Job Description
Manage high-value partnerships
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing five and six-figure corporate partnerships, ensuring a first-class stewardship journey that maximises partnership value and delivers on agreed objectives.
- Provide excellent stewardship of existing corporate partners, including engaging with employees and delivering timely and impactful partnership reporting, ensuring that all partnership activity is compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
Drive new business
- Work with our Fundraising Prospect Research & Administration Intern and Senior Corporate Partnerships Lead to identify, develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective corporate partners and diversify the partner portfolio, conducting research, making approaches, and securing meetings to drive income and impact.
- Work closely with the Senior Corporate Partnerships Lead and wider team to create compelling, innovative, and bespoke partnerships proposals that meet the needs of corporate partners, while aligning with the charity's strategic priorities.
- Pitch/present proposals to potential new partners.
Plan and strategise
- Work with the Senior Corporate Partnerships Lead to develop and implement the corporate partnerships plan and forecast financial targets within the wider fundraising strategy.
- Use Salesforce to manage the accurate recording and forecasting of corporate income, enabling efficient reporting and KPI management.
Line Manage
- Line manage the Corporate Partnerships Executive and support their professional development, providing direction, support and guidance.
Communicate and collaborate
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Fundraising, Impact and programme delivery teams, to ensure that partnership activity is integrated into wider organisational activity and aligned with the charity's overall objectives.

Essential skills and experience
- Proven track record in securing new supporters at a five or six figure level, across either corporate partnerships or philanthropy.
- Experience in developing a portfolio of supporters with top-rate stewardship and multi-year gifts.
- Experience in managing and building a prospect pipeline to secure significant and sustainable growth.
- Experience of developing and delivering creative and innovative partnership proposals that meet the needs of donors while aligning with the charity's strategic priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.

About The Felix Project
The Felix Project is London’s leading food redistribution charity, dedicated to ensuring good food is never wasted and no one goes hungry. Last year, our nearly 180 staff and over 15,000 volunteers collected 32 million meals of surplus food, distributing it to Londoners in need through a network of over 1,100 community organisations, charities, and schools.
In London, one in five households with children lack reliable access to nutritious food, while the UK wastes 20 tonnes of food per second. The cost of living in London has risen by 24% in the last three years, and food prices continue to climb. About 14% of working families have turned to food support services for the first time in the past year, and 100,000 London families have less than £3 a day for food.
Our work has never been more needed, and demand continues to grow: we are building our expertise and impact in response. The Felix Project now operates from four main depots in North, South, East, and West London, with ‘point-to-point’ projects in Central London and Canary Wharf. The East London depot has a kitchen producing up to 5,000 meals per day from surplus food. A new 'Multibank' in Ealing distributes non-food essentials.
Purpose of the Job

Job Purpose
Global Generation is looking for someone who is passionate about working with local communities to create safe, inclusive and inspiring green spaces. As the Story Garden Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Story Garden and our move in October 2025. You will work closely with our community engagement team, to ensure that the Story Garden legacy lives on in Somers Town. You will also manage our small Garden Team, to oversee horticultural, volunteering and community engagement activities at the Story Garden and for a short period of time, after the move, at our new site and/or in a new community hub created in Somers Town.

Data Analyst – Clinical Audits (x2)

