This is a new role giving you the opportunity and responsibility to build on our successful fundraising and extend our appeal to new donors as well as maintain our existing supporters. You will need demonstrable fundraising experience and the ability to work confidently as a strategic thinker and as a practical fundraiser. As head of fundraising you will work closely with the CEO to grow charitable income and philanthropic support from governments, individuals, trusts and foundations, corporate companies and other areas. The role

Background to School Food Matters
School Food Matters (SFM) exists to teach children about food and to improve children’s access to healthy, sustainable food during their time at school. We provide fully funded food education programmes to schools. Our experience delivering these programmes informs and strengthens our campaigns, bringing the voices of children, parents and teachers to government policy.
Young Marketeers
This much-loved programme was started in London in 2012. It is now running in 12 cities across England and is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund for three years. The programme provides hands-on opportunities for children from primary schools to grow fruit and veg from seed to sell at their local market. Young Marketeers is also a platform for School Food Matters to promote food education to schools and communities as a way to support children to live happy and healthy lives. Children learn the art of growing veg from seed, and market traders will share their secrets on how to create a winning market stall. Primary schools will be visited by our gardener in March/April and then again in May/June and receive further tips on how to ensure a bumper crop. And in July, they head to the market to sell their produce, and to meet the mayor!
Key Tasks include:
· Recruit four schools to take part in Young Marketeers
· Build and maintain relationships with teachers, teaching assistants and senior leaders to ensure the smooth running of the project

Prospectus is delighted to be working with a leading humanitarian organisation in their search for a Programme Specialist who will develop, grow, and oversee a portfolio of resilience and humanitarian projects.
This a permanent, full-time position, based in the UK (1-day a week in the London office).
Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, the new Programme Specialist will develop and manage a humanitarian programme portfolio, predominately in West Africa. The postholder will work across various areas, including programme development, grant management and relationship building both internally and externally. To be successful, you will have experience of designing and implementing humanitarian projects with a focus on West Africa, as such French fluency highly desirable for this role. Look Ahead Care and Support own and manage a mixed portfolio of properties across London and the Home Counties. The organisation accommodates customers with a range of support needs. The post holder will provide practical, analytical and administrative support to the different functions within the customer experience directorate. This includes working closely with the Senior Health and Safety Manager to process relevant documentation, policies, and procedures.
The role will take responsibility for the administration and maintenance of the incident and investigation system (RIVO) and will liaise with the Safeguarding Manager on making sure all required actions are followed up. The role also will lead on the administration of the Quality Management System (QMS) and following up on any actions which follow Quality Audits across services. The role will also have responsibility for following up on non-conformance across the different systems, and produce regular reports with available data.

What you'll do:
Assist with the management of the Look Ahead Health & Safety risk register and annual action plan.
Assist with occasional health and safety and quality audits to gain experience of operations in the field.
Champion the Health & Safety and Safeguarding departments intranet page and document control
Champion the RIVO system, ensuring incidents are reported correctly and manage the follow up actions.
Identify internal themes, trends and good practice emerging from incidents, quality reports and health and safety alerts
Manage the mailboxes across the teams, including H&S, Safeguarding and Quality, responding to any email queries and register this information for further investigation.
Support the processes Look Ahead needs to meet its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety, and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.
Assist the Senior Health & Safety Manager in co-ordinating the administration and development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
Analyse and collate the results of Quality visits across the organisation, monitoring the return of improvement plans and self audits.
