The integrated Care Team Approach (CTA) team provide support to people with long-term mental health problems (principally bipolar and psychosis), helping people develop their independence, self-management skills and achieve their recovery goals.

As a Senior Mental Health Advisor, you will be based within the existing Intensive Case Management in Psychosis (West) team at Beckenham Beacon. As part of the multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside clinical staff to deliver focused, person-centred, individual support, information and guidance on a wide range of social issues including housing, employment, and social integration. You will also hold line management responsibility for a Mental Health Advisor within the service.

About the role

This senior role will provide financial and operational leadership and management for CCLC, particularly focussed on the Legal Practice Unit and the Policy and Practice Change team. Through systematic and efficient management, the post holder will play a pivotal role in CCLC’s financial and operational sustainability.

The role will oversee the smooth running of the London and Colchester offices through oversight and line management of finance, operations and administrative staff. The post holder will support the Managing Director of Legal Practice and Children's Rights and department heads in the successful running of our services. Where appropriate they will deputise for the Managing Director on financial, operational and compliance matters.

Managing a small finance team, the role will hold primary responsibility for specialist financial functions within CCLC, particularly legal aid billing. The role will act as a key point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders including Coram’s central finance team who focus on grant fund management and overall accounting for CCLC.

The role would suit a highly organised and efficient business support professional with experience of financial management within the legal or charity sector. In particular, candidates with experience of legal billing and more specifically, civil legal aid billing, are welcomed. However, we recognise that this is a highly specialised and niche field. As such, candidates with broad operational and financial management experience but a strong aptitude for processing large amounts of data, developing and managing spreadsheets and improving organisational systems will be considered.

This is a largely office-based role in order to fully provide support to the finance and operations team. However, some remote / hybrid working may be possible depending the experience of the candidate after the initial settling in period (to be negotiated with the successful candidate).The finance team are split between the London and Colchester offices and the post holder should expect some travel.

Whilst this is a full-time position, we will consider requests for part-time working and we will endeavour to offer some flexibility with days and hours to be agreed.

Main purpose of the role

The post of Customer Support Administrator provides Resuscitation Council UK (RCUK) with the opportunity to deliver high quality customer service alongside supporting our Coordinators who administer courses and deal with enquiries. This role includes communication, administrative and course support duties. Duties and responsibilities

Communication

• Be the first point of contact for people contacting RCUK by telephone and dealing with the subject matter appropriately or referring to others.
• Monitor and allocate enquiries via the RCUK support system, answer enquiries, or allocate/escalate to appropriate individuals within the organisation.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Ability to meet and uphold SLAs.
• Ensure KPI’s are met to adhere to RCUK’s standards.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with candidates, course centres and instructors through open and interactive communication.

Administration

Courses

• Report to the Business Support Manager (BSM) regarding any concerns/issues with communication to Course Centres, Instructors, Candidates and other stakeholders.
• Understand and provide assistance on all courses which include: Advanced Life Support (ALS), Newborn Life Support (NLS), Immediate Life Support (ILS), Paediatric Immediate Life Support (PILS), Focused Echocardiography in Emergency Life Support (FEEL), Generic Instructor Course (GIC), European Paediatric Advanced Life Support (EPALS), Advance Resus of Newborn Infant (ARNI).
• Liaise with Course Centres, managing and approving courses in line with current course Regulations.
• Organise course materials and keep accurate records by:

                      o  liaising with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels of course materials

                      o  organising the dispatching of course materials to Course Centres

                      o  liaising with Course Centres and the supplier to resolve issues - e.g. lost orders

                      o  liaising with Finance regarding invoicing and payment of accounts

• Provide expert advice and first-line support to Course Centre Administrators, Course Directors, Instructors, Candidates and ALS Regional Representatives regarding aspects of all courses and the RCUK Learning Management System (LMS).
• Alongside the BSM, acknowledge course complaints and request further information and documentation as required, prior to escalation where necessary.
• Provide absence cover within the coordinator team.
• Work with the Clinical Leads (CLs) to assist with keeping the course regulations and course materials under review and ensuring any changes or new guidelines are communicated to our community of practice.

2. Lead the proposal/concept development process for T&F and MA Partner offices submissions.
3. Support the Global Programme Development and Quality Assurance Manager in managing a portfolio of institutional donor grants relationships and implement donor engagement strategies for prioritised donors (including FCDO, UN agencies, USAID, SIDA, START Network, etc.).

About the Role

The Connection at St. Martins is based in the heart of London, in the most concentrated area of rough sleeping in the UK.  We have an ambitious strategy to tackle rough sleeping in central London with those people who are most persistently on the streets. Building relationships of trust with clients is at the heart of our work.  To achieve this in practice, we have a fully trauma informed approach across the whole charity with psychologists embedded in our service delivery teams.

