You'll sit within our Philanthropy team, working on charitable trusts and foundations who generally give up to £30,000, working with a portfolio of approximately 75 active trusts and foundations. You'll research, identify and drive forward new income opportunities, maintaining relationship with existing donors and ensure our supporters have an excellent experience.
You'll deliver high quality, written application and reports to trusts and foundations, in line with funder deadlines, keeping in touch with donors and prospects via phone, virtually and face to face. You'll match potential donors with projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach.

A little bit about the role
This role will be closing at 5pm on Friday 18 October.
The Delivery Officer coordinates meetings, events and training on behalf of the region. This includes sourcing of venues, coordinating and tracking attendance of participants, liaising with other teams to ensure the smooth running of events and where necessary, note-taking in meetings and acting as a point of contact for the team, participants and Consultant Social Workers.
This role has a high level of autonomy and the potential for significant skills development. The Delivery Officer is crucial in supporting the work of the wider team by supporting colleagues to ensure the efficient use of resources and scheduling that achieves the smooth delivery of the Approach Social Work Programme across the regional hubs.
The role requires someone who is skilled at building positive relationships with people in addition to being highly organised with the ability to manage multiple areas of work and use initiative to resolve issues. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is also essential.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and organise meetings and bookings as required, including collating agendas, and taking notes as required.
- Help design, plan, budget and manage regional (and sometimes national) events, both online and in-person.
- Manage the procurement process for Teaching Day venues.
- Generate analytics and reports and present updates at relevant meetings.

This role will suit an experienced administrator who enjoys working autonomously and organising events to a high standard. The panel will be looking for candidates to demonstrate strong time management, organisation and relationship-building skills.

The Fundraising Lead will play a critical role in supporting our ‘sustainability' strategic priority to ensure Cycle Sisters can access the resources it needs to keep making a difference. This is a highly rewarding role for a Senior Team Leader to manage and coordinate the Outreach and Befriending service, which include volunteer face-to-face befriending support in the home and community, and peer phone/virtual support sessions. The Head of Finance & Corporate Services role offers the opportunity to join a young and growing registered charity at an exciting point in its evolution, and to help lead on establishing Crystal Palace Park as an exemplar in urban park management, community-led regeneration, and cultural and heritage programming.
We are looking for a qualified finance professional to join our friendly team in the post of Head of Finance & Corporate Services as we develop our systems, infrastructure, and income streams to secure our long-term sustainability. Central to the success of our strategy is an efficient finance function providing timely management information and strong financial controls.
You will be an astute finance professional who is able to provide sound financial advice as well having a strong grip on day-to-day financial operations. You will also ideally have experience of HR, IT, and administrative functions, and will assume company secretary responsibilities, enjoying direct liaison with our Board of Trustees.

The Role:

- This role includes a mix of working from home and at our main office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Visits to Grantham would be required no more than once per quarter. There will also be quarterly visits to clients and suppliers with some overnight stays.
- This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave with a proposed start date of Monday 18th November 2024.
The Candidate:
- You are an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in managing supply chain challenges
- You have a comprehensive knowledge of procurement systems and deliver excellent service to stakeholders by being flexible and collaborative
- With exceptional relationship management skills, you serve as a key point of contact for internal stock users and nurseries
- You have strong decision-making abilities under pressure and the capacity to interpret complex datasets

About the role:
We are seeking a Team Lead to provide engineering and technical leadership in the delivery of enterprise-wide IT modern workplace services to the Museum's circa 1,000 staff and for the partners and guests who visit and use the Museum's services. The role manages the 3rd line engineers responsible for the Museum's modern workplace across visitor and security services, operational and curatorial departments.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Technical and team leadership -
- Manage the design and project delivery of new modern workplace services.
- Engage with the Museum to understand how core modern workplace solutions are consumed and make recommendations on how best to improve the end user experience.
- Provide team leadership, mentoring and support for team members.
- Operational support -
- Responsible for ensuring the team maintain availability and performance of the Museum's IT modern workplace solutions. Liaising with senior managers, 3rd line colleagues and service delivery staff to ensure ITIL incidents and problems are resolved effectively.
- Active role in the Change Control and System Architecture processes.
- Ensure all systems are well maintained, documented, monitored and alerts are responded to appropriately.

- Manage vendors including: selection processes such as RFP and scorecards to establishing operational SLAs and KPIs.
- Process and policy -

About you:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Technical skills - Cloud SAAS, Microsoft Office 365 (Intune/ Teams/ One Drive/ SharePoint); software management and provisioning; strong 3rd line IT Support and ITIL service delivery; mobile working methodologies; active directory, domain services and GPOs; detailed understand of how IT services are delivered and consumed by the customer; excellent documentation skills.
- Previous work experience as a Senior Applications Analyst or Senior Modern Workplace Engineer.
- Managerial skills - Team leadership either direct reports or during major projects; experience in leading the delivery of application services and change programmes; management and selection of 3rd party suppliers and vendors in delivering application services; proactively engaged with the IT Industry.
