We're looking for a keen and motivated Training Administrator to join our small, friendly team at our head office in Rugby. You'll be working closely with our Training Manager and ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) Training Project Manager, facilitating the smooth delivery of workshops, events and meetings, advertising and promoting training workshops and preparing training delivery and feedback reports. The Survivors Trust provides a range of workshops and training opportunities for professionals working with victims and survivors of sexual violence and sexual abuse.
You will provide high level administrative support for the Training Manager and ISVA Training Project Manager, overseeing training bookings and maintaining a database of trainees on our CRM (Beacon). You will be responsible for collecting and collating feedback from training attendees and preparing reports to support training delivery. Working in collaboration with the Training Team you will support the advertising and marketing of training opportunities including updating relevant website content.
You will also maintain accurate records of training and project delivery, including budgets and impact measures data for both internal and external stakeholders. Part of your role will include gathering statistics for monitoring and reporting processes.
You will ideally have previous experience of administration in a training setting and/or working in the voluntary sector but please don't be put off applying if you don't meet all requirements. The right candidate will be an effective communcator in a friendly and professional manner, with excellent IT skills including CRM and LMS.
You will be required to complete DBS clearance to work at The Survivors Trust.
Hours - full time, 35 hours per week. Job share would be considered. Hours are flexible with opportunity for some hybrid working.

What will I be doing?

What skills are we looking for?
Experience of managing complex projects involving multiple partners / suppliers
Formal experience of best practice project management principles (preferably in a Programme environment) & ideally a formal qualification in project or programme management
Experience/knowledge of financial controls and budget management
Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to effectively chair or manage a meeting to deliver the required outcome within the time allocated
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - a skilled stakeholder manager who can influence and negotiate effectively within a matrix environment and can explain / present complex information effectively
Comfortable with ambiguity
A keen understanding of technical issues and constraints but able to work and communicate with both technical and non-technical people
Delivery focussed with personal accountability and willing to provide constructive feedback to colleagues & customers

Lingen Davies Cancer Fund exists to enhance cancer services and improve lives in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, and Mid Wales. Founded in 1979, with the aim of bringing cancer services to Shropshire for the first time, our work is now focused in three key areas: cancer prevention and early diagnosis, excellent treatment delivered locally, and living well with and beyond cancer.
Two of our Fundraising Team have recently departed for exciting new projects, and we have taken this opportunity to create some different posts within the team. We really value our relationships with businesses and major donors around the region, and we are very pleased to be recruiting to this role, which will build capacity and focus in this area.
Our Relationship Fundraiser will work closely with colleagues across the charity to deliver excellent supporter care and stewardship, building long term relationships for Lingen Davies Cancer Fund. Attending a range of community events and networking opportunities to act as the face of the charity, including delivery of presentations, and to raise our profile across the region.
You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with local businesses, and ensuring excellent stewardship of our donors, especially those giving larger philanthropic contributions.
You will also take the lead on our Friends of Lingen Davies scheme for regular donors, ensuring they are kept informed and engaged, and building their numbers.
You will work with colleagues to develop the use of our CRM system and apply data analysis to support delivery of the role, and to develop future plans and direction. You will be self-managing, motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills and be computer savvy!

About the role
We are recruiting a Programmes Manager to work across projects in our Sector Support programme. This role is responsible for managing and developing the charity’s community fundraising and trade revenues (target of £266,000 in 2024) and building significant engagement with community supporters and fundraisers. You will manage a committed team of two people in the Community and Trade team.
You will be responsible for raising awareness of our community fundraising programme and developing a ‘best-in-class’ stewardship programme that builds new and develops existing relationships with supporters, volunteer groups, organisations and partners to maximise income and raise the charity’s profile. You will also lead on the development and delivery of our 50th anniversary celebrations in 2025.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a stewardship programme that converts interest into support and maximises fundraised income whilst developing lasting relationships.
- Introduce fundraising opportunities to our existing and potential supporters through a multi-channelled marketing strategy to grow levels of engagement and participation.
- Grow non-monetary donations as part of the community fundraising portfolio of events.
- Support the Head of Fundraising in designing new and developing existing community fundraising opportunities
- Work with the Head of Fundraising to ensure all recording, banking and stewardship processes are up to date and working across the fundraising team, wider charity (finance, data and marketing and communications) and in accordance with current laws and regulations.
- Record all community and trade income and thank community donors and supporters as per the agreed process.

