What you do
Marketing
· Assist in creating and delivering impactful marketing and communication materials, to engage both our online and offline audiences.
· Keep the website up-to-date; updating news, editorial and creative digital content including text, images and multimedia.
· Create compelling and engaging content for social media channels, website and other publications.
· Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, manage performance reporting, and recommend improvements and growth opportunities.
· Support photography and video requests to create in house or externally sourced engaging content.
· Assist service users and fundraisers with the development of user generated content including blogs, vlogs, podcasts and films.
· Use analytical tools to report on digital performance for web, email and social media.
· Support our online advertising including but not limited to; google ad
words and meta advertising.
· Ensure marketing collateral is kept up to date including print distribution.
· Prepare marketing briefs and liaise with external design agencies.
· Liaise with suppliers to source quotes and place orders.
Communications
· Monitor online communications and engage with audience conversations, when appropriate.
· Maintain a database of photos and case studies to promote our work.
· Support the delivery of high quality events and campaigns.
· Source, design and print branded materials as required.
· Write, edit and proof copy for campaigns, marketing materials, social media and our website.
· Produce case studies with a clear narrative which align with the overall charity strategy.
· Provide administrative communication support and production of digital marketing materials.
· Monitor media stories, press cuttings and report accordingly.
· Monitor relevant news stories and produce regular round ups to inform media planning and share with staff.
General
· Ensure databases are kept up to date.
· Provide copywriting and editing support across all internal and external communications to maintain consistent tone, style and messaging.
· Undertake any other duties as the organisation may reasonably require.
· To support the implementation of the charity’s brand strategy and act as a brand champion.
· Able to work some out of hours including attending events, attending some early/late meetings and monitoring social media.
· Comply with all Weston Park Cancer Charity’s policies and procedures including confidentiality, privacy and data protection.
· Promote the Guiding Principles and objectives of Weston Park Cancer Charity.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Reprieve’s small, collaborative and dynamic fundraising team to help manage and grow our grants income, with a focus on trusts and foundations, and statutory donors.
Reprieve is fortunate to have the support of many long-standing funders who believe fervently in our mission, and in Reprieve’s ability to drive change. Working with the Head of Development, you will take ownership of relationships, build strong partnerships with donors, and harness opportunities to add value, and deepen our collaborations. You will be responsible for securing new grants, facilitating grant management in line with donor requirements, and leading on the preparation of accurate and compelling reports and communications.
You will also be responsible for prospecting and cultivating new donor relationships, expanding our grants income in a sustainable and considered way. You will join the team at a hugely opportune moment. We are currently developing an income strategy for 2025-2028, which will include new strategies for increasing and diversifying our income, including grants. Reprieve has an extremely healthy mix of restricted to unrestricted income, with only approximately 40% of our income being restricted. This means there is great scope for you to make impact by packaging up existing programmes into new grant applications.
You will enjoy building amazing relationships – both with our donors, and internally. Working collegiately with Reprieve’s incredible casework and finance teams, with our brilliant fellows and partners across the world, and with our impressive trustees, is key to success. You will also be a critical thinker, able to understand Reprieve’s needs and to help design and deliver grants that suit and enable our high-impact, highly strategic and often reactive work. You will also have excellent drafting skills, ensuring accuracy and clarity, while translating sometimes highly technical language into engaging content for a donor audience. You will be resilient and enjoy the challenge of fundraising for Reprieve’s clients and causes. You will be a quick learner who is able to regroup, reassess and go again with the support of the team.

Location, contract and salary
This is a full-time role, permanent contract. The annual salary is £40,964 full-time per annum, less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance. After 2 years of service, the post-holder can expect to progress to a higher salary in line with Reprieve’s pay scale and salary increase for those on the Officer level.
This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work 2 days per week from the London office and the rest of the week from home. Applicants must have theright to work in the UK currently and for the duration of the contract.

About the role
We are looking for a Supporter Care Assistant to help provide exceptional support to our valued supporters during our busiest period of the year, Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This period is when we are managing an increased amount of fundraising activities (including Corporate Partnership activations) and when we receive the most enquiries about supporting CoppaFeel!. Breast Cancer Awareness Month is the time when our fundraisers need the most support from us and it is a lively, fun and interesting time to be part of the team. As the charity continues to grow rapidly, it has started to become a time where our staff resources are limiting us in making the most of the opportunities so we would like someone to join our team to help and support us in maximising this time of year.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporter Stewardship
- Respond to a range of fundraising enquiries in a timely manner, liaising with supporters via email and over the phone as appropriate.
- Send out ad hoc postal requests for fundraising materials from CoppaFeel!’s office.
- Work with the Individual Giving Manager in supporting the creation and postage of weekly thank you letters and gifts for donors. Supporting the thanking of corporate partners as appropriate.
- Ensure communications with supporters are recorded on our CRM system.
- Identify high performing fundraisers or supporters to submit for Chest Champion status to ensure recognition and celebration of their support.
- To attend events to represent CoppaFeel! and the Fundraising team.
- To support in the stewardship of small businesses based on our small partnership criteria including monitoring activity and stewarding through dedicated fundraising platforms.
Coordination of fundraising materials
- Support the Operations team in coordinating fulfilment of requests for postage of materials.
- Responsible for monitoring the inventory of fundraising materials within the office and our storage unit.
- Ensure our fundraising materials remain relevant and up to date with current fundraising guidance, CoppaFeel! health messaging and branding.
Administration
- Work with our Finance Executive to support accurate finance reconciling of donations and income streams along with general finance administration.
- Code the back end of JustGiving pages to ensure accurate income reconciliation and reporting.
- Create and maintain up-to-date records on our donor database.
- Pull accurate reports from our donor database as requested by the Fundraising team to maximise donor engagement and retention.
- Adhere to GDPR requirements.
- Participate in CoppaFeel! fundraising and team meetings.
- Identify any opportunities for the promotion of fundraising opportunities in our organisational social media coverage or CoppaDrop mail newsletter by highlighting gaps or availability to the relevant members of the Fundraising team.
- Identify and share updates from across the organisation as appropriate
- Support on coordinating travel for the Fundraising team where necessary for events and meetings.

