About the Role
As the Evaluation & Learning Lead, you will develop and implement evaluation activities to effectively track and assess the impact of SSH CC. You will also participate in projects across Tameside, Greater Manchester, England and the UK, contributing to scoping and design phases by integrating evidence-based thinking and impact strategies from the outset. Your creativity will be vital in designing innovative ways to communicate findings to diverse audiences.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement evaluation activities to monitor the processes and outcomes of SSH CC's theory of change and its individual workstreams.
- Assist local partners in gathering data from joint projects with SSH CC, producing learning reports, and sharing insights within the community.
- Create and deliver communication strategies that effectively showcase project impact to stakeholders, partners, funders, and the wider community.
- Collate and monitor data across workstreams for dissemination to partners, funders, and SCUK.
- Collaborate with local partners to share data and insights, enhancing the tracking of children's needs and the impact of specific projects.
About You
To be successful, you should have:
- A working knowledge and understanding of different evaluation approaches.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research, including designing and conducting interviews/focus groups and qualitative data analysis.
- Proven experience in evaluating projects and communicating findings in accessible, creative, and meaningful ways.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, both within the organisation and externally.
- Relevant experience in project delivery and evaluation, including data gathering and analysis, or training in research methods, statistics, or data analysis.
- A commitment to SCUK & SSH CC vision, mission, and values.

You will be responsible for:
- Delivering excellent support across all fundraising teams to ensure they are aided to achieve our income, recruitment and engagement objectives as effectively as possible.
- Improving fundraising approach to support activities, ensuring it is aligned, efficient, and supporting teams across Fundraising to improve their support focused activity whilst ensuring our donors have great support experiences.

The Holocaust Educational Trust (HET) is a registered charity working with schools, colleges and communities across the country to raise awareness about the Holocaust and its relevance today.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Education and Production Officer to join our team based in Central London. After several years of research and development, we have recently launched Testimony 360, a brand-new digital programme for UK secondary schools that uses interactive survivor testimony and virtual reality to innovatively teach about the Holocaust. Through the programme, students can have a personal and conversational experience with a recording of a Holocaust survivor before seeing some of the sites they experienced for themselves using virtual reality headsets, all without leaving their classroom.
The successful candidate will serve as a member of the Trust’s Testimony 360 Team, responsible for the digital post-production and testing of interactive recorded testimony to ensure its fluency and usability in the classroom. We are looking for an individual with confident IT skills and the ability to quickly learn how to use new technologies and programmes. As an expert in Holocaust education, you will also contribute to the successful delivery of our Testimony 360 programme through weekly in-person school visits during term time or as required.
Responsibilities
Post-Production, interactive survivor testimony
· Lead on the development (post-production) of interactive testimony, including clipping, annotation, data/metadata input, and Alpha/Beta testing. Throughout testing, leading the training process which ensures the system’s accuracy.
· Maintain regular contact with our partner organisation, the USC Shoah Foundation, including progress updates, shared learning, required training.
· Support colleagues undertaking training and/or working on supportive post-production.
· Logging activity and decisions regarding the post-production editing process, as discussed with members of the Testimony 360 team and/or USC Shoah Foundation.
· Organise and deliver Alpha and Beta testing stages, working directly with students both online and in-person to deliver test sessions and action necessary follow up (to ensure learning from test sessions is fed back).
Delivery
· Contribute to delivery of Testimony 360 through regular, in-person school delivery as part of the wider team, ensuring that the programme is delivered through a robust pedagogical approach. Expected to deliver Testimony 360 one every two weeks throughout term time.
· Plan and deliver Beta testing sessions as part of the development of the interactive testimonies, sharing knowledge and expertise with other Education Officers supporting in this delivery.
· The successful applicant may also be expected to deliver educational sessions to students, teachers and our young Ambassadors outside the Testimony 360 programme and throughout the year. In-person sessions will take place in the UK and sometimes abroad.
General
· We expect all members of the Education team to share their learnings and expertise both internally and externally. This role will require discussions about our learnings from Testimony 360 with the wider Education team, and we encourage consideration for how these learnings might feed into our wider educational offer.
· As an educational charity, we must ensure that education about the Holocaust is the core of all work. To this end, members of the Education Team are responsible for supporting the wider teams as they develop, plan and deliver on broader public engagement, fundraising, and awareness-raising initiatives.

