Online Fundraising Creative Coordinator
Position Objective:
To contribute to the execution of PETA's and its international entities' (PETA France, PETA Netherlands, PETA India, PETA Asia and PETA Australia) direct response fundraising strategies by coordinating the production and design of online fundraising campaigns and all web-based fundraising content.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
In consultation and verified compliance with the objectives, standards, and requirements communicated by PETA UK and other PETA entities:
- Coordinating PETA's and its entities' online fundraising campaigns, including campaign set-ups, e-mails and donation tracking
- Ensure the operation of the fundraising pages and data-collection elements of PETA's and its affiliates' websites
- Liaise with other departments and PETA affiliates regarding webpage content related to fundraising campaigns and projects
- Act as a task liaison to PETA US' Office of the President and Marketing Department as well as the PETA Foundation US' Production, Legal and Information Technology departments for all Web-based projects and content, including privacy, technology and design issues
- As directed, work with the PETA Foundation US' IT Department and database-management vendors to ensure that all data collected online is managed and maintained properly
- Coordinate the archiving of online fundraising materials and creative content
- Coordinating the designing of fundraising e-mails, donation pages, donation buttons, donor surveys, online ads and other online fundraising content
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve, update and/or refresh our current and legacy online fundraising content

JOB PURPOSE
All Souls is blessed with the resource of space. Our first priority is to fill that space with Christian ministry, but when this isn’t possible we wish to generate income from it. We are seeking a motivated Events and Venue Hire Coordinator who will help us turn empty rooms into revenue and contribute to the financial sustainability of the church’s future.
This individual will have lots of freedom to develop and implement new ideas, collaborating with the larger Events Team to effectively steward our campus. They will work closely with an energetic and diverse team and will have lots of opportunities for growth and professional development. The eventual goal is for the role holder to manage most day to day operations for venue hire, and to have a substantive voice in the overall strategy of how we use our buildings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to hire All Souls' facilities, working strategically with the Events Manager to target under-used areas of our campus
- Assess current processes to help improve them for clients
- Work with the Events Team to ensure that venue hire and ministry remain appropriately balanced.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the reputation of All Souls as a venue.
- Uphold the visions and values of All Souls Church in interactions with clients
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop a marketing plan that promotes All Souls as a sought-after venue for events and work with the Communications Team and Events Manager to see it come to life
- Manage the website and promotion of West One Spaces, our external hire site
- Pursue new ideas and customers, actively seeking opportunities for our buildings.
- Financial Management:
- Work with the Events Manager to set sensible revenue targets and then work to achieve them
- Work with the Events Manager to envision a sustainable future for venue hire at All Souls and then develop and implement this vision.
- Coordination and Logistics:
- Oversee the coordination of events, ensuring smooth logistics and excellent execution.
- Attend events when necessary, providing an on-site presence for more complex hires. This may include some work outside standard office hours or on weekends.
- Compliance and Contracts:
- Understand and ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations related to venue hire.
- Draft and negotiating hire agreements with clients for the Event Manager to review, and ensure safeguarding policies and risk assessment are in place when appropriate
- Working with the Finance Team to make sure invoices are sent out and paid in a timely manner
- Team Fit
- Work collaboratively with both the Events Team and the wider All Souls Staff to ensure that venue hire partners with other ministry objectives

KCLSU is looking for a Student Voice Coordinator work within the Student Voice team to coordinate the development and delivery of representation practices, and embed these processes across KCLSU’s Community Engagement Department and our student voice partnership work with King’s College London. Student Futures aims to improve student experiences in key areas across the next three years. ENHANCING REPRESENTATIVE PROCESSES
• Act as central point of contact for colleagues across King’s and KCLSU for centralising and sharing information about student voice and representation structures related to Transformation Office projects;
• Set up and oversee systems for the management of student representative data between KCLSU and various King’s project teams;
• Ensure that all areas of student representative recruitment, induction, and support are conducted smoothly;

About the Role
Reporting to our Marketing Manager this role plays an important part in supporting SIB’s strategy and focus.

Key responsibilities
Marketing
1 Working with Marketing Manager to implement the Marketing Strategy, including contributing to campaigns, messages and stakeholder relations.
2. Supporting the implementation of marketing plans for specific funds, working with our delivery partners and sub-contractors, as appropriate, and helping with programme and fund roundtables and events.
3. Supporting the Director of Investments and the Marketing Manager in delivering new business strategies by providing market analysis and data, publicity plans, key messages, event planning, set up and coordination as necessary.
4. Supporting the Marketing Manager with marketing contacts in partner, investee and other stakeholder organisations, maintaining contacts and ensuring that SIB funds and programmes are represented across sector events and in peer publications.
5. Liaise with the Business Development Manager to contribute effectively to new tenders, including supplying accurate marketing and communications data and deliverable activities.
Communications
6. Working with the CEO, Deputy CEO and Marketing Manager to implement the Marketing Strategy, including developing and managing campaigns, messages and stakeholder relations.
7. Supporting the development of content and publications as required including newsletters, brochures and reports, case studies, blogs, articles, website content, e-newsletter content.
8. Working with the Marketing Manager and Policy and Communications Manager to liaise with external networks – national, third sector and key regional press contacts, other communications managers – to increase the reach of SIB’s work and to disseminate it widely.
9. To adopt our continuous improvement and learning ethos.

The role of Sporting Events Manager offers an exciting oportunity to lead on the strategy and delivery of the charity’s flagship walking event, March for Men, which raises c.£450k. A key focus will be with a key focus on co-creating and delivering a robust marketing plan.
As Sporting Events Manager, you will:
- Support the Assistant Head of Events & Community Fundraising to generate income through their Sporting Events programme of walking, running and cycling activities. The income for the events team is c.£3.3m, with expenditure of c.£1.1m.
- Lead on strategy and delivery of PCUK’s flagship walking event, March for Men, which raises c.£450k. You will project manage the event, co-creating and managing the recruitment marketing plan, delivering the supporter journey to drive participant value and working with an external delivery partners
- Work closely with the Black Healthy Equity Team to increase representation across PCUK’s activity portfolio, with a focus on March for Men to ensure it’s a diverse and inclusive event
- Drive and report on operational plans and budgets to generate medium and long-term sustainable income, taking responsibility for team outcomes including financial and key result reporting
- Line manage and support a Sporting Events Coordinator and Sporting Events Executive
Ideal skills and experience:
- Ability to project manage and deliver large scale fundraising events, including leading complicated programmes with multiple partners
- Excellent organisational skills to support complex activity streams – using own initiative when required and able to manage multiple and competing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
