Our youth clubs and casework are transformative for young refugees, allowing young people who have fled danger, had traumatic journeys and who are often here alone, to find community and connection, have a space to be a young person and access support in addressing a whole range of practical challenges they face. We also draw on our evidence from working every day with young refugees and asylum seekers to call for change to the laws and policies which are harming young people.
The Youth Development Coordinator is responsible for the development and delivery of our youth development programme for young refugees and asylum seekers.
You will be focused on ensuring our programme activities achieve our outcomes, are in line with our strategy and identify areas for change and development under the direction of the Head of Services. An excellent communicator and skilled at working with partners, you will be key in the implementation and running all of our weekly youth activities, including a Youth Club and Advice and Support Hub working closely with the Youth Development Worker and having oversight of our weekly Young Women’s group.
As an experienced manager, you will lead our team of skilled youth workers, working alongside the Brent team to provide holistic support to young asylum seekers and refugees in Brent.
You will prioritise the participation of young people in all activities, ensuring excellent safeguarding by following our policy and protocols, and ensure that we collect excellent data for monitoring and evaluation and to aid our future planning. You will also assist with staff and volunteer recruitment and reporting to our funding partners.

About the Role
Fundraising and philanthropic advocacy are at the heart of GiveOut’s work. As Senior Philanthropy Officer, you will be a key member of the Philanthropy team, implementing a vital part of our philanthropy programme as we deliver our growth strategy.
You will identify, engage, cultivate and steward major donors (high net worth individuals) and charitable foundations to secure high value gifts and grants, grow long term strategic relationships in support of the LGBTQI movement, grow GiveOut's network, and provide a top quality donor experience.

The Systems Manager oversees, develops and maintains our internal central systems, in particular the CRM system, Podio. They act as a champion of good use of systems and processes and their value in helping us become more effective as a charity.
They will support our senior leadership team in identifying and mitigating risk where it relates to systems. They will be a source of advice to team members in relation to our systems. They may assist from time to time in the review of relevant Operating Procedures and Policies to ensure they are fit for purpose.
As part of the Central team this role will manage system development projects, conduct relevant staff induction and training, and liaise with the Senior Office & HR Coordinator to ensure effective working relationships with external suppliers for system maintenance.

We’re looking for a passionate and creative programme manager with TV experience to join our Climate team and lead the television strand of our Climate Stories That Work programme.
As programme manager, you’ll work closely with broadcasters, production companies, writers, and creatives to spark climate stories that resonate with audiences and inspire action.
You don’t need to be a climate expert. What matters most is that you understand how great TV gets made and that you're motivated to help translate climate and sustainability themes into narratives that people genuinely want to watch.
You’ll oversee the TV-focused work of the climate programme from concept to delivery. That includes shaping strategy, running story consultations, developing creative decks, facilitating workshops, and building partnerships that bring impact both on-screen and behind the scenes. You'll also play a key role in connecting climate issues with entertainment, working alongside campaigners, public figures, and cultural influencers to develop meaningful, relatable stories.
You’ll be supported by the senior programme manager, programme coordinator, and a network of consultants to ensure smooth delivery. You’ll also contribute your insights and experience to the executive team, helping guide the future direction of the programme.

Based at: Heard, The Green House, 244-254 Cambridge Heath Road, London, E2 9DA. Hybrid -- Staff are able to work from home for part of their week, and are required to be in the office for 2 days a week as we think it is important to stay connected as a team.
Salary: £36,720 pro rata
Staff benefits: 7.5% pension contribution and salary sacrifice scheme, 30 days holiday (pro-rata) plus bank
