We have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Individual Giving (IG) Product Marketing Manager. You will play a key role in supporting the Senior Manager to develop the regular giving product marketing strategy, plan and budget which aims to stabilise regular giving volumes and long-term income. Further to this, you will manage the delivery of the regular giving product marketing plan, meeting KPIs, to time and budget.
What will I be doing?
Supporting the IG Senior Product Marketing Manager to translate the Fundraising & Marketing operating plan and budget into a product marketing plan and budget for regular giving
Managing the planning, set-up, delivery and analysis of integrated multi-channel campaigns that meet and exceed specific product KPIs
Managing the content and creative production, ensuring campaign assets are fully aligned with Brand messaging and other communications themes
Working alongside the Senior Manager to motivate the Executives and matrix manage specialist Digital Marketing & Delivery teams to deliver activity across channels
Working with digital and data experts from across marketing and the wider organisation to improve communications
Managing the continuous testing and analysis of campaigns

Introduction
Are you passionate about championing and communicating conservation science and the work of the RSPB? We’re looking for a driven Senior Science Communications Executive to spearhead our scientific communication efforts in line with our mission to create a world richer in nature.
Science is the bedrock of the work of the RSPB and this role is pivotal in helping raise awareness and understanding of how it informs and guides our conservation work. The Senior Science Communications Executive will lead the promotion, development, and coordination of the RSPB’s scientific communication. - Development and maintenance of scientific content on the RSPB website dedicated to the Centre for Conservation Science.
- Production and circulation of internal and external scientific newsletters, managing circulation lists for each.
- Promotion and integration of scientific communication outputs within broader organisational communication strategies, including the RSPB Magazine and other owned channels.
- Building and managing a comprehensive network of science media contacts to increase the number of channels available for sharing our science work with target audiences, ensuring this is aligned with wider RSPB media objectives.
- Ensuring alignment with RSPB Brand Guidelines and fostering strong collaborations with colleagues across Conservation Science, Global Conservation, Digital Technology & Communications, and UK Countries Directorates. About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
About the role
It’s been an exciting year for the CoppaFeel! Marketing team; we’ve had a brand refresh, onboarded new agencies, launched award winning campaigns and grown a partnership with Love Island. And it’s all been in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing team, help shape the direction of and oversee our 2025 campaign, and collaborate with other Heads of Departments to deliver CoppaFeel!’s three year organisational strategy.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Job purpose:
The Website Content Manager will lead on the content strategy for our new and improved website - delivering engaging content which inspires our audiences to take action from praying to donating in order for Muslim Hands to continue it’s lifesaving work. The Website Manager will have oversight of all pages, from blogs to appeals, responsible for optimising our each for SEO and CRO.
Main responsibilities:
- Produce and publish new pages from appeals to blogs in line with the organisation’s needs – this includes copywriting and liaising with designers for creative.
- Create and deliver the website content strategy inline with our key fundraising touchpoints – delivering an approach which puts the audience at the centre of our plans.
- Lead on our SEO strategy in partnership with our agency to deliver SEO audits, SEO driven blogs and to improve our overall website ranking.
- Lead on creating and delivering our conversion rate optimisation strategy.
- Deliver a test plan of website content which optimises the user experience.
- Create, update and audit website pages in line with the orgs needs. Including copy, creative, landing pages, functions, journeys in line with our brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the external developers to suggest new features we’d like to test in terms of the site’s functionality.
- Communicate website updates to the wider organisation.
- Lead on reporting for organic search, SEO and CRO metrics on a weekly and monthly basis – sharing with SLT.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to provide optimal user journeys to improve our fundraising and retention efforts.

Person specification:
- A strategic thinker who will problem solve to deliver the website strategy.
- Project and time management skills including ability to implement test strategies.
- Proficient communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile fundraising environment and collaborating across multiple teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Detail orientated to provide complete and accurate content, some of which may need regular updating.
- Strong copywriter and storyteller.
- Previous Umbraco experience.
- Experience of SEO and SEM.
- Data driven and comfortable digging into analytics of website metrics.
- Experience working in a fundraising role.

- Travel: Occasional travel may be required for meetings or events.