The Data Analyst (Audits) will manage the secure handling of complex audit datasets and the analysis of data with a primary focus on an audit programme. You will work with the project team, including the audit clinical lead and senior data analyst, and take responsibility for presenting findings of the data analysis to experts. The College currently has two Data Analyst opportunities available: Epilepsy12 and the National Paediatric Diabetes Audit.
Reporting to the Project Manager (Audits), you will create analysis plans and report structures in line with the agreed datasets, working closely with the project clinical leads, managers and data platform suppliers, and take the lead in the planning of analytical processes for planned data analysis projects.
As a member of the Audits Team within the Research and Quality Improvement Division, you will establish and maintain robust data management and manipulation processes in line with data governance and protection requirements, whilst acting as the point of contact for audit data, technical and analysis enquiries from those submitting data for analysis.
Degree qualified in a social or medical science, statistics or other numerate discipline, you will be able to quickly establish and maintain good working relationships with health professionals and other key stakeholders.
With experience of producing and presenting high quality written reports, documentation and promotional information suitable for a range of audiences, you will have a background of working with Stata or R and Microsoft Excel for aggregating, recoding and merging data, computing new variables, and producing descriptive statistics.
You should also be able to contribute to key components of departmental and project reports, including interpreting the data analysis and writing editorial content.
A high level of numeracy and the ability to handle and interrogate large, complex datasets in Excel and statistical packages along with knowledge of statistical methods of analysis and data cleaning, processing and management are essential.
Experience of preparing data for presentation to healthcare commissioners and regulators at various levels of granularity of NHS organisations would be desirable.
The RCPCH Research and Quality Improvement Directorate aims to promote evidence-based practice amongst paediatricians and child health professionals and improve the quality of care and health outcomes for children. The Research and Quality Improvement Directorate programme of work encompasses a range of activities, from supporting clinical leads and other RCPCH members/experts with the development of evidence-based guidance, to delivering high quality national audits and facilitating and supporting quality improvement activities.

This is a new role at Pyramid which supports business development by focusing on fundraising and increasing public awareness of our work. In this role, you will be responsible for generating, growing, and retaining revenues from new and existing channels (including public and private donations, fundraising events, private sector partnerships and public funding schemes). Liaising with the Director, you will identify and develop funding bids, contracts, and tenders, as well as other sources of income, to enable Pyramid to thrive and grow. Purpose of the post
- To work alongside the Director and Board of Trustees to develop and implement a revenue generation strategy which grows and diversifies Pyramid’s income streams, supporter base and public profile.

Building on our legacy as the first and longest continuing children’s charity, we have launched the Coram Institute for Children, the dedicated research and development organisation for children. The Institute will be instrumental in realising this vision by acting as a catalyst for change and collaboration, seeking evidence-based solutions to the challenges facing children in the 21st century in policy, law and practice.
The Impact and Evaluation team sits within Coram’s Institute for Children. Our team consists of 14 Researchers and a Research Coordinator, along with a network of around 15 research associates, pro bono analysts and peer researchers. We carry out qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods research with children and young people, which often involves parents and carers and the professionals who support them.
As a team, are values are to be child-centred, rigorous, grounded in experience, collaborative and impactful. We are dedicated to delivering child-centred research to ensure their voice is at the forefront of our work. We use co-design and participatory research methods to challenge power imbalances within research and work with marginalised groups.
Our work includes a diverse range of evaluation designs from feasibility studies and process evaluations through to large-scale, multi-site experimental and quasi-experimental impact evaluations. We work with a range of partners including Foundations, the Youth Endowment Fund, Department for Education, local authorities, the NHS, and universities as well as other third sector organisations. We also work in-house to support the Coram group of children’s charities to help evaluate their effectiveness and assess the impact of their work.
This role will be based in Coram’s Impact and Evaluation team which sits at the heart of Coram’s Institute for Children dedicated to improving the life chances of children. This role will play an important part in building the Institute and the strategic direction of the team. About the role
The Research Manager will play an important role in working with the Head of Impact and Evaluation and across Coram to develop and expand work of the team within Coram’s Institute for Children.
Working within Coram’s growing Impact and Evaluation team (which currently includes eight permanent researchers) the Research Manager will lead the delivery of high quality, innovative qualitative and quantitative studies including externally commissioned research and evaluation to support the improvement of policy and practice for vulnerable children, young people and their families. This will include implementation and process evaluations with children/young people, parents/carers and professionals as well as quasi-experimental and experimental impact evaluations.
We welcome applications from mixed-methods, quantitative and qualitative researchers who have knowledge of a range of research methods and evaluation approaches. We are dedicated to delivering child-centred research to ensure their voice is at the forefront of our work. We use co-design and participatory research methods to challenge power imbalances within research and work with marginalized groups.
The Research Manager will work with colleagues across Coram and with external partners in local authorities, central government, businesses and other third sector organisations. They will have the opportunity to shape the work of the Institute by designing new research funding bids, responding to tender opportunities and developing our academic partnerships.

