Mind in Haringey are seeking a Community Care Coordinator for some of our most vulnerable users. The role which has been developed to further support our service users alongside our statutory partners at North Middlesex NHS Foundation Trust Emergency Department, to increase their wellbeing, confidence, social integration, and independence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with service users during periods of crisis and support them through their journey of recovery to ensure that they are receiving the support most beneficial to them. This will be achieved through a person-centred approach to ensure that the views of service users are central to the planned support they receive.
The successful candidate will take a lead in working with service users to assess needs/barriers preventing clients from recovery, working with them to create a personal action plan, and monitoring and evaluating outcomes and progress. Independence will be encouraged through self-management and recovery.

The Social Team is made up of a Senior Social Media Manager, two Social Media Managers and a Social Media Assistant. We sit in a wider Brand and Engagement team that includes digital marketing, email and brand.
In this role you will be leading on content, managing the calendar and working with our wider teams on the planning and delivery of Marie Curie campaigns including the Great Daffodil Appeal and the Nobody Should Die in Poverty campaign. This role is vital to the organisation; collaborating with colleagues and key stakeholders across the charity to bring our brand, our services, and our mission to life online.
You will be responsible for:
Channel management and reputation: you will manage daily content across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and other social platforms with a combined audience of nearly 800,000 followers.
Social media strategy: you will also be responsible for the development of social media strategy for key campaign activity, e.g. Great Daffodil Appeal, National Day of Reflection, and brand campaigns, as well as ensuring social media is integrated into wider communications and marketing plans.
Content creation: leading on content across our national channels, you will work with colleagues in the PR, Content and Creative teams to plan and develop daily content.
Budget management and paid activity: you will lead on our organic paid strategy, working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, and liaise with external agency on a weekly basis to review and refine our approach. You are the budget holder for this activity, including decision making to optimise best performing content and to maximise reach and engagement.
Regional strategy: you will lead on our regional social media strategy reflecting our aim to become a place-based organisation, working with key stakeholders across the nations, to ensure our local presence is engaging, vibrant and complements our national activity.
Key Criteria:
An experienced social media expert to bring insight, passion, and talent to the organisation and team.
Experience of social-first content development, across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Linkedin and Youtube.
Proven ability in using data measurement and insights to improve and optimise social performance. Proven track record of developing, managing, and growing successful online communities
A degree is not essential for this role however we expect you to have previously:
Created, developed and delivered social media strategy and plans (including managing content, engagement, platform development and listening tools).
Managed a variety of key stakeholders, including leading on strategy in devolved nations where appropriate

You will be working in a supportive, friendly, and welcoming team whilst having oversight of a caseload of women, who may be under the supervision of the National Probation Service or in custody, enhancing the offer of holistic support and advocacy services available to them throughout their journey.
Building relationships with other statutory and non-statutory agencies in local communities is vital to build referral pathways and provide a whole system approach to supporting individuals.
To carry out this work you will meet women in the community in your designated borough and co-locate with other agencies including the National Probation Service, as well as regularly attending Advance’s North London vibrant Women’s Centre/office space.
You will be a creative self-starter who will support the service and look for innovative solutions to support clients with complex needs. You are confident professional relationship builder and has good awareness of Safeguarding procedures. Strong Administration skills and understanding of compliant behaviours also experience of supporting. With good knowledge of the criminal justice system and awareness of other support provisions.

The Energy Neighbours Information and Data Manager is responsible for setting up and managing the systems that enable all staff and organisations involved in the project to gather and use information and data. Information and Data Manager works with the Project Manager to make good use of staff and partners time through excellent information systems.
The Energy Neighbours Information and Data Manager ensures the whole team has the information and data systems they need to engage and support residents and community organisations – and be accountable to partners and funders. About the role:
The Diversion programme began as a two-year pilot programme launched in July 2019 and funded by MOPAC (Mayor’s Office for Policing & Crime). The aim was to drive multi-agency working between the police, Voluntary Community Sector (VCS) service providers and other statutory partners and was part of a wider programme of work to develop a whole system approach to identifying and addressing the needs of women involved in the criminal justice system in London. The Diversion programme integrates a short-term, holistic package of support for women with an out of court disposal, to improve outcomes for the woman and offer Police officers a robust alternative pathway other than prosecution.
We have recently been awarded funding from Portsmouth City Council to deliver a 12-month pilot of the Diversion Programme in Portsmouth, to support those women of the PO1-PO6 area postcodes, who encounter the Police and as a result are then to be referred to the Diversion service rather than be prosecuted.
The successful post holder is required to pass Police Vetting
About You:
To be successful as Diversion Keyworker you will have an in-depth knowledge of issues facing women offenders and those at risk of offending; both in and out of the criminal justice system and the ability to see how violence against women and girls interlinks to women in the criminal justice system.
In short, you will have: -
You will bring proven practice of working with women experiencing issues related to offending (e.g. homelessness, substance misuse, domestic abuse, mental health or other relevant work area) preferably within criminal justice setting. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of conducting needs and risk assessments and of risk management crisis management skills and an ability to cope in stressful situations. You will show forth your ability to manage a caseload and a top-quality skill set with prioritising and organising your own workload.
You will be a self-serving uniquely able to undertake working independently and at times be managed remotely. That said, you will have a proven record of collaborative and working partnership with relevant statutory and voluntary groups, demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain strong constructive working relationships.

