Role purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced manager to manage our part in “On track for inclusive train travel”, a research, scoping and piloting project, aiming to make rail travel more accessible and inclusive for disabled people. This project is being delivered alongside RNIB as lead partner, and funded by Motability Foundation, working with our members Community Rail Lancashire (CRL) and Gloucestershire & Oxfordshire CRP (GOCRP) to engage disabled people and shine a light on lived experience.
You will work closely with RNIB and their project manager, forming part of a small project team to ensure the success of this exciting project. You will support CRL & GOCRP in their coordination of local engagement with disabled people, helping to facilitate a pan-disability, empowering approach that draws on and champions expertise by experience. Ensuring excellent collaboration with railway partners is also key to this role, enabling us to co-create an effective, adaptable model for training, learning and culture change that can be deployed across the railways as they are reformed and renationalised.
Responsibilities
Project and local engagement coordination
- Work closely with the RNIB project manager and as part of the project team to help ensure effective planning, coordination, management, communication and the overall success of this project, in line with its purpose and aims;
- Ensure excellent coordination and communication with the two community rail partnerships, supporting their delivery of empowering, high-quality engagement, in line with project plans, requirements and objectives;
- Ensure CRL and GOCRP are enabled to play their part effectively, using their expertise and local relationships to bring the experiences, ideas and voices of disabled people to the fore, while engaging railway staff constructively, to research, develop and test our model, and forge ongoing dialogue and understanding between the disabled community and railway;
- Take a particular lead in utilising and championing co-creation principles and empowering ways of working, across this project and its partners, and in building a legacy;
- Coordinate closely with our core railway partners helping to develop and test our model, and work across the rail industry, including engaging existing inclusion and accessibility forums and networks, to support the research phase and generally build on community rail’s positive relationships and ability to support inclusive railway practices;
- Manage Community Rail Network’s budget and monitor the CRPs’ budgets in partnership with their project leads, ensuring these are in line with agreed grant funding;
- Maintain and uphold our partner agreements and MoU with RNIB.
Research, evaluation and reporting
- Work as part of the project team to engage railway partners and jointly deliver effective research, as part of the ‘discovery’ phase, to understand current practices and issues within the railway around accessibility and inclusion, and opportunities to improve this;
- Support the CRPs and their interaction with RNIB’s research and innovation staff and our academic advisor, helping them play a strong part in the discovery phase, and model development and testing, involving the disabled community and railway staff members;
- Support effective recording and evaluation by the CRPs, ensuring this is in line with project requirements, and serves our goals around legacy-building and empowering those involved;
- Advise and feed into RNIB on the completion of grant reports and financial statements, including coordinating and reviewing input, data and reports from the CRPs;
- Maintain strong relations with Motability, as part of the project team.
Legacy building, communications and influencing
- Continually feed into our senior team and the project board on insights emerging from the programme to help us advocate for more inclusive, confident (rail) travel for disabled people;
- Support and feed into Community Rail Network and RNIB’s strategic work engaging with rail reform and transformation, such as attending meetings and providing briefings, reports and recommendations, to help us seize opportunities to advocate for positive change;
- Attend and speak at community rail and other relevant events to develop awareness of the project, share its lessons, and promote our model;
- Work with Community Rail Network and RNIB’s communications teams, and other colleagues and partners, to promote the project and its achievements, and amplify the voices/views/needs of disabled people, across our networks and build a legacy.
General team working
- Contribute to the wider objectives and development of Community Rail Network, especially by sharing project progress and learnings, and offering advice and input.
- Help our member support & development team to embed lessons from the project on involving and empowering disabled people.
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of our internal systems (e.g. shared drive, CRM) such as by data capturing relevant contacts and saving documentation.
- As a member of the Community Rail Network team, assist with more general work as needed.
Skills and competencies
- A proven track record in project management, including coordinating between multiple delivery partners and ensuring project/funding requirements are met, and supporting/overseeing effective monitoring and evaluation.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting community engagement, ideally related to inclusion, disability and/or mobility, and a good understanding of and confidence using engagement, project planning, and evaluation techniques to develop and support such initiatives.
- The ability to collaborate and communicate with community groups and other local partners, draw on their views and expertise, and support them to build capacity and confidence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate positive discussion; articulate and assertive, and a great team player.
- A proven ability to bring partners and groups together, develop and maintain mutually-beneficial partnerships, deliver joint activities, and form professional networks.
- Good writing, research and analysis skills, including the ability to draw on quantitative and qualitative evidence, produce case studies, briefings and reports.
- Awareness of accessibility, social mobility and social inclusion issues, and an appreciation of the importance of rail, sustainable travel and mobility to communities and disabled people.
- A demonstrable ability to manage time effectively and juggle a range of activities in an organised, professional, productive manner, including planning and scheduling, coordinating with colleagues and partners, and bringing projects to fruition.
- Proactive, positive and self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and inspire and enthuse others, and overcome hurdles to achieve results.
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the internet.
Other information
This post is home-based, but with travel (including occasional overnight stays) for project meetings, events and external meetings. Applicants will need local access to a train station to enable rail-based travel for work as needed.
This is a fixed term contract and includes a probationary period of three months from the date of appointment. Successful applicants will need to provide proof that they have the right to work in the UK and provide two references.