Purpose of the Public Events Manager role is to:
The principle purpose of the role of Museum Public Events Manager will be to lead the development of our public events programme at their site and all aspects of its implementation. The post holder will work closely with the Head of Events and Catering to develop our Public Events strategy and how it is applied into the relevant location. Better Cotton is seeking a dynamic data analytics professional to join its Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team. Successful candidates will be skilled at analysing data on agricultural practices, field results and programmes, as well as adept at transforming analyses into clear visualisations with concise explanations. The MEL Data Insights and Visualization Manager will assist in compiling data from different sources and different teams, transforming, cleaning, validating, analysing data and promoting its insights though dynamic dashboards using Power BI and creating reports to disseminate learnings to our stakeholders (which range from farmers, programme partners close to the field to textile brands). The MEL Data Insights and Visualization Manager will report to Head of MEL inside the Standards and Assurance Team. There is not team reporting into this role at the moment, but we anticipate building up a team over time. You will play a key role in creating data feedback loops that will contribute to continuous improvement and influence programmatic change at the field-level and at the organization. We are seeking a motivated MEL Data Insights and Visualisation Manager to join our MEL Team. In this role, you will work both independently and with team members in the MEL secretariat and local country-team offices. Your responsibilities are to:
- Oversee, support and perform effective and accurate analysis of farm-level results data, reach data, practice adoption, programme activities… among other datasets.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Brixton House is looking for an experienced, committed and highly organised Fundraising Manager. The post holder will have a central role in working with the Head of Development to secure grants from mainly trusts and foundations but will also work across other Departments to steward relationships with individual donors, support innovative digital fundraising campaigns, and assist in the delivery of targeted fundraising events.
The Development team is responsible for achieving a minimum voluntary income fundraising target of £300k, increasing over the next 2 years to £550k. Achieving these targets is central to Brixton House realising the creative ambition of our productions and performances, and to delivering our creative engagement programme in the wider community, with a particular focus on the London Borough of Lambeth.
The Fundraising Manager will report to the Head of Development and work collaboratively with colleagues and internal stakeholders across Departments to ensure there is a good fit between fundraising prospects and our programmes, and that our fundraising outputs are aligned with the vision, mission, and values of Brixton House.
This job would be ideal for applicants with successful fundraising experience looking to progress their fundraising careers by stepping up into a fundraising manager role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Income Generation
- Working with the Head of Development to implement the Income Generation Strategy to diversify our funding, including developing and managing a pipeline of Trusts & Foundations, competitor analysis and prospect development to achieve ambitious fundraising targets.
- Drafting and completing high quality funding applications and compelling funding proposals, including strong narrative storytelling, detailed budgets and comprehensive spending plans.
- Managing relationships with grant makers, writing grant reports, ensuring that deadlines are met and that the work accurately reflects our commitment to the grant makers requirements.
- Ongoing donor relationship management, acknowledging contributions, providing written updates on projects, programme delivery, and effective stewardship to encourage repeat giving.
- Managing and responding to supporter enquiries promptly, providing them with the best experience possible to maximise fundraising opportunities, and maintaining excellent up-to-date and timely records of all fundraising activities.
- Ensuring that all fundraising activity and donor stewardship and engagement is compliant with the Fundraising Regulators Code of Practice.
- Working closely with colleagues in other Departments to gather case studies and insights which demonstrate the impact of our work.
- Working collaboratively with the Head of Development and colleagues in Productions and Programming, Creative Engagement, and Marketing and Communications to actively support opportunities for income generation including corporate funding, individual giving, partnerships, trading activities, sponsorship, contracts and community fundraising.
Data & Impact Reporting
- Extract and interpret data from our CRM system Spektrix, and other external data sources to gather and process information which strengthens the case for support, and which enhances the quality of funding applications and funding reports.
- Working closely with colleagues in other Departments to ensure our CRM system and processes collect the accurate data required to meet funder requirements.
- Working closely with colleagues in other Departments to assist in the monitoring and evaluation of funded projects, and other activities which enhance the content and quality of reports for funders, trustees, and other key stakeholders.
- Analysing and presenting data and key findings to internal and external stakeholders through clear, concise and high quality reports and presentations.