- Work with the Fundraising Team and wider organisation to develop an engaging and rewarding volunteering strategy across the charity.
Do you have experience in successfully managing complex projects, ideally in a not-for -profit environment? We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to develop and shape programmes to successfully deliver against the Church of England’s ambitious target to become net-zero by 2030.
This role will be working across both Rochester and Canterbury Diocese and the successful applicant will need to have current working knowledge of environmental and climate issues.
This is a new role which is funded for two years.
Key Responsibilities
The post-holder(s) will:
- Oversee the ongoing development and delivery of the Net Zero Carbon (NZC) programmes for both dioceses.
- Maximise the alignment of the plans for each diocese as far as is practical to optimise the benefit of working together in partnership, and actively identify and develop opportunities for partnership working in delivery. Specifically, to develop a NZC action plan for Rochester including managing the adoption of the plan by the appropriate governance committees. (Note: Canterbury already has an approved NZC action plan.)
- Develop, maintain and deliver an implementation plan which highlights the strategic activities, has clear objectives and impact measures; including evaluation.
- Working with other diocesan colleagues, oversee the planning and development of decarbonisation projects to deliver the ambitions and targets in the NZC Action plans.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have a track record of delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects, ideally in a not-for-profit environment with and understanding of environmental and climate issue. An understanding of how these issues affect the Church of England would be beneficial.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will support KSS's fundraising with corporate partners, businesses, and business-related organisations across all regions (Kent, Surrey and Sussex). The role will help to drive current activity towards its full potential and find ways to grow corporate fundraising through strong relationship management and stewardship.
Main Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage corporate relationships to ensure that these organisations are well nurtured and supported, and that they receive adequate recognition for their contribution towards KSS's continued operation.
- To retain all corporate partners where possible and increase income from our current donors year on year. By having a 12-month plan for key partners and a plan/journey for how to elevate low level donors.
- To create collateral and fundraising mechanisms to support the 12-month plan in Canva and with the assistance of the marcomms team such as: fundraising calendar, flyers for events, t-shirts, seasonal fundraisers e.g. at Easter Guess the eggs in the jar.
- For key partners create a yearly 1 pager impact report of their donation and a more general report for other partners.
- To plan and deliver at least two networking/stewardship events a year at Redhill and Rochester for current donors with the support of the events team where required.
- Oversee all day-to-day activity with our corporate relationships, ensuring that activity is effectively coordinated and that broader teams support delivery (e.g. volunteer development, events and supporter experience).
- Proactively research and recommend opportunities for KSS to increase the value of corporate relationships including (but not limited to) donations, staff fundraising, payroll giving and participation in events.
- To own and manage the monthly visits to Redhill and to plan visits for key partners separately to these days.
- To be responsible for and own the sponsorship budget sourcing sponsorship for KSS events from existing donors and new donors.
- Support colleagues with seeking corporate sponsorship and involvement in KSS owned events.
About you:
- Experience of providing excellent customer service to a portfolio of customers, donors, stakeholders or corporates.
- Experience of writing cases for support, producing fundraising materials and creating account plans.
- Adaptable, tactful and diplomatic when speaking with members of the public or corporate supporters.

About the role
For the past five years, Platform’s fossil free work has focused on the coordination of the activist network UK Divest, with the aim to disrupt the financing of the fossil fuel industry through local government pension schemes. In the past two years, the remit of our work has expanded, to include new campaigns focused on exposing and disrupting fossil fuel industry sportswashing and the lobbying of Parliament. Now, with new campaigning underway on new targets in the pension sector, we are re-organising and growing our team to resource this exciting work.
Working alongside three Fossil Free Campaigners at Platform - and partners at Friends of the Earth Scotland - you will build on the strengths and learnings of past years to lead the strategic development of this important programme of work, incorporating UK Divest, Fossil Free Parliament, fossil free sports work, and new pensions work.
Our fossil free campaign is also inextricably tied to other movements for social justice. We are specifically seeking someone to develop the international solidarity potential of this work, understanding how fossil fuels are intertwined with the defence industry, colonialism, and global extraction more broadly. We want to target investment in and political support for fossil fuel companies because we believe it is intricately linked to broader global justice, such as the UK Government’s role in supporting destructive energy projects worldwide. The best divestment and anti-fossil fuel campaigning has been, and your future work will be, informed by and responsive to the BDS movement, the Global Energy Embargo for Palestine and anti-apartheid and arms trade work.
As a permanent member of Platform staff, you will also participate in the collective decision-making and running of Platform as an organisation, as well as having fundraising responsibilities alongside your project work.