We’re IPWSO, the international umbrella body for Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) associations around the world. Key Fundraising Responsibilities
- Develop communications content that will invigorate our existing donors and inspire new ones leading to increased giving by individuals to IPWSO.

An exciting opportunity exists to support a growing fundraising programme at one of London’s strongest independent schools. Reporting to the Director of Development & Alumni Relations, this Development Manager will expand upon our efforts in regular giving, legacy giving and stewardship. This includes managing our fundraising appeals, piloting new fundraising efforts, and producing events and communications for current and future donors. All of this will advance our priority of growing the Colfe’s Charitable Trust’s endowment to support even more 100% bursaries for our Sixth Form pupils.
The last few years have been our office’s most exciting: donations have helped grow the endowment to £2.7M, and many of our bequest intenders have revealed the total value of their legacies will be nearly £2M. Further, our Governors have just appointed Dan Gabriele, Deputy Principal of Caterham School, as the new Head of Colfe’s. He will take up this post in September, and our office will be key in advancing his vision. An essential part of this small but busy team, this is the perfect job for someone already in fundraising and looking to advance their career. The successful candidate will be highly organized and adaptable, have a strong attention to detail and be willing to pitch in as needed. A background in Development and experience with Raiser’s Edge will be necessary. Given our office’s success, opportunities may arise to work alongside new hires to help ease workload.
The School
Colfe’s is one of London’s oldest schools, taking its name from Reverend Abraham Colfe, Vicar of Lewisham, who founded the school in 1652. In his will, he entrusted the School to the Leathersellers’ Livery Company, which governs the school today. A former grammar school, Colfe’s has been a fully co-educational day school for 20 years with nearly 1300 pupils in all from ages 3 to 18. Colfe’s is not a stuffy school, but a happy place with a deep feeling of community among its students, parents, staff and alumni. This provides a terrific platform for this position to thrive upon.
Fundraising Priority
Every year, up to 12 pupils from non-privileged backgrounds at local state schools are awarded 100% bursaries to join our Sixth Form. Named our Leatherseller Scholars, these pupils are academically bright but often qualify for free school meals, and many have no access to a sixth form in their current schools. The Leathersellers’ Company launched this programme in 2009, and today, their grants are combined with donations to the Colfe’s Charitable Trust. However, awarding even more bursaries is urgent and essential. Applications for these awards are extremely high, and this demand now outpaces what we can provide in support. We must expand our fundraising efforts so that Colfe’s can support even more deserving pupils.

We have a new full-time vacancy for an Officer to join the Prospect Development team (the team currently consists of one Manager, one Officer and one Executive). In this role you will work most closely with our Philanthropy and Partnerships team but will have the opportunity to work with other teams across the charity.
In the role you will provide excellent research on high-value prospects which will assist stakeholder teams in building and maintaining high-value relationships and facilitating high-value giving. You will support on building and maintaining a pipeline of high-value individuals, charitable trusts and foundations, and companies interested in supporting the work of ARUK. Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Prospect Development
· Use a proactive and creative approach to identify new prospects from ARUK’s fundraising CRM, networks and other sources.
· Support the Prospect Development manager in preparing for, and the tracking and management of prospects for ARUK’s new high-value campaign.
· Undertake detailed research into potential prospects in order to establish philanthropic capacity.

Information Management
· Ensure useful, accurate and clear record keeping of prospects on the fundraising CRM to allow us to identify connections and build our networks.

