The Admissions Officer will join the Postgraduate Studies department in our Education and Training division. We are seeking someone experienced in university/further education admissions processes who is a team player, efficient, organised and flexible. They will be motivated to learn quickly on the job and proactively lead on admissions processes, joining at a crucial point in the annual student recruitment cycle for a busy department. The role is fixed-term for this purpose. It will involve regular interaction with a diverse range of people, both internal and external to the department, including prospective students, Programme Directors and Project Managers. A professional attitude and good interpersonal skills are essential to liaise effectively with a variety of staff and students. Additionally, a willingness to help and positive outlook shown through previous customer service and administrative experience is essential to work successfully in this student-facing role.

What will I be doing?

Responsible for creating and managing Sports Team web pages and social media pages and producing innovative and bespoke content that is user friendly across all devices and briefing in social priorities

We are looking for an experienced treasurer to support the Board, CEO and Finance Director in the successful delivery of the charity’s financial responsibilities. This includes provision of advice, guidance, challenge and reassurance on all aspects of the charity’s financial activities, ensuring that our strategic plans are underpinned by robust and fit for purpose financial management. You should have a strong interest in the mission of Animal Free Research UK and be willing to advocate on the charity’s behalf.
Previous experience of being a Trustee is not necessary as a full induction and ongoing support will be provided.

Board meetings and time commitment
The The Board ordinarily meets four times per year in March, May, August and November. Two of these meetings are held remotely via video call on a Saturday, and two are held in person in London across weekends. In addition, Trustees are encouraged to join a Committee relevant to their area of expertise which meets at least once per quarter via video call. An appropriate time commitment will be required over the course of the year for preparative work between meetings. Trustees are also invited to attend occasional charity events and join recruitment panels on an ad hoc basis.
Following a probationary period where Trustee-elects attend at least 2 board meetings, appointed Trustees serve a three-year term, with the option to renew for a further three years. Trusteeship is an unremunerated position, though reasonable out-of-pocket expenses will be paid.

The Senior Events and Programme Coordinator (Leadership) has key responsibility for supporting our Leadership Programmes working alongside the Events and Membership Manager and the Director of Nursing Programmes (Leadership and Standards) to ensure work is covered by the wider team and to act as a central point of contact for partners and clients.
The Programme, Network and Event Coordination Team is a key core team led by our Events and Membership Manager, responsible for ensuring that professional programmes, network and event support is provided to the QNI’s core programmes of work and the nurses in the team that lead them.
The role will also pick up other co-ordinator duties as part of the wider team which is expected to work flexibly to cover the requirements of the organisation.
The post holder will require the ability to work in a fast-paced response environment with a high level of efficiency and the ability to take initiative. Main Role & Responsibilities
Ygam is seeking an Insight and Innovation Officer to join our Insight and Innovation team. The post holder will work with the Head of Insight and Innovation, supporting with research, knowledge translation, evaluations and insights into children and young people’s experiences of gaming and gambling harms.
Our Insight & Innovation team aids the design and delivery of Ygam’s strategy by supporting evidence-based decision making. By working across the charity to leverage and disseminate internal and external insight, the team enables intelligent decision-making and strengthens the organisation’s understanding of the world in which it operates.

We are looking for an Insight and Innovation Officer to work collaboratively with the Head of Insight & Innovation, and teams from across the organisation to deliver research and stakeholder insight workstreams. Role Requirements
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Research, insight and knowledge translation:
· Support the commissioning and managing of research activities and collaborations.
· Develop longitudinal research to understand programme impact on our beneficiaries.
· Keep abreast of current and future developments in gaming and gambling harm prevention, critically appraising these and summarising them as part of our knowledge translation function.
· Liaise with the External Affairs team to support the creation of accessible learning pieces for knowledge translation across the organisation and with internal and external stakeholders.
· Lead on writing articles and reports to disseminate learnings from Ygam’s data collection activities.
· Support the fundraising team with identifying and applying for new funding and grant opportunities directly associated with research and insight work.

Evaluations and continuous improvement:
· Support programme evaluations, including support with writing invitations to tender, liaising with Programme Leads and writing up/ dissemination of findings.

Engagement and relationships:

Growing Hope is a charity providing free therapy for children and young people with additional needs in partnership with local churches across the UK. We aim to grow hope for children, hope for families and hope in Jesus.
Growing Hope was founded in December 2017 and has a vision to see 20 clinics set up across the UK by 2030. We have three clinics, King’s Cross, Brockley and High Wycombe, and we are currently setting up a fourth clinic in Gateshead and a fifth in Redbridge. This role will report to the CEO of the charity and will work closely as part of the Senior Leadership team. The Director of Growth will have oversight of Fundraising, Communications, Marketing and Clinic Growth within the charity. Key Purpose:
This role encompasses the day-to-day running of RABI’s mental health training programme. To include liaising with individuals and organisations seeking training; working with RABI’s specialist training providers; budgeting and invoicing, monitoring and evaluating the service.

The role will also include helping to distribute much-needed grants to projects across the National Park.
