The RCR is undergoing a big system change and the CRM Team Administrator will help support the project by providing excellent administrative, engagement and testing support to the Digital Products Owner for the new CRM system as it develops.
The successful candidate will be joining our high performing CRM team and have responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of administrative processes. You will also provide an enthusiastic customer service. As a confident and coherent communicator, you will act as an internal liaison and support to staff as the CRM develops, coordinate enquiries and feedback in an efficient and timely way.
As the CRM Team Administrator you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us maintain and enhance our customer relationships and ensure that the team operates smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate enquiries from users/staff for the CRM product throughout development and delivery.
- Support the documentation of processes and mapping exercises for the CRM project and any other administrative support associated with the project.
- Arrange and manage project meetings.
- Coordinate ongoing training and induction of new staff to business systems (CRM) as they are implemented.
- Support the development of tools and training materials across services.
- Help to monitor any shared inboxes and the CRM helpdesk, ensuring enquiries are directed to the relevant team member.

The charity was founded in 2004 by our now Chief Executive and has grown enormously over that time. We currently have partnerships with 9 hospitals who refer families to us for our support, which ranges from therapies and counselling, to respite holidays and special family experiences.

Main Purpose of the Role
Momentum Children’s Charity’s fundraising team is highly ambitious, driven by our goal to help families of seriously ill children in London, Surrey and Sussex to keep moving forward. Corporate income currently comprises circa 18% of the overall income. But with our expansion in hospital partnership geography, and aspiration to provide support to more families in the future, the expansion of this income stream will be key to this growth.
Working with the Corporate Partnerships Lead, this person will enjoy helping to develop all facets of the corporate fundraising area, working with and forging relationships with businesses to develop opportunities, fundraising and charitable giving, provide outstanding stewardship and relationship management, as well as helping to research and grow a healthy, robust pipeline of new opportunities.

- Work with the Corporate Lead to maximise current and new income, to ensure delivery of the annual target

Trusts and Foundations Manager
This is a new role at the DEC and developed as a key part of the DEC’s 2024-2029 strategy. The DEC has a wide range of established relationships with trusts and foundations, many of which give 6- and 7-figure sums to DEC appeals. The Trusts & Foundations Manager will be responsible for providing excellent stewardship to our portfolio of trusts and foundations.
In addition, the role will also be responsible for cultivating new relationships for the DEC through thorough research, and through the prospect development cycle, to raise money for DEC appeals. In addition to appeal fundraising, the Trusts & Foundations Manager will be responsible for delivering on a new core cost fundraising strategy, in close partnership with the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships.
Demonstrable, transferable trusts and foundations experience and knowledge, (preferably within the humanitarian & charity sector), will hold you in good stead for this exciting new role.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Development: Develop and manage the trusts and foundations portfolio and create compelling proposals for future appeals and core costs income. Showcase new ideas and innovative approaches for growing and developing a pipeline of new prospects. Develop engaging stewardship plans.
Administrative Compliance: Lead and manage, robust and professional grant management, ensuring systems and processes are fit for purpose, streamlined and accessible. Remain compliant with grant terms and conditions, ensuring you are clearly communicating the unique contours of the DEC model whilst providing comprehensive and inspiring impact reporting.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor, measure and evaluate progress against the DEC’s strategic goals and funds raised from trusts and foundations. Essential qualities, experience, knowledge, skills, include:
- A track record of securing five- and six-figure donations from trusts and foundations.
- Experience of successfully executing cultivation plans and retaining positive, key relationships with trusts and foundations on behalf of a charity.
- Experience of producing professional and compelling funding propositions for a trust and foundation audience.
- Experience of delivering highly engaging and personalised stewardship journeys and meeting the reporting requirements of charitable trusts and foundations
- High level of technical ability with appropriate computer software packages and data analysis and visualisation software [i.e., Microsoft Office, Adobe, Box].
- Proven financial acumen to comfortably evaluate financial information and manage budgets.

Schools Coordinator
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Schools Coordinator (Impact Officer) to work as the primary link between partner schools and the CYUK programme.
This youth social action charity challenges 18 to 25-year-olds to tackle educational inequality through a year of full-time social action. As mentors, tutors and role models in schools, they support pupils growing up in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the UK.
There are two roles available – 5 days per week (OL16 4RX or WA14 1SR) and 3 days per week (M28 7JB).
Position: Schools Coordinator (internal title School Impact Officer)
Location: OL16 4RX or WA14 1SR - 5 days per week or M28 7JB – 3 days a week
Training Location: M12 6FZ - 1 day per week with occasional working from home
Hours: 5 days or 3 days per week, hours are 8:00-4:30 from Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,432 per annum pro rata (£15,259 for 60% part-time working hours)
Contract: 1 year contract with possibility of extension
Start Date: 12 August 2024 (some flexibility in this may exist)

The Role
We have a rewarding opportunity for a School Impact Officer to train, support and develop volunteers, monitor the programme through effective administration, data management and to build a deep partnership between the school and the charity.
The Impact Officer is based predominantly in a school and is the primary link between the partner schools and the programme and is the enabler of the programme delivery. You will support a team of volunteer mentors, who support school activities by coordinating, managing and evaluating the programme.
The Volunteer Mentors also complete a Leadership and Development programme and you will work with them on a professional development plan to chart their continuous professional development and ready them for employment.
The role is primarily a school-based post from Monday to Thursday and is office based on most Fridays. See locations above.
About You

Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Finance will provide a stable and flexible finance function to support the charity at an exciting time of growth and development. Evolve is a Cambridgeshire-based charity (a CIO), founded in 1978, which provides affordable mental health counselling to adults in Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties. We deliver talking therapies to adults – online and in person. The Evolve counselling community is made up of around 50 qualified practitioners working part-time at donated or subsidised rates. Our service delivers around 500 counselling sessions per month to a broad range of individuals, many of whom would not otherwise be able to access counselling support. Evolve also provides supervision, reflective practice, critical incident support and mental health awareness and related training to organisations.
Main purpose of the job
The Head of Counselling works with our counsellor members and executive team to ensure that Evolve is the local counselling charity of choice - managing existing client relationships and service contracts, as well as seeking and securing new business. They are responsible for the clinical leadership of our counselling and related services to clients, and for supporting, motivating, and managing our counsellor members.
About the candidate
The successful candidate will be an appropriately qualified and experienced individual who has leadership expertise, with the ability to engage with colleagues, trustees, counselling clients, organisational contacts and other stakeholders. They will have demonstrable experience of delivering a high-quality service in line with ethical standards and good practice, monitoring and evaluating impact and outcomes, as well as identifying and implementing, alongside other members of the executive team, service development/improvement and growth initiatives. They should also have a good understanding of the commercial considerations of managing a counselling service, and have experience of successful funding proposal/ bid writing and delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Management
- Overall responsibility for incoming referrals and allocations as well as ongoing management of clients and any waiting lists.

Training and development
- Ensure that all counsellors have the appropriate training, experience, and specialist knowledge required to support Evolve clients, including identifying training and development needs.
Recruitment
- Lead the recruitment of new counsellors, including interviewing potential new members as well as clinical induction and training of new counsellors.
- Oversee the annual membership renewal process, ensuring all members are compliant with Evolve requirements.
Monitoring and impact analysis
- Take responsibility for client feedback, ensuring comments are reviewed and acted on as appropriate.

Business Development and General requirements
