As Director of Impact, Digital & Data, you will work with colleagues at all levels and with our Board, leading on data maturity, providing insights, fostering a culture of innovation through our theory of change and influencing strategic decision making to ensure we deliver the greatest impact. Along with our Head of Insights & Impact and Head of Digital & Design, you will push the boundaries of our use of data and AI across the organisation, using analytics and automation to design better tailored products and deliver greater impact for people facing financial uncertainty. You will also seek out cross-sector partnerships with other values-led organisations so that we can use our insights to develop a deeper understanding of both national and local trends related to financial insecurity, enabling us to create lasting, system-wide change together.

About You
We are looking for experienced leaders with deep knowledge and expertise in the areas of digital innovation (including the adoption of AI), data & insights and strategy development. We are not necessarily looking for someone with direct experience across all these areas, and while knowledge of issues relating to financial insecurity is useful, we are also not looking for someone with a particular CV or sector background. We know that Turn2us will benefit from leaders with new perspectives and ways of thinking, so we’re actively encouraging broad interest from impactful leaders who bring transferable skills from a wide range of backgrounds. But an ability and curiosity to learn is key, as is the confidence to acknowledge the things that you don’t know.
This role requires persuasive leadership and exceptional relationship building skills within a matrix environment, and so a good level of emotional intelligence is important. You will be at your most comfortable working collaboratively and selflessly as part of a Leadership Team and able to embed yourself and your team across an organisation’s work in a way that is viewed as supportive and constructive rather than over stepping.

The Wallich is one of the most important organisations working to combat homelessness in Wales. The vision of Wild Impact (registered as Africa Foundation) is a future where the communities we partner with are (i) actively advocating for, and supporting, the restoration and conservation of the wild landscapes and seascapes we’re working in; and (ii) deriving meaningful socio-economic benefit from these areas.

To support the growth in Wild Impact’s conservation and sustainable development impact, it is recruiting a UK based Senior Partnerships Manager, who will be responsible for developing and implementating a UK and W. Europe focused fundraising drive. Expectation is that the successful individual will be able to increase our existing annual fundraising level of ~$750,000 by an additional ~$ 750,000 by 2026, and thereafter increase their personal fundraising contribution by at least 20% per annum.
The successful applicant will report jointly to the Wild Impact South Africa CEO and the Trustees of Africa Foundation (UK) and work closely with the worldwide Wild Impact Fundraising and Partnerships team.
KEY OUTPUTS:
Development and management of a UK and W. Europe based fundraising and partnerships strategy that will enable the implementation of the shared Wild Impact and &Beyond Impact strategy, including:
o The drafting and submission of all project profiles and grant applications.
o Development and dissemination of all donor and partner communications.
o The delivery and progressive improvement of all donor and partner reports.
o Actively engaging with all donors and partners, which will include significant regional and international travelling.
o Representing Wild Impact at Fundraising events and relevant conferences and workshops focused on Conservation and Rural Community Development.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum of a Graduate degree.
- Good understanding of biodiversity conservation, climate resilience and sustainable rural development.
- Proven experience in developing, leading and nurturing fundraising strategies, including individual, corporate, government, bilateral agency and foundation partnerships.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture Impact partnerships.
- Excellent communication, Information Technology, and financial management skills.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Reprieve team as our Head of Development- Grants and Major Givers, covering parental leave. With the support of the Deputy Director, Fundraising (DDF), you will lead the Development Team to fundraise for Reprieve, and our sibling organisation, Reprieve US, through multiple income streams. You will be responsible for managing a number of key donor relationships, while leading a dynamic and collaborative team to deliver against income targets across trusts, statutory, high value donors (HVD), events, awards and corporate sources. With at least five years fundraising experience, you will bring specialist expertise in at least one of the following areas: trusts and foundations, statutory or high value donors.
This is a pivotal moment for fundraising at Reprieve. The fundraising landscape in the UK has been affected by the economic crisis, and Reprieve is responding to this new context by remaining agile and proactively seeking new opportunities and funding sources. Our aim for the next 1 – 3 years is to maintain our current income and ensure Reprieve can resource our critical work at the same level. Joining at this key moment, you will be energised to bring your skills, experience, and knowledge to lead and support your team to steward and secure income from current funders, while strategising how to build income from new sources.
Reporting to the DDF, you will manage three Development Officers, ensuring they have the guidance, support, and infrastructure they need to fundraise effectively. You will work with the Head of Finance, the DDF and the Joint Executive Director (JED) to monitor and feed into organisational, programme and project budgets and income projections. Contract, Location and Salary
This is a one year, fixed term contract from May 2025 covering parental leave. The salary is £61,003 per annum, less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.
This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work 40% per week from the London office and the rest of the week from home. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK currently and for the duration of the contract, which will be checked prior to interview.
Reprieve works across a number of jurisdictions; as such, this is a role that may require work outside of core office hours from time to time. This role also requires availability for face-to-face meetings with donors and other staff members in London on a regular basis.

Role Summary
The Head of Sector Programmes plays a significant role in the strategy, design and delivery of our programme of support for students exploring their career options. This includes managing a team of Programme Managers who lead their own teams of Programme Coordinators to deliver key upReach programmes, planning high quality events, managing relationships with external stakeholders, and evaluating impact.
They will report to the Director of Programmes, and will be a member of the Programmes Senior Leadership Team, taking responsibility for the development and implementation of an effective programme design and strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Head of Sector Programmes: This person will contribute to upReach's mission by working to ensure the smooth running of upReach’s core programmes, focused on our sector-specific support. Make strategic decisions regarding the design and delivery of our sector programmes of support for students, creating a 12 month plan in advance of the start of each recruitment cycle.

Manage a team of Programme Managers in a variety of locations, providing weekly 1-to-1 check-ins, reviews and personal development support. This includes coaching and enabling them to guide Programme Coordinators in their teams to manage day-to-day partnership responsibilities and relationship management.
Act as a role model within the Programmes Team, engaging in all programme interventions and activities to ensure successful, high quality programme delivery is embedded throughout the team.
Support with oversight of professional development within the Programmes Team, including objective setting, performance reviewing and appraisals.
Act as a Sponsor on key strategic Programmes projects, providing oversight and guidance to junior team members.
