An exciting position has arisen for a Major Donors Lead to join a renowned charity, dedicated to delivering social services and humanitarian aid to vulnerable individuals. As a member of the Senior Management Team reporting to the Director of Programmes, the Deputy Director will lead and supervise the programmes team. We are seeking a well-rounded programme professional with significant experience in managing complex international development programmes. You should excel in providing oversight for a varied portfolio of complex, donor-funded projects and possess strong diplomatic and coordination skills, enabling you to build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
This is a fully remote, UK-based interim contract lasting approximately 6 months, with the potential to extend to a permanent position depending on both parties' interests. About the Role
Over the past 7 years, UnLtd have developed and built an investment offer for social purpose organisations. This has included the development and full deployment of two investment funds - UnLtd Impact Fund, and the Thrive Fund. We launched our third investment fund in partnership with Big Issue Invest in December 2022. The Growth Impact Fund is currently a £10m fund focussed on providing capital for diverse-led social purpose organisations.
Reporting into the Director of Delivery & Investment, this person would be responsible and accountable for our investment work across UnLtd. This includes the management of the previously deployed funds as well as management of UnLtd’s role in the delivery of the Growth Impact Fund, specifically the management of the pre and post investment support and the management of our portfolio of investees.
This is a significant role for UnLtd. It requires experience of working on and in an investment fund, managing a complex and ever-changing investment portfolio, as well as the ability to manage a team, and a high-level strategic partnership with Big Issue Invest.

Job Summary
This role is an expansion of our employment pathway and will be our first dedicated employment coach for our students.
PiP has developed a unique reputation for our experience and quality of employment support for adults with learning disabilities. This has led to an increased number of referrals with a focus on employment, an expansion of our in-house social enterprise capacity, and more employers keen to work alongside us to diversify their staff base.
PiP is keen to respond to and meet this demand. This role for us is the next step in doing so, allowing us to increase our job coaching capacity and providing more dedicated resource for students on their employment journey. As to date our coaching has been delivered across our existing staff team.

The Head of Finance is a pivotal role for the Trust, providing leadership in financial management and planning. We have more than 12,000 individual members in the UK and worldwide. As a charity, we advocate for the key role of statistics and data in society and work to ensure that policy formulation and decision-making are informed by evidence for the public good. Members work with RSS staff to support areas such as policy development, education, training, statistical communication, and statistical literacy.
The Director of Professional Services is responsible for our professional affairs activities, overseeing the creation, maintenance and application of relevant standards through our professional affairs committee, and certification and accreditation schemes. They are also responsible for member recruitment and management, ensuring we continue to attract new RSS members and partners, and that their needs are met. They also oversee a range of activities that engage RSS members (including groups that bring members together on a topic or geographical basis, RSS honours and awards, and our volunteering opportunities), securing both our impact on society and member retention.
