At Ambitious about Autism, we're currently looking for a Head of Philanthropy to join our Fundraising team.
You'll lead, oversee and implement ambitious plans, as set out in the new fundraising strategy and enabling us to fully capitalise on the opportunities presented over the next few years, with a focus on the development of a major donor strategy, growing our profile and supporting a high-performing Philanthropy team. Alongside this you will personally manage a portfolio of high value solicitations, resulting in 6- and 7-figure gifts.
You'll evaluate each income stream and develop plans aligned with fundraising strategy, ensuring these translate into deliverable objectives. You'll play a key role in the development of fundraising appeals, including large scale proposals and approaches, as well as developing creative and compelling funding applications to engage new supporters.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience of planning and implementing successful major donor fundraising programmes
- Proven experience of securing high-value major gifts
- An understanding of trends and developments across the sector and demonstrable knowledge of best practice in major donors, trusts and foundations fundraising
- Experience of financial management of expenditure budgets including setting, accurate forecasting and achieving financial and non-financial targets

Our LiveLife health engagement team is growing, and we are looking for someone with great communication and project development skills to join us as a LiveLife Project Coordinator. Joining a busy and highly effective team, this role will help deliver two major programmes of work for Lingen Davies. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- Work directly with young people and through the Charity’s team to tell their stories, working to make this a positive, empowering experience for them.
- Prepare monthly analytics report and adjust marketing plans accordingly in discussion with Marketing Director.
- Write, design and send newsletters for charity stakeholders.
- Write, design and upload blogs posts on the Charity’s website.
- Write, design and schedule social media posts.
- With support from the Marketing Director, make updates and improvements to the Charity’s website.
- Monitor and respond to engagement on social media, maintaining a positive digital community.
- Create press releases as requested and collaborate with PR partners to raise the profile of Caudwell Youth.
- Create designs for the Charity to use across all marketing channels, building strong relationships with all departments.

About the Role:
As the Educational Partnerships Manager, you will play a vital role in connecting with schools, colleges, and youth clubs across North East London, with a particular focus on those based in the most disadvantaged communities. The Estate Officer will ensure the delivery of the regional maintenance programme, comprising routine, periodic, planned and urgent works, and the delivery of time limited maintenance consultancy and estate management projects. Working alongside the Conservation Projects Manager, the post holder will ensure regional estate compliance with CCT policies.
The post holder will be the main contact for all maintenance related matters and will maintain the property management records for the estate, develop volunteer projects and training on maintenance reporting and conservation cleaning and will assist with fundraising.

About the Role:

Title: Head of Skilled Volunteering
Time Commitment: Full time role (4 days a week may also be considered)
