To help us in this next phase of development, we are recruiting for a newly created position - Senior Evaluation and Data Manager. This exciting role will report to the Director of Learning and Impact and work alongside the Senior Evaluation and Research Manager. The role will have two main areas of focus. First, the role will help lead a rolling schedule of formative evaluations on activities in local sites including pre-and-post quantitative outcomes analysis. Second, the role will support local learning and high-quality implementation through harnessing the power of quantitative data.
You will be a skilled evaluation and learning professional with strong skills in quantitative data analysis. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to the need for continued learning and improvement, as a basis for achieving Thrive at Five’s ambition to develop an effective and replicable place-based model for supporting early childhood development.

Specific Responsibilities:
· Through the design and delivery of excellent, engaging and regular stewardship communications and powerful fundraising appeals, you will grow our income and pool of individual supporters making one off or monthly donations. You’ll also explore and implement ways of promoting Rainham Food Bank across the community to successfully attract an ever-greater number of individual donors.
· You’ll engage with local community groups, associations, events, schools and businesses in order to grow Rainham Food Bank’s community fundraising reach and income.
· Through excellent, comprehensive and considered research, you’ll identify and prioritise a pool of potential Trusts and Foundations funders for Rainham Food Bank and, working with colleagues, you’ll develop authentic, compelling, creative and winning funding bids that can successfully engage new and existing Trusts and Foundations funders.
· You’ll work closely with and support the CEO of Rainham Food Bank in maintaining and evolving the existing relationship with neighbouring Trussell Trust food banks across London, seeking and pursuing joint trusts funding opportunities.
· You’ll establish a fundraising pipeline, including a range of KPI’s that can be tracked and that will enable you to make informed projections regarding future income.
· You’ll forge strong relationships with colleagues across the wider Trussell Trust network, sharing best practice and learning from other charities across the network. You’ll proactively take advantage of any fundraising training and skills development opportunities and engage with any joint fundraising opportunities.
Skills
· You’ll have good, established experience of individual giving, community fundraising and Trusts and Foundations fundraising.

Magic Breakfast is a registered charity providing healthy breakfasts to children and young people in the UK who arrive at school too hungry to learn, and expert support to their schools. JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking an innovative Project Manager who is looking for an exciting opportunity to play an instrumental part in the planning and delivery of Magic Breakfast’s technology and data transformation. Location
Our primary light, spacious offices are based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James’s Park and close to the West End. We will consider applications from candidates wishing to be based outside London. We also operate smaller sites in Belfast, Glasgow and Swansea, and the post could operate from one of these. We operate hybrid, flexible working practices with a baseline for office-based working of a mandatory weekly team day plus further days each week as required for the role and the Academy.

Alzheimer’s Research UK (ARUK), the UK’s leading dementia research charity, is seeking a mass fundraising specialist to head up its Individual Giving and Legacies Directorate.
ARUK has a vision of a world free from the fear, harm and heartbreak of dementia. The charity is working to revolutionise the way we treat, diagnose and prevent dementia and exists for a cure. With a network of centres of research excellence across the UK, alongside investing in the wider research community, ARUK has supported thousands of scientists working on breakthroughs in dementia research based across the UK and the world.
For the first time, new treatments are on the horizon that can slow the course of Alzheimer’s disease – the leading cause of dementia – and there have encouraging signs that blood tests could revolutionise its diagnosis. While these are promising steps forward, there is still a long way to transform the lives of people affected by all forms of dementia. That’s why the charity launched a new 10 year strategy in 2023 and a powerful new brand, to catalyse this progress and change lives.
This role will be the strategic lead for a directorate of approximately 40 people with a diverse portfolio covering direct marketing, legacy and in memoriam, data and CRM, and supporter care functions – teams that are responsible for generating around 50% of the charity’s fundraised income.
The Director will be responsible for developing and driving ARUK’s engagement and income growth ambitions, working alongside the Deputy Chief Executive & Executive Director of Fundraising and Marketing and fellow directors, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning. They will also work across the charity to maximise opportunities to engage new supporters, inspiring long-term relationships and ensuring that supporters are at the heart of everything ARUK does.
ARUK are looking for a fundraiser with extensive mass fundraising experience across direct marketing and legacies, and a track record in driving significant income growth by developing and executing acquisition and retention strategies. Candidates will also have a demonstrable aptitude and passion for data and CRM development, alongside experience of leading excellence in supporter care. What's this role about?
This exciting position is responsible for delivering our fundraising programme to the public, with support from our Deputy Head of Fundraising.
You will focus on delivering key fundraising activities and an exceptional experience to a wide range of supporters, ensuring that you deepen relationships and maximise value. The Role
This is a dynamic new and exciting role which will play a key part in our strategy for development and growth at Link to Change. Duties and Key Responsibilities
