As Individual Giving and Appeals Manager, you’ll deliver integrated fundraising campaigns across direct mail, email, and digital channels — helping us grow our individual giving base and strengthen donor loyalty. 

Alongside driving individual and regular giving, you’ll help shape a new in-memory giving offer, build our legacy giving programme from the ground up, and grow our Named Funds programme.

Working closely with teams across the charity, you’ll design inspiring donor journeys and stewardship plans. You’ll also use data and insight to refine our approach and ensure every supporter feels truly valued.

• Demonstrable experience in managing individual giving campaigns, legacy fundraising, and / or in-memory fundraising. 

• Proven experience developing compelling propositions that drive results and generate income/supporter acquisition.

• Proven record of being results-driven and achieving agreed fundraising targets ad outcomes.

We're seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to Chair our Independent Advisory Group (IAG) whose role is to provide independent advice to the Travalyst Board and Secretariat on the delivery of Travalyst’s strategy. As Chair, you'll provide independent strategic guidance, critical insights, and expert advice to shape Travalyst’s initiatives and impact. This role requires a commitment of approximately 1-2 days per month over an initial two-year term (with the possibility of renewal).

Your Impact

• Set the IAG’s agenda and priorities, in close collaboration with the Travalyst CEO and Board Chair.

• Chair a minimum of six virtual meetings per year, bringing all IAG Members together to share learning and provide strategic business updates; ensuring that divergent opinions are heard and respected, and that the group forms a collective view when needed.

• Ensure that the IAG’s advice is timely, relevant, and delivered appropriately to the Board and/or Secretariat.

• Attending Travalyst Board meetings to give updates on IAG activities, performance and learnings (likely 1-2 per year).

• Attending Travalyst’s Annual Convening (likely 2 days per year, usually in Europe).

• Regular strategy and operations meetings with the Secretariat and Travalyst COO.

• Regular status meetings and 1:1 check-ins with IAG Members.

About the IAG

Our IAG is comprised of a global group of some of the world’s leading travel and sustainability experts. The role of the IAG is to provide independent advice to the Travalyst Board and Secretariat on the delivery of Travalyst’s strategy. Its primary remit is the expert review of Travalyst’s product roadmaps, including impact evaluation. In addition, the IAG’s proactive advice is invited on any topic, including Travalyst’s strategy and theory of change.

The IAG currently has six members, appointed as a core group of experts with a systemic view of travel and tourism. We expect this group to grow to 8-10 members during 2025/6, to fill specific gaps in expertise. IAG Members are appointed by the Secretariat, in consultation with the IAG Chair.

Where needed, the IAG may form a task group (including external subject matter experts) with a clear, time-bound remit. External subject matter experts are appointed by the Secretariat, in consultation with the IAG Chair.

The IAG sets its agenda and priorities through close collaboration between the IAG Chair, Travalyst CEO, and Travalyst Board Chair. It is accountable to its Terms of Reference, which are approved by the Board.

Who you are

You are a visionary leader passionate about sustainability and global travel transformation.

You bring:

Support available to you as IAG Chair

Operational support from the Secretariat will include:

• Ensuring the smooth operational running of the IAG to deliver its agenda, priorities and roadmap.

• Preparing, supporting and debriefing IAG meetings, and managing records of key advice and decisions.

• Leading recruitment and onboarding of new IAG Members and/or subject matter experts.

• Monitoring IAG governance processes and performance, and making recommendations for improving processes.

Honorarium

The IAG Chair will be offered an annual honorarium, in recognition of the critical role played by the IAG and the time commitment required for full participation and leadership.

Additionally, pre-approved reasonable out-of-pocket expenses can be reimbursed, where required.

Animal welfare charities the Universities Federation for Animal Welfare (UFAW) and the Humane Slaughter Association (HSA) are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Fundraising & Membership Officer to strengthen the Fundraising and Communications team. Frazzled is a small mental health and wellbeing charity founded by Ruby Wax OBE, that provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where people who are feeling frazzled and overwhelmed by the stresses of modern life can meet on a regular basis to talk and share their personal stories. 

We run our free meetings online every single day of the year for anyone who needs them, and anyone can book and be included to talk, share, listen and to feel heard.

As part of our exciting plans for growth, we are seeking a Fundraising Lead to drive the organisation’s fundraising to fulfil our mission and play a key role in supporting the next phase of Frazzled’s growth and development. 

You will be responsible for developing and delivering an ambitious fundraising strategy with a range of fundraising activities focusing primarily on trusts and foundations but also individual donors, corporate partners and fundraising campaigns.