Alongside running our busy day centre at Adelaide Street by Trafalgar Square, we are developing our access to accommodation.  This includes a project to extend our scheme in Clapham with a new building during 2025.  The extension will provide 3 additional studio flats and activity spaces.  This is the first in a longer term goal to introduce more accommodation into our service portfolio so that we can house an additional 300 of our Adelaide Street clients by 2028.  We are also keen to develop our links into health, through partnerships with the NHS and other treatment services.  Finally, we would like to further improve our offer for women and for people with No Recourse to Public Funds. 

The Director of Services is a vital role for us and this is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone who shares our passion for addressing rough sleeping.  The successful candidate will be ambitious and tenacious in developing high quality services and growing our support.  They must be able to build really strong relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders alongside bringing extensive experience from homelessness, mental health, addiction or the criminal justice sector.

About the Opportunity

RI has recently entered into a partnership with Takeda Pharmaceuticals, to implement a four-year project medical supply chain project. This project will focus on building the capacity of 20 local pharmaceutical and medical device suppliers in four countries where Relief International (RI) has existing programming: Afghanistan, Yemen, Myanmar, and Syria.

Providing technical leadership, the project Pharmacy Manager working in close collaboration with the Project Director and project Supply Chain Manager, will support activities of the project deliverables.

Your Responsibilities

This role includes the following responsibilities.

• Lead on national health stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for the project and its sustainability post project (medical regulatory authority, ministry of health, pharmacy associations, public sector medical procurement departments).
• Work with national peer health stakeholders to ensure their understanding, and engagement / support for the project (iNGOs, Health Clusters, aid management partners, UN stakeholders.
• Reach out to other iNGOs active in the project countries to harmonize product portfolios, and develop support for quality standards
• Champion the RI database for medical products including the RI Medical Supply List (MSL), manufacturers, distributors to include relevant quality data about products and suppliers
• Help the Supply Chain and Procurement Coordinator on sourcing and verifying medical assurance quality certificates with local suppliers to enable RI to conduct and improve local medical supply procurement
• Support sub-contractor activities as agreed in the sub-contractor agreement, and Collaborating with the Pharmacy advisor, lead in conducting regular reviews and assessments of sub-contractor work and progress and providing inputs into required reports

About You

You will bring the following experience and skills.

• A master's or bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field, OR equivalent working experience.
• Proven experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders in challenging environments, and working with large medical supply components in complex contexts
• Track record in project progress monitoring, tracking and reporting, qualitative and quantitative
• Knowledge of donor and other international medical quality assurance standards, and skills with host country institutions, and international organizations. 
• Comprehensive understanding of medical product quality assurance certification
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating programs with a technical scope similar to the activity, especially focusing on medical procurement & supply chain. 
• Being able to successfully operate in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and technical areas.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English required.

Overall Purpose

• To provide support and care to young people who are newly arrived in the country, providing the foundations for them to rebuild their strength, dignity and grow their hope for their futures.
• To partner with social workers and representatives from other agencies, for the benefit of the young people.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To be a key worker for a number of young people who are in the care of Baca, providing high quality holistic and therapeutic support for their transition to adulthood.

• Support young people in developing their skills and interests in education, vocation or hobbies. Ensure young people’s interests, hobbies and aspirations are identified by getting alongside young people and working with the team.

• Keep good records and carry out all administrative work required as part of the role, such as month end reports and support plans, on time and in a consistent manner.

Personal specification

Baca is looking for a Support Worker who can join the support team and provide support, care and be a role model for young people who are newly arrived refugees and victims of trafficking aged 16 to 18. They will be motivated and passionate about the work that Baca does and the young people in our care.

The successful applicant will have the ability to ensure the support we give to the young people is of the highest quality and goes beyond the statutory standards set. They will be very approachable, reliable and a strong team worker. Someone who is supportive, approachable, responsible, reliable, personable and willing to be flexible. They will be a great people person who can develop key external relationships. They will also be a very organised and proactive individual. The successful applicant will need access to transport as the role requires visiting the young people in their homes and attending different appointments/meetings across the midlands. Purpose of the job/About the role

The Supporter Care team is responsible for providing the highest level of customer care to everyone who interacts with and supports Dementia UK. As the Supporter Care Officer, you will help maintain and drive fundraising growth across various income streams. You will achieve this by ensuring the best possible supporter experience for all our donors and by proactively improving processes and ways of working to support this overarching responsibility. 

Reporting to the Supporter Care Manager, the Supporter Care Officer will deliver excellent customer care to supporters and potential supporters of Dementia UK. You will also work closely with our database to maintain the quality of information available and assist with gift processing.
