and any other appropriate system to review and manage reports in line with data reporting requirements.
• To input outcome monitoring forms accurately on to case management systems from a range of mediums including online forms, paper form and other formats as preferred by the client.
• In respect of data entry, identify and support the organisation’s migration into technological solutions that remove the need for third person data input.
• Ensure best practice Information Governance approaches are in place to maintain the best data management systems possible – ensuring compliance with the Information Commissioner’s Office and Gaddum’s Information Governance Framework.
Managing referrals and maintaining records
• Process inbound webform referrals, checking for accuracy, duplication and completeness of data.
• Support, alongside colleagues, the development of referral routes that align with service needs.
• Identify gaps in completeness of data for reporting requirements and develop solutions to address them going forward (e.g. identifying training options to upskill colleagues).
• Ensure best practice Information Governance approaches are in place to maintain the best data management systems possible – ensuring compliance with the Information Commissioner’s Office and Gaddum’s Information Governance Framework. Communication with clients and professionals
• Managing team inboxes, responding to emails as appropriate and delegating communication to appropriate colleagues.
• Respond to voicemails as appropriate, ensuring people receive a timely and professional response and resolving issues with as fewer contacts as possible.

Reporting to the CEO, this role will take overall strategic responsibility for the financial and operational management of MyBnk. The role will manage the internal and external financial processing and reporting, ensuring statutory and donor compliance, and foster a business partnering approach between the Finance team and the wider organisation. Strategic Financial Management

Against Malaria Foundation (AMF) was founded in 2004 and is a charity that fights malaria in a highly effective, accountable and transparent way.
We do this by purchasing and distributing multiple millions of long-lasting insecticide-treated nets (LLINs) at a time in nationwide universal coverage campaigns. This is the most cost effective way of preventing malaria. AMF receives donations from the public and in the current financial year to date have received over US$125m. AMF is particularly data-focused and monitors and reports on net use and drives and supports innovation to improve the effectiveness of malaria programmes.
AMF is the world’s third largest funder of nets.
AMF has been rated a top charity for all of the last 16 years by independent charity evaluators GiveWell and The Life You Can Save who focus on cost-effectiveness and impact.
We are a team of thirteen highly motivated individuals with different skills and experience. Each person has an important role to play. All team members work remotely with constant communication between them. While the team is small, the impact is big - our net distributions protect millions of people. Our largest programme is in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), where we are funding 55 million nets to protect 100 million people for distribution during 2024 to 2026. We have ongoing multi-million net programmes in other countries including Chad, Guinea, Nigeria, Togo, Uganda and Zambia.
Role Description
Our activities and commitments are steadily increasing, and 2025 and 2026 will be particularly busy years of distributions, with over ~100m nets planned for distribution. In light of this, AMF is recruiting a Senior Operations Manager to join the operations team and play an important role in ensuring the success of the net distributions. We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal and intellectual skills who is able to work collaboratively. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking on significant responsibility by leading on several of AMF’s programmes.
The role will include involvement in all stages of a distribution campaign (pre-agreement, net procurement, post-agreement, during distribution, and post distribution) across two main areas:
- Work with National Malaria Control Programmes (NMCPs)
- Work with AMF’s independent monitoring partners

The Senior Operations Manager will lead on several of AMF’s programmes. They will work closely with NMCPs, in country partners, AMF independent monitors, the AMF Operations and Technology teams to ensure the success of AMF distributions.
More specifically, they will manage the distributions through the following stages:
1 - Pre agreement
- Establishing the funding gap
- Establishing the net need, malaria burden, insecticide resistance data
- Working with the Ministry of Health to negotiate and put in place an agreement for the programme
2 - Net procurement
- Working with AMF’s procurement lead to order nets in time for the distribution
3 - Post-agreement
- After signature of the agreement, working with countries to put in place the plans for key elements, in particular: electronic data collection, 5% re-visits, net tracking
- Tender for and select an independent partner for distribution monitoring, and work closely with this partner that will be AMF’s eyes and ears in country
4 - During the distribution
- Track information coming from monitoring partners
- Analyse with the Head of Analytics registration and distribution data and take actions if needed
- Account for all AMF nets
5 - Post distribution
- Tender for and select an independent partner for post distribution monitoring, and work closely with this partner to carry out surveys at 9, 18 and 27 months post-distribution
- Share results with in-country partners and encourage appropriate actions to be taken
Through these stages, it will be important to maintain strong relationships with the key partners, notably the National Malaria Control Programmes, distribution partners and cofounding partners to ensure that distributions are carried out according to the agreements signed between the Ministry of Health and AMF.
These relationships will ensure that solutions can be found constructively to issues that arise during implementation of AMF’s programmes. Aside from the areas above, there will be other work related to AMF Group Operations, dependent on the candidate’s skill set.

Reporting to: Operations Director

The cost of any co-working office space will be covered by AMF. For those living outside London, trips to London during the first three months are encouraged to spend time working with the Operations Director and AMF team.