This is an exciting, creative and flexible opportunity for the right person. The ideal candidate is someone with a demonstrable successful track record in fundraising, alongside the skills of a talented and persuasive communicator and relationship builder. MAIN TASKS

Fundraising

• Lead on developing and delivering an annual fundraising strategy to support our ambitious plans for growth, securing a minimum of £250k per year from Trusts and Foundations, individual donors, fundraising events and campaigns, and corporate partnerships. 
• Research and generate a pipeline of funding applications, including multi-year grant opportunities from Trusts and Foundations
• Lead on writing compelling applications and conversations with funders, talking persuasively and informatively about Frazzled’s work and impact
• Work with the CEO and trustees to develop new relationships with individual donors and strengthen partnerships with existing supporters
• Work with the CEO and Head of Training and Programmes to develop new opportunities for corporate sponsorship and partnerships
• Lead on organising fundraising events such as dinners with major funders and initiate and develop other opportunities for fundraising.
• Lead on Frazzled’s annual Big Give Christmas Challenge campaign and identify any other fundraising campaign opportunities throughout the year, with support from the Project Support and Administration Officer
• Prepare regular reports and updates for our funders and trustees, engaging them with our work and the impact of their support
• Ensure that Frazzled’s fundraising work is GDPR compliant and meets best practice standards.

Other:

• Work with and support the Project Support and Administrative Officer in relevant fundraising tasks, delegating where appropriate.

Overall purpose of role

As the WeProtect Global Alliance Head of Members, you will grow and lead our capability and capacity to harness and grow our global alliance network to guide and drive the implementation of our Strategy and mission targets. This role requires an organised, driven, and people-oriented leader with deep and global connections in the child protection field. 

Your team will develop and deliver an elevated approach to managing a diverse community of members, supporting the Alliance maximise our impact on the global stage, support and advise the Management Board, Executive Team, Head of Strategy and Head of Development on the best ways to harness our Alliance community to respond to a rapidly evolving operational landscape and navigate key strategic decisions.

You will also work closely with the Head of Strategy and Head of Development to support the development of new ways of working to understand our collective impact and ensure our secretariat, members and broader organization actively remain relevant and focused on delivering our mission and strategic objectives. 

You will grow the capabilities and lead the WeProtect Global Alliance members work, with key accountability for the following outcomes:

· Work with the Executive Team, Management Board and Policy Board to develop, secure buy-in and implement a members strategy, operational and action plans to harness our diverse community to deliver the existing and forthcoming WeProtect Global Alliance Strategy and delivery targets.

· Collaborate with the Head of Strategy, the Head of Development and MEL lead to collectively build, maintain and oversee our theory of change and broader operational model to ensure we effectively harness and activate our member community to have real world impact on the lives of children and young people.

· Build the capability and capacity of the organisation to remain truly member led, build and manage the Members Team to pro-actively deliver a portfolio of work that will raise the profile of our mission and shift the needle on governmental, public and private sector agencies approaches to child protection and safety in the digital world. This includes overseeing and leading the Alliance’s Reference Groups and working collaboratively with the Executive Team and Head of Strategy to co-lead our work in international fora (most notably the WeProtect Global Summit).

· Build and maintain meaningful engagement with a broad range of members from across the public, private and third sector (including government agencies, advocacy communities, specialist tech and civil society organisations) across the globe to deliver the WeProtect Global Alliance strategic mission.

Key Responsibilities

1. To lead the Members team to strengthen the WeProtect Global Alliance member’s portfolios by developing, securing buy-in and implementing the organisations member strategy, operating, governance model, plans, success indicators and internal capabilities to harness the power of our members to achieve our mission and vision in line with our core values.

To ensure the continuous development and effective delivery of the WeProtect Global Alliance Member’s Strategy in a fast paced, politically sensitive and rapidly changing external environment, including participating in and leading (where relevant) annual business planning, forecasting, setting, monitoring, reviewing and reporting on budgets and relevant donor requirements to support effective decision making throughout the year.

5. To provide exemplary leadership and line management to staff, including appraisals, supervision, team meetings, delegating, managing, engaging, developing and supporting staff to be the best they can be and achieve our strategic objectives in accordance with our vision and values.

Position Overview: 

 As the Global Impact Associate, you play a crucial role in contributing to the organization's overall effectiveness. Your multifaceted role involves maintaining the retrospective knowledge repository, managing data collection instruments, leading story collection efforts, deriving thematic insights, and supporting strategic KLI activities.  We have three core strands of work: 

The Drive Project is our flagship intervention working with high-harm, high-risk and serial perpetrators of domestic abuse to prevent their abusive behaviour and protect victims. The Drive Project challenges perpetrators to change and works with partner agencies – like the police and social services – to disrupt abuse. It is currently being delivered in 9 police force areas. 