This is an exciting new role and part of planned significant investment into a longstanding and prestigious community based youth organisation. The successful candidate will coordinate youth work over multiple locations and will have the opportunity to develop a range of programmes and interventions. The post comes with a training budget and external supervision options.
As a Lead Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive and engaging environment for young people. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our youth clubs and projects, implementing a range of programmes and activities that promote personal development, social interaction and positive youth engagement. The Harrow Club is a community-based youth organisation offering innovative, accessible and high-quality opportunities, enabling young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to maximise their life chances. This year we are 140 years’ old, and we are committed to building on decades of service in the local community to address some of the most pressing issues affecting young people today.
Harrow Club is a place for firsts. A first trip to the beach, a night-time walk in the woods, an overnight stay without parents and, for some, the first place where a child really feels at home and that they have a home. Firsts are especially important, they are part of a child’s development but also, they build an outlook on life and shape pathways that will go on to determine futures as well as offer a chance to form new interests and friendships.
We are also a place of second chances. We support children who struggle to stay in the classroom and to continue in their education. We work with young people who are excluded from regular youth clubs/sports clubs, so that they can have the chance to change. We allow young people to make mistakes, learn and move forward.
There is no better testament to what Harrow Club can achieve than some of our current youth workers who have turned their lives around and are now working to keep young people away from criminality and harm. They can show, with immediacy and authenticity, that there can be Another Way, to live life.
We are also a ‘third place’, a safe and nurturing space, for all children and young people; for some their home or school is neither safe or happy and we can make a vital difference in providing a ‘positive escape’ and vital help and support.
We operate from five locations, providing an incredible range of projects covering sports, arts and performing arts, media, music, digital and our specialist gang’s project, motor vehicle workshops and educational programmes aimed at reducing school exclusions. We engage around two hundred young people each week, aged 8-24, and around 500 unique each year. For many, the effect is life changing.

Renumeration and Benefits:
•Salary: £33,000-£37,000 dependent on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities
1. Program Management:
- Develop and implement a diverse range of programmes and activities that cater to the interests, needs, and developmental stages of young people.
- Coordinate and oversee the scheduling, logistics and evaluation of programs and activities.
- Collaborate with other youth workers and volunteers to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes and activities.
2. Youth Engagement and Support:
- Establish positive relationships with young people and create a safe and inclusive atmosphere where they feel valued and supported.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and advocacy for young individuals, helping them navigate challenges and make positive life choices.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions and group discussions to address individual and group concerns or issues.
3. Leadership and Supervision:
- Lead a team of youth workers and volunteers, providing direction, support and regular feedback.
- Plan and facilitate regular team meetings, trainings and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff and volunteers.
- Foster a collaborative and respectful team culture, encouraging open communication and a shared vision for youth development.
4. Community Engagement:
- Build partnerships and maintain positive relationships with local organizations, schools and community stakeholders to enhance the resources available to young people.
- Collaborate with community members to organize events, workshops and initiatives that promote youth participation and community cohesion.
- Represent the youth club at community meetings, conferences and events to advocate for youth-related issues and promote the club's mission.
5. Administration and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, programme participation, and individual progress.
- Prepare regular reports, statistics, and evaluations to measure the impact and effectiveness of youth programmes and activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations governing youth clubs and child protection.
Person Specification - Qualifications and Skills
-JNC Professionally qualified Youth Worker with Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., social work, youth development, education) or equivalent practical experience.
-Proven experience working with young people in a youth club, community centre or similar setting.
-Strong understanding of youth development principles and best practices.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
-Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
-Ability to adapt to diverse needs and engage with young individuals from various backgrounds.
-Knowledge of relevant legislation and child protection guidelines.
-Proficiency in administrative tasks, including record-keeping and report writing.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and occasional irregular hours.
