Reporting to our Infrastructure Manager, you’ll manage and optimise our network infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services. You’ll ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems while collaborating with external managed service providers to implement and maintain these technologies.
How you'll make an impact:
- Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft Entra ID, including user account management, group policies, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Optimise Azure resources and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), ensuring secure and efficient operations.
- Implement robust security protocols, monitor for compliance, and respond to incidents in collaboration with managed service providers.
- Provide technical support to staff, ensuring timely resolution of Microsoft-related issues and delivering training on best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and cost efficiency.

About you:
You’re a talented IT Systems Administrator with a proven track record of managing Microsoft environments. You excel in tackling technical challenges with a proactive mindset, turning complex problems into innovative solutions.
Must-haves:
- Proven experience managing Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365).
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience managing vendors and delivering high-quality IT services.
- Current certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-900, MS-100, AZ-104, or CompTIA Network+.
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune) and security tools like SIEM.

HERSANA CIC is a non-profit organisation providing tailored support to Black femmes who have faced all forms of gender-based violence (GBV). Our commitment lies in offering a unique service shaped by and for Black femmes, ensuring a holistic approach to addressing the intersectional needs of Black women, Black non-binary people, and Black trans individuals who identify with and feel safe within femme-led spaces.

HERSANA provides advocacy services to clients who have experienced or are at risk of all forms of GBV. Our Independent Domestic and Sexual Violence Advocates and dedicated team offer holistic support to survivors navigating the criminal justice system, housing, health, and other immediate and long-term needs.
As a leading expert on violence against women and girls, HERSANA provides accredited and tailored training to a wide range of statutory professional services and workshops to schools, colleges and community groups. We use the knowledge gained through working on the frontlines with clients to advocate for national and local policy change, to improve outcomes statutory guidance for Black femme victims and survivors of GBV. We build evidence through key pieces of research. We push for legislative change, improved statutory guidance for victims, and better understanding of the needs of Black femmes around the country. We equally contribute to ongoing research and knowledge development on Black femme specific subjects. These resources reflect our dedication to enhancing understanding, support, and empowerment within our community. Additionally, we provide in-person and online therapeutic support to our service users in Sussex, Surrey, and London.
Our daily work aims to contribute to and create value within the sector, ensuring Black femmes are not just accommodated but become principal players in the design, delivery, and access to support services.

BEING AN INDEPENDENT GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE ADVOCATE AT HERSANA
As an experienced IGVA you will work within a dynamic, fast paced, crisis intervention, advocacy and support service to ensure the voice of Black femme survivors informs every stage of the process. Working as part of a team you will support a range of clients, making proactive contact and providing high quality advocacy and support which is led by client needs and risk assessments. We have a strong commitment to community and partnership working which means you may also have the opportunity to get involved in delivering training and outreach work.
You will ideally hold an ISVA and/or IDVA accreditation and have an excellent understanding of gender-based violence and abuse and its effects on women and children, and of best practice within the support sector. As an experienced advocate who has worked with complex and multiple needs, you will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information daily. Experience of direct work with Black femme survivors of abuse and of working within safeguarding procedures is essential for this post, as is the need to adopt and promote a strong partnership approach to service provision.
You will be highly organised, self-motivated, and passionate about ending gender-based violence and creating safe spaces for Black femmes. You will have a "can-do" approach and demonstrable commitment to HERSANA's feminist approach to supporting Black women and their children to be safer.
You will receive training and support for this role, as necessary.

What you will be doing
We are looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to join our HR Team. This role reports to the Learning and Development Lead and provides a first-class L&D administration service across the organisation.
We are looking for someone who has an appetite when it comes to the training and development of our people. You will be responsible for the administration and support of the development and coordination of training across the organisation. Supporting with our bi-weekly induction sessions and taking a hold of them in the L&D Lead’s absence, we are looking for someone who is keen to develop and engage with the business. The Learning & Development Administrator will be used to working to deadlines defined by the plans and standards as agreed with the L&D Lead. Your role will also entail managing our LMS portal and managing the automation within the system.
In line with the implementation of the overall training strategy and annual objectives, you will also work in close partnership with the HRBP’s, Talent Acquisition Team, HR advisors and other key stakeholders to ensure the L&D function delivers a quality service to our employees for their complete employee life cycle.

As a vital contributor to the Regular Giving team's strategic objectives, you will support the management of impactful annual direct marketing recruitment and loyalty programs. Collaborating with a passionate team of 14 fundraisers, collectively raising approximately £11.3 million annually for Marie Curie, I will help drive meaningful results for this critical mission.
Main responsibilities:
My role will focus on the Regular Giving Team's core areas, including the supporter magazine, warm and cold telemarketing, supporter welcoming and thanking, donor journeys, and loyalty and upgrade initiatives. Through this, I will be central to delivering a robust stewardship program designed to engage, retain, and nurture supporters for long-term growth.
By partnering with internal stakeholders, including regional teams, you will lead the development and delivery of newsletters, oversee telemarketing campaigns for reactivation, upgrades, and retention across various donor programs, and ensure operational excellence. With a focus on analysing performance and optimizing strategies, my efforts will aim to strengthen supporter relationships and ensure the continued success of the program.
Key Criteria:
- Experience in direct marketing
- Proven ability in campaign management
- Excellent team working and project management skills

· Demonstrated ability to successfully lead contract negotiations, manage complex re-tendering processes, and maintain long-term relationships with commissioners and service purchasers.
· Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team and manage relationships at all levels.
· Experience with housing providers and knowledge of supported living and accommodation-based services.