The Role
CoppaFeel! is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to play an essential role in helping the Fundraising Team achieve our ambitious income target. We are looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on role, who will be responsible for developing and managing some of our most dedicated corporate partners, delivering excellent stewardship, income generation and awareness raising for CoppaFeel!. About the role
This is a really exciting time to be joining the award-winning Asda Tickled Pink team in a role which is of huge importance to the delivery of the partnership. 2025 and 2026 will be monumental, as we celebrate one of the biggest and longest standing partnerships in the sector, marking £100m raised by 2025 and going big to celebrate our 30th anniversary in 2026. This partnership allows us to go above and beyond for people affected by breast cancer, and this role is a key part of that.
The role sits within the corporate partnerships team, specifically the Asda team, working alongside the head of Asda partnership and the Asda partnership officer.
As the day-to-day contact leading on the partnership’s large scale and multifaceted activations, you’re responsible for the £5m annual target. From ideation to delivery, you’re involved at every stage. This role also has increased capacity to innovate, looking at new initiatives enabling us to achieve and exceed partnership KPIs.
You’ll manage the income and expenditure budgets and restricted funding reporting of the partnership. Sharing updates, flagging risks and opportunities and proposing reforecasts for discussion with the head of Asda partnership.
This role will also manage the Asda partnership officer and therefore responsible for objective setting, personal development and ensuring partnership deliverables for this role are met.

Job Title: Strategic Advocacy Campaigns Manager
Team: Communications and Campaigns
Location: Hybrid (split between home-working and either London, Cardiff or Edinburgh)
Salary on appointment: £42,228 - £46,451 per annum
*This role sits within a pay grade with a pay range of £42,228to £63,342. The salary on appointment will be set at the lower end of the pay range, to a maximum of 10% above the base salary, depending on the candidate's skills and experience. Context and purpose of role
Working closely with the Nations Directors, Policy & Public Affairs Managers, and the Communications team, the Strategic Advocacy Campaigns Manager will lead the development and execution of engaging and impactful public campaigns across England, Scotland and Wales, that inspire action, mobilise communities, and influence key decision-makers in support of our advocacy goals. The role aims to support impactful advocacy wins and bring new supporters on board while deepening connections with our existing supporters.
The role holder will focus on developing advocacy campaigns that unite issues that affect the whole of GB, positioning the Ramblers as the foremost authority on walking and as a respected political influencer. They will also support the broader communications team to implement locally focused advocacy and public affairs activities for England, Scotland or Wales where appropriate.
Key responsibilities
Campaign strategy development:
- Design and execute integrated strategic multi-year advocacy campaigns that support our shared public affairs objectives across England, Scotland & Wales to deliver meaningful impact against a common change agenda.
- Translate complex issues into engaging, accessible narratives to attract new audiences while energising loyal supporters.
- In collaboration with colleagues, identify key issues and opportunities for advocacy, fundraising, and supporter growth including where appropriate commissioning research that will create campaign engagement by addressing evidence gaps and opportunities
Campaign management:
- Work closely with the broader communications team to develop strategically aligned messaging and campaign assets and to deliver these across owned, earned and (where relevant) paid channels.
- Lead on the creation of compelling campaign assets (e.g. reports, polls, toolkits) to ensure our message reaches a wide audience.
- Project manage advocacy campaigns including managing timeframes and budgets, mobilising other teams, seeking collaboration opportunities with external partners, setting and measuring KPIs
- As required and agreed with colleagues, represent the Ramblers in public forums, media, and with key stakeholders to advance campaign objectives
- Enthuse and collaborate with volunteers, supporters, and stakeholders to amplify campaign reach and impact.
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Work closely with membership, and fundraising teams to integrate campaign efforts. Support Policy & Public Affairs colleagues to develop impactful policy briefings, position papers and fact sheets.

Monitoring and improving:
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using key metrics and data insights.

- Solid understanding of politics, campaigning and how to get the best results as a campaigning organisation.

Job Purpose
The Fundraising Manager will work closely with the CEO to execute the fundraising strategy for Child’s i Foundation, with a focus on driving regular giving, community fundraising, and individual giving initiatives. Additionally, you will support the CEO in cultivating major gifts and managing corporate partnerships.
You will play a key role in providing collaborative support to our emerging fundraising effort in Uganda, particularly with their innovative 'Giving Circle' programme, which is backed by the Ugandan Board. Working closely with the communications team in Uganda, you will help deliver impactful campaigns that raise awareness and inspire donor engagement. In this role, you will also ensure the highest standards in database management and full compliance with data protection regulations.
This role will be UK-based, with occasional team meetings in various locations across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Fundraising and Regular Giving:

About the Role
We are looking for a Policy and Research Officer who is passionate about mental health service provision in the UK, to join a vibrant and thriving team, working to build the psychotherapeutic evidence base in support of the public interest and the charitable objectives. This is a particularly exciting time to join as we have just launched our three-year strategy.
You will be pivotal in developing and implementing the research and policy strategy, including campaigning to national policymakers to drive positive change in the mental health arena. To help to support and promote the research work of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors.

• To assist the policy and research manager and wider campaigns team in their ongoing national policy and campaigning work, such as raising awareness of psychotherapy and improving access to psychotherapy.