The Role
Your work will include delivering Ashden’s 2025 awards and collaborating with colleagues to set the process by which the winners will be chosen. You will oversee the communication with finalists, and support panels of expert judges to decide the champions.
You will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure delivery of a high-profile awards ceremony in London next summer. You will support the international award winners as they visit the UK to take part in that event and lead the integration of all the 2025 winners into ongoing projects and programmes.

The Role
This role will lead on the production of monthly management accounts and other financial reports in relation to projects and programmes, assisting in the preparation of annual budgets as well as the maintenance and development of systems to deliver the most effective finance support to the organisation.

About the Job:
The Digital Growth Officer is responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that result in brand visibility, and lead generation. Action for Conservation is a grassroots charity with a mission to bring the magic of nature into young people’s lives, inspiring a youth movement committed to conservation, restoration and to the Earth. We use pioneering approaches to inspire and empower young people from diverse backgrounds, between the ages of 12 and 24, to become the next generation of environmental leaders. We're looking to appoint a Programme Coordinator based along the South East Coast to help us expand our work in the region and deliver our programmes for young people.

About the role
As South East Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering our core programmes in your region. Through your work, you will inspire and support young people to connect with nature in new and exciting ways and gain new environmental knowledge and skills, and will empower them to have a voice on environmental issues they care about and take action for nature.
You will plan and lead a wide range of sessions for and with young people indoors (including in schools), outdoors and online. You will also support young people to design and deliver environmental action projects that benefit nature and their local communities and create platforms for young people to share their voices and influence decision-making. You will look after all practical and administrative aspects of programme delivery as well as play a vital role in inspiring, empowering and supporting young people both during and outside of activities. You will also formally act as our Blue Mentor for the Blue Influencers Scheme, a match-funded programme for environmental youth social action, funded by The Ernest Cook Trust and the #iwill Fund.
This role sits across programme coordination and administration on one hand and programme delivery on the other. The proportion of each varies throughout the year, with a busy spring and summer season of activities leading into a quieter, desk-based autumn and winter season as we plan and get ready for the year ahead. In total across the year, you can expect to lead or support the delivery of four to six Ambassador events (usually day-long with a 2-day residential graduation), two 5-day residential summer camps, and around 25 (half-day) sessions at secondary schools or youth groups in your regional (plus additional sessions as needed to support your colleagues with their session delivery).
To be successful in the role, you will be highly organised, proactive, self-reliant and a skilled facilitator who can engage and build positive relationships with young people in a range of settings. You will have prior experience of delivering events and activities for and with young people and, ideally, relevant experience of programme coordination and administration.

Support young people to engage in our programmes and learn about, connect with and take action for nature
- Recruit a diverse range of schools, youth groups and young people to take part in our programmes and act as Blue Influencers, with a particular focus on young people experiencing disadvantage and marginalisation.
- Create exciting content and educational materials for young people.
- Plan and deliver events and activities that help young people to connect with nature, develop their environmental knowledge and skills and take action in their communities, with a particular focus on coastal, marine and riverine environmental issues.
- Support and mentor young people to imagine, plan and deliver environmental action projects to tackle issues that are important to them, with a particular focus on projects that benefit blue spaces.
- Support young people to partner with local community organisations to embed their projects within the community and maximise learning, connection and impact.
- Lay the groundwork for our first coastal Intergenerational Action Site, bringing together young people, conservationists, local stakeholders and community members through our ‘gold standard’ approach to intergenerational nature restoration and decision-making.
Lead on programme coordination and support with safety, evaluation and communications
- Be responsible for the general coordination and manage the logistics to deliver our programmes in your region.
- Manage risk, health and safety and safeguarding during programme activities.