We’re looking for an Operations and Services Manager who is passionate about supporting effective, high-quality service delivery within a charitable organisation. This is a senior role within our organisation so you will have a strong background in administrative and operational management, with experience in a client-focused environment. Purposeful Ventures are a not-for-profit working to support and strengthen organisations that deliver systemic impact, specifically within the social and educational sectors. They are currently looking to recruit a temporary HR & Team Coordinator on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week), running for 3-months. Key responsibilities for this post will include:
- Being the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, including managing email mailboxes and postal mail, managing queries as appropriate whilst providing a high level of customer service.

- Coordinating offboarding processes for both employees and contractors.

- Managing the team calendar and coordinating gatherings such as meetings, activities and socials.
- Supporting the external IT support contractor to ensure smooth running of services and coordinating IT support for staff where required.
- Providing research and administrative support to the COO.
- Ensuring the timely and efficient management of the CRM information, team and project documents/templates, including management and coordination of SharePoint folders.
- Managing the day-to-day coordination of the office, including liaising with building representatives, organising stationery and supplies, and monitoring office IT equipment to make sure that items are working as expected.
- Supporting the COO, internal finance lead and external finance provider to ensure that necessary documents e.g. receipts and expenses are completed in a timely manner.

- Experience within a HR setting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Experience in office coordination with demonstratable skills in implementing and improving systems and processes.

Trusts and Foundations Manager
The Trusts and Foundations Manager with be responsible for the ongoing management of the current successful high-value portfolio ranging from £2m commitments to £100k grants. In addition to ensuring the current portfolio is expertly stewarded with the aim of renewing and uplifting existing funders, the role will also be responsible for expanding the portfolio, focusing on both the national programme and the individual pathfinders projects in the longer term.
The Trusts and Foundations Manager with not have any direct line management reports in order to focus their time on fundraising but will work closely with The Manager will take a relationship-based approach to our funding partnership, working directly with grantors to create impactful propositions and proposals to support Thrive at Five’s strategic priorities. The successful applicant will develop and manage a detailed prospect pipeline managed through our database, to ensure we make the very best of opportunities, in addition to new partnerships being identified and scoped.
The role will involve collaboration and coordination across the organization, both to keep abreast of the latest information for grantors, but also to bring key stakeholders and experts into discussions and partnerships as and when necessary to further develop and strengthen relationships. colleagues, providing coaching, support and advice on the lower-level trust portfolio on a regular basis.
Hybrid (1-2 days per week in our London office and the rest of the week working from home – with occasional national travel to our local sites)

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Work with the Head of Fundraising to further develop the long-term fundraising strategy working to maximise multi-year partnerships from like-minded funders
- Manage the annual planning processes for Trusts and Foundations, prioritising meaningful engagement and stewardship opportunities for new and existing funders
- Work closely with the Director of Finance on the annual budget and monthly forecasts
Portfolio Management
- Manage the existing portfolio of c. 25 active multi-year grants ranging from £100k-£2m, providing excellent and timely reporting in addition to creative and impactful ongoing stewardship. The existing funders’ interests will be split across our national programme and regional pathfinders (currently Stoke-on-Trent and Redcar and Cleveland, with discussions underway in Middlesborough and Scotland).
- Regularly communicate with those in the portfolio on a 1:1 basis, working with senior stakeholders directly as and when necessary to maximise opportunities including Trustees, Advisory Board Members, Senior Leadership Team (‘SLT’) and the CEO
- Organise and attend programme visits to pathfinder locations as and when necessary to strengthen partnerships with grantors, long term in addition to regular face to face funder meetings
- Support the delivery of cultivation and stewardship events for prospects, funders and connectors, cross the country
Prospect Research and Pipeline Management
- Manage a portfolio of c.30 warm and cold prospects, to create bespoke cultivation opportunities, engage in fact-finding discussions, and submit detailed concept notes and proposals as relationships develop. The aim is for the existing portfolio of active funders to double over the next two years through a rigorous prospect engagement programme
- Focus on constant movement and momentum within the trusts and foundations pipeline, continuously researching new prospects, and network mapping contacts across the organisations to explore new avenues of support for both the national programme and the pathfinder projects
- Proactively engage with the grant making community with a shared interested in early years development by attending sector specific events and opportunities, and in addition to those focused on pathfinder areas such as Scottish grantmakers or those focused on the Northwest of England.
Processes and Systems
- Champion data excellence across fundraising by utilising the Raiser Edge database, ensuring it is the up-to-date centralised data management system for all prospects, funders, events and communications
- Provide regular reports to the Head of Fundraising and SLT on movement within the grants pipeline including chances of success
- Support the management of the lower-level grants portfolio, taking a coaching approach and sharing your expertise widely
- Work with the Head of Fundraising to ensure the team are confident in all fundraising processes and procedures including grant acceptance policy, due diligence policy, prospect research process, data protection policy and GDPR requirements