Role Summary
The Regional Skills Manager role is newly created and will play a key role in identifying, articulating and delivering on CEC’s ambitions in technical and vocational education and training. Reporting to a Senior Manager, the post will be the primary point of regional contact for ITPs working with Clusters of Careers Hubs, within the designated area. The post will also play a key role in supporting the National Further Education and Skills Lead with the roll out of a central offer of support to all ITPs and supporting the Skills and Technical Education Senior Manager in implementing national policy and other work involving providers of technical education.
The role will also contribute towards the wider success of the Network and Employers team supporting colleagues and areas outside of the designated function as required.

Relationship Fundraiser
1.0 Job Purpose
The Relationship Fundraiser plays a crucial role in supporting the Relationship Manager in advancing North Yorkshire Hospice Care’s mission by assisting in the enhancement and management of relationships with individual donors.
The Relationship Fundraiser will assist in identifying potential donors, understanding their motivations, and contributing to tailored engagement strategies. Through these efforts, the fundraiser will help to ensure donors feel valued and connected to the charity's cause.
This role will primarily focus on growing and maintaining various fundraising avenues, including in memory, regular giving, facilitating legacy gifts or bequests in wills, and singular donations. The role aims to maximise opportunities for donor engagement and individual giving.
2.0 Key Tasks
- In-Memorium Fundraising Support: Assist in implementing sensitive and impactful strategies to encourage donations in memory of loved ones, ensuring memories are honoured and families and friends are supported throughout their giving journey.
- Regular Giving Support: Aid in driving the regular giving program to secure a sustainable income stream. This will involve supporting in creating tailored appeals, managing communications, and contributing to enhancing donor satisfaction and retention through regular updates and engagements.
- General Donations Assistance: Provide support in overseeing the process for general donations, maximising the ease and effectiveness of one-time and ongoing contributions. This may include assisting in campaign management, donor acknowledgment, and contributing to leveraging special events and anniversaries to inspire giving.
- Donor Relationship Support: Help build and maintain strong, personal relationships with donors through consistent, thoughtful communication and recognition strategies. Utilise CRM to track donor interactions, preferences, and history to tailor approaches and increase donor engagement.
- Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with the Relationship Manager and other teams within the charity, such as marketing, events, and volunteer management, to contribute to a cohesive and comprehensive fundraising approach.
- Continuous Improvement Support: Assist in evaluating and refining fundraising strategies and processes to optimize donor engagement, retention, and revenue generation.
- Legacy Giving Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for legacy giving both internally and externally. Work with the Relationship Manager on creating internal awareness materials and promoting legacy giving initiatives to external stakeholders.
- Case Study Recruitment: Collaborate with the marketing team on the recruitment of case studies suitable for various areas of work, showcasing the impact of donations and legacy gifts.

- Legacy Product Promotion: Continuously identify opportunities to promote legacy products across multiple channels to encourage legacy giving.
- Communication with Legators: Communicate with legators and families regarding potential pledges and provide aftercare once a gift in the will has been donated to North Yorkshire Hospice Care.

KR 1: Strengthening Relationships and Collaborations for Effective Fundraising Materials
SM 1:Successfully coordinate with the Relationship Manager and Marketing team to launch a legacy campaign which aligns with Hospice UK’s national campaign, maximising visibility and impact.
SM 2: Execute general donation and regular giving campaigns as outlined in the work plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and achieving the financial year’s budget targets. Collaborate closely with the Relationship Manager and Marketing team to develop compelling messaging and materials for these campaigns.
KR 2: Enhancing In-Memorium (IMO) Fundraising through Community Engagement
SM 1: Strengthen existing relationships and establish new partnerships with funeral directors across the community. Collaborate with them to promote IMO fundraising initiatives and ensure families receive appropriate support and guidance in honouring their loved ones through donations.
SM 2: Foster strong relationships with internal staff members, empowering them to become advocates for IMO and legacy fundraising efforts. Provide training and resources to ensure staff are knowledgeable and confident in promoting these initiatives to donors and supporters, maximising engagement, and support.

SM 1: Follow procedures and systems to cater to donors’ needs effectively, from initial engagement through ongoing stewardships.

Working Well Trust is a mental health, learning disability and neurodiverse and employment focused charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, or who have learning disabilities and/or who are neurodiverse through training and employment.
This new role of HR Manager will be working with our team to support their employment and wellbeing, as well as providing the key structure and systems to enable the Trust to deliver to our clients and funders.