SUMMARY
This maternity cover role will be responsible for the Lab's internal workings - people, culture, ways of working and operations. As an Executive level role, it will share overall responsibility for the Lab’s impact with the other members of the Exec (CEO, COO, Director of Programmes and Campaigns).
The role will be specifically responsible for:
- the people function, including team days, our annual retreat, and internal communications, as well as Human Resource management and our staff handbook),
- programme support, including stewardship of our Monitoring, Evaluation, learning and Planning system),
- coordinating the team’s fundraising work, and
- managing other areas of our operations, such as IT and infrastructure, including our new CRM system.
- The post-holder will be responsible for line managing the Operations Manager.
The post-holder will work closely with the COO, who will be leading on finance and governance. Together, they will be responsible for drafting the plan for the Lab’s Operations function in 2026.
This post is a 13 month fixed term contract, running from mid-May 2025 to mid-June 2026.
LOCATION
The team work remotely for the majority of the time, but as this role is responsible for people and culture ideally you will be able to attend monthly ‘team together days’ in London (travel paid if outside of London area) as well as an annual two-night retreat elsewhere in the UK in November. - Oversee the Lab’s fundraising process, including identifying and researching potential new funders, maintaining our overview of our fundraising pipeline, funder timelines, monthly priorities, and record keeping. Support the Lab team to manage funding proposals and coordinate the development of funding proposal budgets, working closely with programme leads. Ensure funding reporting requirements are met, including supporting programme leads to draft programme reports, and the Finance Manager to prepare financial reports.
- Coordinate and oversee the Lab’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Planning system ensuring the team have what they need to complete the various elements, meet deadlines, and get the most out of the process. [RSS1]
- Ensure high standards of information management across the organisation, enabling staff to share and access resources, insights and know-how. This includes maintaining high standards of data protection and privacy that embody the Lab’s commitment to responsible use of data, and maintaining the Lab’s new CRM system.
Executive Team support: you will be a collaborative and engaged member of a strong executive team.
- Lead and manage organisational development projects to ensure that the Lab has effective, appropriate operational policies and processes, and that staff understand and implement these policies and processes.

About the role:
As Chief Executive Officer you will have overall responsibility for operational delivery and strategic development. This involves people leadership, financial planning including fundraising, internal and external communications and partnerships, effective use of data and information, and organisational development.
The charity has a unique approach to supporting its participants by providing a diverse, socially
engaged arts programme, responding to the needs, ambitions and cultural aspirations of male, trans and non-binary people who sex work. We also provide one-to-one support and advocacy, primarily relating to housing and homelessness.
Your main duties will include:
• Develop, implement, and oversee the vision and strategy in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
• Work closely with the Head of Creative to oversee delivery of creative provision, supporting and guiding staff to develop a high-quality programme for participants.
• Develop and maintain key strategic partnerships, including with leading cultural institutions and with the health and social care sector.
• Lead the staff team, including maintaining responsibility for recruitment, staff development and supervision, enabling the team to deliver high quality support and programmes for participants.
• Responsible for ensuring that organisational change is delivered successfully, with a focus on maintaining a positive culture where staff, volunteers and participants feel heard and involved.
• Financial management, fundraising, budgeting, monitoring and reporting.
• Charity and organisational compliance, including Charity Commission requirements, health and safety, safeguarding, employment and GPDR legislation.
About you:
We are looking for a confident leader who wants to work with us to ensure we are a high performing, sustainable organisation. You will need to bring with you the following skills and experience:
• Knowledge and understanding of the challenges and barriers to accessing services faced by LGBTQ+ people, people who sex work and those experiencing homelessness, often in combination with other needs.
• Experience of working at a senior level within either an arts and/or health and social care charity.
• Knowledge of adult safeguarding procedures.
• A strong track record of fundraising for either arts and/or or social care provision.
• Knowledge and understanding of the VCSE sector, health and social care support and provision for marginalised communities.
• Experience of leading, managing, and motivating teams at all levels, building working relationships with colleagues, and demonstrating personal commitment to organisational and staff development.
• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills, with an ability to represent the charity externally and work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience of managing multiple funding streams, working within tight financial parameters, and producing detailed financial budgets.

The Ideal Candidate:

Fight Bladder Cancer is a UK-based bladder cancer charity founded and run by bladder cancer patients and their families / carers.
We provide personal support anyone affected by bladder cancer in the U.K. We also help raise public awareness, support medical research, and campaign to influence policy at the highest levels to bring about improvements in bladder cancer treatments.

Job Title: CEO
Salary: Actual salary is £36,000 per year. (FTE £45,000)

Key responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Management
- Develop and implement the charity’s financial strategy to align it to the charity’s main strategy and support long-term goals.
- Provide financial insights to the leadership team to guide decision-making and resource allocation.

Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a financial advisor to the CEO, trustees and senior leadership team on all matters.

- Work closely with fundraising, operations and medico legal teams to align financial plans with organisational objectives.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior finance staff and/or volunteers, as applicable.

Person Specification
Essential:
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CIPFA) or equivalent financial experience.
- Proven experience in financial management, ideally within a charity or non-profit organisation.
- Strong knowledge of UK charity accounting standards (SORP) and regulatory requirements as they apply to charities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies.

The Role
Koreo is looking for a Senior Business Development and Partnerships Manager to drive growth across our programmes, particularly Charityworks and 2027. These programmes aim to create a more diverse social change sector by placing young people from across the UK in 12-month work placements with nonprofit organisations, also known as host organisations. Alongside their work placements, participants take part in a year-long, ILM-certified leadership and development programme designed to accelerate their impact and future potential.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual who thrives in a hands-on sales and relationship management role. This person will be responsible for securing work placements for our candidates by engaging with both new and existing host organisations across the nonprofit and grant-making sectors. They must be skilled at maintaining relationships with long-standing partners while also driving new business to support the overall growth and success of our programmes. Each year we aim to secure 150 work placements for diverse young talent from across the UK.
Working closely with the Director of Programmes and Managing Director, and line managing the Programme Marketing and Communications Manager and Recruitment Coordinator, the Senior Business Development and Partnerships Manager, will play a key role in executing Koreo’s programmatic growth strategy. They will identify and cultivate new leads to build a strong prospect pipeline of host organisations, pitch to secure new partners and manage relationships with existing partners, while also overseeing the recruitment of participants into our programmes.
