About Richmond AID

Richmond AID offers 25 days annual leave plus eight bank holidays pro rata. Normal office hours are 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays. The Youth Club Coordinator role is a crucial role within our mission of making sure B&DYZ is “the Number One Service for young people”. The post holder will be fully involved in all aspects of the day-to-day management of their designated service, including line managing the relevant front-line staff. Heaney Hub implements and promotes the Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) model. About the Team
Kinship is in the third year of delivering the first national peer support service for kinship carers in England. We have created 145 peer support groups. We have supported and trained kinship carers to create and lead their groups in a way which meets their needs.

With a new contract from the Department for Education, we’re now entering a new phase of our service with a focus on:
 

• creating 90 new sustainable peer support groups in areas of most need over 21 months;
• sustaining and developing the current 145 existing groups; and
• providing support and help to build a sustainable and welcoming community for all peer support groups across England.

This role will mobilise, develop and innovate our existing offer into a new Peer Support Community Hub with the focus on supporting sustainability and building resilience of peer support groups and their leaders. You will support and build our Kinship peer support community.

You’ll work with group leaders to co-create and develop a central hub of accessible and useful resources to help them to sustain their groups, working with colleagues right across Kinship to promote consistent access to services and activities (training, programmes, information, advice and campaigns), building a joined-up user experience. 

You’ll ensure we use data and insight to innovate the Hub and develop a strong thriving community of peer support group leaders.

About the role
The role of the Peer Community Innovation Lead is to oversee and take accountability for sustaining kinship peer support groups across England in priority areas as part of a new hub and spoke delivery model.

In this context, your team is the centralised ‘hub’ of the service, delivering an exciting programme of training, speakers, toolkits and resources to help peer support group leaders develop, build and sustain their group well. Your team will build and develop this ‘peer support community hub’. This will include annual in person celebrations.

Your team will make sure groups feel connected and supported, learn from each other and build a powerful and resilient peer community. 

Managing a national team of three, you will develop a strategy and operational plan to build on and mobilise a new peer support community.

The type of person we’re looking for:
Dynamic and people-centred, this role is about innovating and developing a supportive community of peer support group leaders nationally in person and online. You’ll understand the power of relationships and be an excellent communicator. You’ll understand how communities hold their own power and your team will help unlock that. Innovation is key to the success of the Hub and you’ll ensure you’re using best practice and learning to develop it.

An excellent communicator, you’ll develop external specialist partnerships to support group sustainability. You’ll ensure through the National Peer Support Connector role that peer communities are connected and engaging with the new National Kinship Care Ambassador to share insight and best practice.

You’ll be comfortable with using digital technology and tools to build communities, relationships and develop resources.

How this role fits into the vision and objectives of Causeway

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager focusing on our Outreach support across the Northwest. This purpose of this role is to manage and maintain high levels of service delivery. You will directly oversee four Coordinators. You will work with those Coordinators to ensure that; contractual KPI's are met, clients are supported effectively, staff are developed, and internal process and procedures are followed, to a high standard. Where required, you will also play a role in implementing service and system improvements

Responsibilities

• Oversight, line management, and support of Coordinators, incl. effective supervisions and yearly appraisals.
• Ensure all KPIs and service standards are met by staff incl. referrals, exits, paperwork submission.
• Use baseline, checklists, quality control and other systems to monitor and support effective service delivery.
• Ensure staff effectively carry out their roles, as per their job description.
• Manage service user or external complaints with the support of Senior Service Manager.
• Work with the other Service Managers, and all stakeholders to use, support and develop appropriate systems and processes, to ensure that services function effectively.
• Ensure all service users are being supported effectively, and assist Coordinators with problem-solving and managing incidents/safeguarding issues, where necessary
• Work in partnership with Safeguarding lead
• Ensure all staff are supported and managed effectively, incl. ensuring annual-leave/sickness/TOIL procedure is followed by Coordinators.
• Ensure appropriate lone-working safety procedures are implemented and developed ere required.

• Oversight and regular monitoring of CMS (client-management-system).
• Maintain and develop local services and agency links, attending suitable networking meetings as requested.

• Work alongside P&C team to support Coordinators in managing or problem-solving any HR-related issues.

• Take a role in supporting volunteers in the region, when required.
• To be ‘on-call’, out of hours approximately one week in four - managing and accepting referrals, and dealing with out-of-hours incidents.
• Oversee other services or a team in the absence of Coordinator (ie. Holiday or sickness).
• To maintain and build the Causeway culture and values across the staff team in the region.

About the Role:

In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of the CRM Phase 2 project, additionally, you'll mobilise and lead the Project Team, including both internal members and external resources.

You'll also:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan and ensure all resources are secured and monitored.
• Coordinate and manage the execution of work packages, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Provide regular progress reports to the Programme Board, highlighting key risks and issues.
• Work closely with the CRM Product Owner to understand user requirements and acceptance criteria.

About You:

• Significant experience in leading major system implementation projects (particularly CRM solutions) for user groups exceeding 150.

• Experience managing project budgets between £250k - £500k.
• Practical experience with large-scale CRM solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) and project governance frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.

Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:

• Experience in implementing or enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
• Knowledge of ETL processes using SQL/SSIS.

· Influencing and supporting parishes to prepare and deliver their NZC action plans relating to their buildings.
