Who we are

LAE Tottenham is a sixth form which opened in 2017 in partnership with Highgate School and Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

As well as educating the students who arrive with us in year 12, we also work with local primary and secondary schools on a donor-funded outreach programme called Chrysalis East. The programme seeks to help young people in Tottenham flourish educationally and make better informed choices about their futures. We want to support more young people to achieve the grades to be able to progress to sixth form ensuring competitive university and career destinations are accessible to as many young people locally as possible. The Chrysalis East team is based at LAE Tottenham but we work in partnership with a network of local schools and our programme includes academic enrichment opportunities, small group teaching, university preparation, trips, summer schools and careers education.

The Chrysalis East team consists of subject-specialist teachers, careers professionals and recent graduates, who together are responsible for designing and delivering innovative and inspiring sessions that ultimately raise confidence and attainment and increase the number of Tottenahm students aiming for ambitious university destinations and exciting careers.