Restart is an innovative pilot project providing earlier intervention for families experiencing domestic abuse. It brings together domestic abuse services, children’s social care and housing teams to identify and respond to patterns of domestic abuse at an earlier stage. Restart is currently being delivered in five London Boroughs.  

The Drive National Systems Change programme works across the domestic abuse specialist sector, public sector partners and beyond to develop sustainable, national systems that respond to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.  We identify systemic gaps and build solutions that keep survivors safer by addressing those causing harm.

Background for the role

In April 2021 the Domestic Abuse Act received Royal Assent. The Act introduces a new civil Domestic Abuse Protection Notice (DAPN) to provide immediate protection following a domestic abuse incident, and a new civil Domestic Abuse Protection Order (DAPO) to provide flexible, longer-term protection for victims. DAPOs can impose both prohibitions and positive requirements on perpetrators. Positive requirements can be in the form of interventions aimed at reducing and managing risk, meeting the needs of an individual (for the factors that are not the causation of abuse but impact on risk e.g. mental ill health, substance misuse) and behaviour change interventions.

We were commissioned by the Home Office to design a triage model that will assess individuals for the suitability of these interventions, this triage model launched in November 2024 and will be tested and evaluated in order to prepare for national roll out in 2026.

 Purpose:   

The DAPO Service Manager will manage the operational, and strategic delivery of the DAPO team pilot working closely with the Practice and Development Lead and Programme Manager.

The postholder will have responsibility for managing all DAPO triage teams who are working locally and remotely in the DAPO pilot sites.

This role will require 

a) the effective line management of Triage Team Leaders (who in turn manage triage workers and IDVAs), in providing a high-quality frontline service triaging DAPO referrals for positive requirements

b) the development and maintenance of a multi-agency infra structure that actively engages with the triage team and the triage process 

c) working with the Practice and Development Lead and Programme Manager to ensure safe and effective delivery of the DAPO pilot triage process. 

d) support the development of the DAPO triage model through learning and analysis of the pilot delivery e.g. to initiate, develop, maintain and monitor multi-agency links through procedures and protocols, and to keep safety central to all services for perpetrators and victims of domestic abuse.

The Role

With a strong focus on stewardship, you’ll manage a portfolio of supporters, create tailored engagement opportunities, and deliver compelling cases for support that inspire long-term giving. About You

About the role

As one of two Regional Programmes Manager, you’ll inspire and lead a team of Senior Programmes Officers and Kinship Family Workers to effectively deliver high quality support services for kinship families across Greater London, the South of England and the Midlands.

You’ll do this by working in close collaboration with local authority teams who have commissioned our services and other funders where appropriate.

You’ll have accountability and ownership for ensuring we deliver impactful services for kinship carers and that we meet targets for our commissioned services. Working collaboratively with our other managers in other services, you’ll ensure we’re delivering high impact programmes.

You’ll ensure your team have real clarity and direction on their role and responsibilities - encouraging curiosity, learning and solutions-focused thinking. As a leader in the organisation, you are a key model for the team.

Your team will deliver the following programmes:

• Kinship Connected – in-person one-to-one support and support groups in the community
• Kinship Reach – remote one-to-one support and virtual support groups
• Kinship Ready – online workshops to prepare new and prospective special guardians for their role, as well as wraparound one-to-one support (in one local authority)

You will also manage a new role of Grants Officer - London, funded by the Aviva Foundation.

As one of our deputy safeguarding leads, you’ll be part of our key safeguarding structure.  This means you’ll take ownership to make sure our people feel confident and well supported to demonstrate best practice and making sure safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.

Essential requirements include:

• Substantial experience in managing a regional service or programme with high quality outputs (national experience desirable but not essential).
• Substantial experience of managing, developing and evaluating effective and innovative services for families experiencing crisis and experience in reaching ‘hidden communities’ and a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
• Experience of leading and managing continuous improvement in changing contexts.
• Experience of governance and managing risk on high profile service delivery.
• Experience of ensuring that services are designed and led with user needs at the heart, ensuring that the voices of our kinship carers inform ongoing design and development of our programmes.
• High quality digital and data literacy and using technology to help us to be better in our processes. You’ll have to own Salesforce and be a massive champion for the team. You will be accountable for ensuring they use it well.
• Substantial experience of leading high-performing service teams including managing wellbeing, development and performance.