What's the role about?
You’ll be joining the RSPB England Education, Families and Youth team and working on our regional partnerships with Girlguiding, particularly in North West England.
Key tasks:
- Plan and run three ‘nature discovery events’ for a total of 300+ girls at RSPB and partner green spaces in North West England, liaising with site managers and Girlguiding.
- Recruit, manage and develop a team of volunteers to grow our capacity to do more with Girlguiding, ensuring an excellent volunteering experience.
- Collaborate with Girlguiding volunteers and RSPB colleagues to develop engaging and inspiring resources that build awareness and action around bird and nature conservation.
- Collaborate with Girlguiding volunteers and RSPB colleagues to refresh the content and branding of our existing nature activity packs, acting on feedback from leaders.
- Deliver in person ‘Running Outdoor Nature Sessions’ training to Girlguiding trainers in the North West, so that they can go on to train leaders.
- Capture data to monitor project outputs and use this to produce project progress and evaluation reports.
- Support our wider partnerships with other Girlguiding regions, in order to develop more opportunities for girls to connect with and take action for nature.
- Manage day to day procurement of goods and services, and monitor spend against budget.
An England role, flexible on working pattern and part of a remote team. The role holder will be a homeworker but must be based in the Girlguiding North West England region (Lancashire, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Manchester, Cumbria, Merseyside, Sefton, Stockport or the Wirral). Travel is required predominantly within the North West. You will need to be available to run events/training at weekends and/or evenings.
You will be supported in your role by the RSPB’s Youth Partnerships Officer, with opportunities to meet virtually with staff and volunteers, so you feel part of a team and learn about the work of the RSPB and Girlguiding. An induction and relevant training will be provided as well as support to further develop the skills needed for this role.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build positive working relationships and work collaboratively.
- Working knowledge of health and safety and safeguarding issues relating to children and young people.

- Experience in planning and delivering large outdoor nature events with 80+ children/young people.
- Experience of delivering training courses for adults, ideally on a nature theme, to build knowledge, skills and confidence.

Building relationships with other statutory and non-statutory agencies in local communities is vital to build referral pathways and provide a whole system approach to supporting individuals.
To carry out this work you will meet women in the community in your designated borough and co-locate with other agencies including the National Probation Service, as well as regularly attending Advance’s North London vibrant Women’s Centre/office space.
You will be a creative self-starter who will support the service and look for innovative solutions to support clients with complex needs. You are confident professional relationship builder and has good awareness of Safeguarding procedures. Strong Administration skills and understanding of compliant behaviours also experience of supporting. With good knowledge of the criminal justice system and awareness of other support provisions.

In the role of Personal Assistant (PA) you will work alongside the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees as they lead Church Army forward. The Director of Education Services is key to every learner’s success. Main purpose and scope of the role:
Parentkind is a national charity representing 13,000 Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) and has a long term ambition to be the voice of parents in policy making.
We are looking for someone to support our work in Westminster and Whitehall, improving our relationships across Parliament and inside government as we seek to be the credible voice of parents in UK policy making.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of advocacy and policy research in Westminster, either within Parliament or government. If you have a passion for politics, a background in policy research and an interest in education policy and politics this is the role for you.
The role will involve:
- Conducting research on parents, including polling of parents and their views. We have an ambition to make high quality policy recommendations based on this research.
- Alongside the research requirements of the role, you will be expected to support our political and broader stakeholder engagement activity to make sure the work we do is seen by the right people.
- Organise and plan political events to communicate our research, including roundtables, lunches and dinners and launch events in Westminster.

Garden Organic is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee an exciting new project in Rugby and provide support to at least one of our successful projects in the Midlands.

Overall purpose of the role:
Garden Organic is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee an exciting new project in Rugby and provide support to at least one of our successful projects in the Midlands.
We are a growing charity (literally and metaphorically!) and to service that growth we are looking for a candidate who can take on this new and rewarding role.
You will be supporting volunteers and the the local communities to take positive environmental actions in the form of gardening organically, home composting, waste reduction and supporting biodiversity.
As a Senior Project Coordinator you will work collaboratively and proactively with project colleagues, stakeholders and volunteers. You will identify new partnership and delivery opportunities based on local community and project needs. This role will be based out of our head office at Ryton but you will be building many new relationships, so expect to be out and about locally.
You will work with other senior project coordinators and department leads to ensure that support for all our volunteers exceeds expectation, and our community projects are delivered to an excellent standard. You will contribute to and where appropriate oversee the development of project related resources.
You will support and deliver events and activities by enlisting volunteers and ensuring that they have the guidance and materials they need.
You will deliver workshops and training on topics core to the principles of organic gardening including home composting, waste reduction, and biodiversity, for a variety of audiences.
Evaluation of project impact is paramount for the charity and its commissioners, so you will work with volunteers to collate written feedback and produce detailed reports as required. Your written feedback will require analysis and evidence of the expected or actual impact of your, and your associated volunteers, work.

Reporting into the Head of Knowledge Transfer, you will be joining a UK-wide team with a broad range of skill sets, knowledge, and experience. Responsibilities & Main Duties:
Project Management/Coordination
- Work effectively with project colleagues internally and externally.
- Project lead for our work in Rugby
- Providing day to day support for volunteers in Rugby.
- Provide line management for at least one of our project coordinators in the Midlands.
