You'll manage your own diary with a mix of working from home, office and out with our customers.
This is a full time permanent role with a starting salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on your experience.
Your role
You'll be delivering a professional and high-quality mixed tenure service to our customers, using your knowledge and skills to resolve a range of housing management challenges.
This could include anti-social behaviour, housing and neighbourhood issues, contract related breaches or changes, fraud and safeguarding.
You'll be an integral part of ensuring our neighbourhoods are safe, whilst listening to our customers needs and making changes when needed.
You'll balance your caseload with projects, shaping sustainable communities that develop an inclusive environment for our customers.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- The ability to proactively manage a complex caseload
- Strong communication skills with previous experience of working with customers in a demanding environment.
- Experience in providing an Excellent customer service, contributing to us achieving a 90% customer satisfaction rate
- Previous experience, or a knowledge of delivering housing management services
- Experience of using computer systems, for example Microsoft Office
- The ability to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies
- Some of the roles will involve line management responsibilities for our Scheme Officers operating in our Housing for Older People schemes.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.

Research Manager

This rewarding post oversees the exciting research portfolio of the Psoriasis Association. You will join at an exciting time with involvement in the updating of the Research Strategy. Principal Roles:

Job Purpose
Reporting to our PR Lead, the PR Manager will play a crucial role raising the profile of Save the Children UK amongst key target audiences, by developing and delivering projects that command media attention and coverage.

The PR Manager's key duties will be:
Strategy and Project Management
Work closely with team members in other departments within Save the Children to provide excellent PR support to develop and execute creative ways to deliver on Save the Children's objectives. Delivery to include:
- Brand – Build high profile and positive perceptions of Save the Children and its cause across all audiences via PR. Communicate our brand promise and build understanding with the public and opinion formers, demonstrating the depth, scale, impact and complexity of our work.
- Campaigns – Provide PR support to deliver across high–profile moments across Save the Children's major campaigns such as Christmas Jumper Day in order to achieve mass audience engagement.

Delivering Media Coverage

- Commission and manage multimedia crews and organise PR shoots, with the purpose of generating world-class film and photography content that commands media attention.
- Develop and nurture close working relationships with journalists (especially those on features, women's, lifestyle, showbiz outlets) across print, digital and broadcast media - including a diverse range of outlets beyond mainstream media.
- Leverage social media and new technologies develop digital-first PR campaigns, including influencer activations.
- Represent Save the Children as spokesperson externally, networking and building relationships that support brand building activity in the media.
- Take part in the on-call and out of hours media rota. This will see you handling media enquiries and proactively pushing out stories on the weekend and out of hours during the week.

About you
To be successful in this role, it is important that you have:

About the Role
This is an exciting time to join EIA as the fundraising team grows. As the Philanthropy Manager, you will lead on the development and delivery of a new philanthropy programme, which includes developing tailored stewardship programmes for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), expanding the donor base through effective prospecting and cultivation, and working with campaign teams to develop donor funding propositions. About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Sustrans as part of the UK-wide Volunteering Team, as the lead representative for Northern Ireland.
As the Volunteering Development Manager, you will support the development of key volunteering initiatives and projects both across the UK and Northen Ireland. You will play a key role in supporting colleagues in Northern Ireland to identify opportunities to embed volunteering across their work.

The role
We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Events Manager to deliver a world-class and sector-leading portfolio of annual events to support LSHTM’s Strategy to both internal and external audiences. Events are diverse and include graduation ceremonies for students, conferences and lectures for academics, policymakers and funders, as well as internal community social events. Working within the Communications & Engagement department, the events team provide best practice guidance to others across LSHTM arranging events through a toolkit.
Who we’re looking for
You should have proven experience in event management, including the coordination of staff and financial resources. The purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of how Feedback communicates our work to help achieve our strategic goals. This includes centring communities, building our public profile with key audiences including journalists, developing our range of allies, reflecting our understanding of historical injustice in the food system, and fostering an experimentation and learning culture. We want to support more young people to achieve the grades to be able to progress to sixth form ensuring our school is accessible to as many young people locally as possible. Whilst based at LAE Tottenham, we work in partnership with a network of local schools and our programme includes academic enrichment, small group teaching, university preparation and careers guidance.
Our team consists of subject-specialist teachers, careers professionals and recent grads, who together are responsible for designing and delivering innovative and inspiring sessions that ultimately raise confidence and attainment and increase the number of Tottenahm students aiming for ambitious university destinations and exciting careers.
We are seeking an experienced manager to support us in refining and developing our programme offer, think imaginatively about measuring impact and improve how we communicate our work both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

Ensure our work is delivering on the objectives of the programme

Monitor multiple strands through their entire programme cycle in line with budgets
-
Amplify the impact of our work at all levels; from primary through to alumni of LAET
-
Develop a communications journey to maximise school engagement and share programme successes

Support the Programme Director and Partnership Teaching Coordinator in setting the strategic direction of the programme

Support the Programme Director in funder engagement.
Specific tasks

Manage the communication plan with schools, parents and students and liaise with the Programme Coordinator in delivering that plan

Oversee the content for social media, bulletins and for the website

To closely monitor school progress and evaluate the impact of the programme

Collate and compile funder reports and reports for governors

Lead on sharing stories from our first Impact Report due this Summer

Oversee strands of Chrysalis East work to ensure high quality delivery
-
Support in the planning and delivery on aspects of the programme, summer schools, event university mentoring schemes

To provide a high level of support to Chrysalis East team members and partner schools; being organised, professional, and responsive

Contribute to new staff induction and staff development
-
Deliver to a high standard all project actions in line with school policies and procedures, for example safeguarding and GDPR.
