This role is responsible for ensuring the Catalogue Management process is adhered to, the catalogue will provide a source of consistent information about available services and products to customers and users.

As Service Catalogue Specialist, you'll provide a single source of consistent information on all services and service offerings by capturing, documenting, and publishing Service Catalogue entries, ensuring it is available to relevant audiences.

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in the United Kingdom delivers a range of programming to support migrants, both in the UK and internationally, including projects focusing on labour migration, resettlement, migration and development, migrant protection, human trafficking and modern slavery, and community cohesion.

Survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking who were trafficked to the UK may decide to return to their country of origin. Evidence shows that support provided to survivors once they return home is crucial to helping them reintegrate safely and ensuring good overall protection outcomes, including protection against the risk of being re-trafficked. It also highlights the important role support providers play in preparing survivors for return and assisting them to access reintegration services and other forms of support in their countries of origin.  However, potential areas for improvement have been identified among voluntary return support providers in the UK, including: how risks are assessed and managed; the quality and consistency of information provided on support available in countries of return; understanding barriers to accessing services; and how to ensure procedures for contact/ referrals are clear and consistent

IOM has been awarded a Home Office grant for a project which seeks to increase the capacity of organisations in the UK who support survivors of human trafficking and modern slavery (UK support providers) in the area of voluntary return and reintegration. In particular, the project will work across the following 3 outputs:

1) A comprehensive assessment of current voluntary return arrangements for survivors of all genders and ages in the UK will be carried out

2) A national mapping of available reintegration services and how survivors can access these services in common countries of return is completed (covering Albania, Brazil, China, India and Pakistan)

3) Voluntary return support providers across the UK have increased capacity to conduct appropriate risks assessments and risk management plans, and to provide clarity and consistency in the referral process.

IOM seeks a consultant to deliver key activities to support outputs 1 and 2.

The client is currently working with 33 schools and 33 churches in developing discipleship pathways for children and young people in Bolton. As part of an exciting new phase of the project, they are looking to appoint a Chaplaincy Assistant to support the chaplaincy teams within three Bolton CE Secondary schools (within the Bishop Fraser Trust MAT) and to support a local parish in growing their youth ministry.

The Chaplaincy Assistant will support the development of Christian discipleship pathways for young people within school and parish contexts. As part of their role, the Chaplaincy Assistant will work alongside other Chaplaincy Assistants and School Chaplains within the Bishop Fraser Multi Academy Trust to create new opportunities for spiritual growth. The Chaplaincy Assistant will also work as part of the wider team on a range of youth initiatives including youth gatherings, youth weekends, and a Year 6 transition programme.

The Chaplaincy Assistant will have many opportunities for training and development, as well as the creative freedom to launch new initiatives for young people. The Junction is an out of hours service, open 365 evenings a year, to support and assist individuals experiencing a mental health concern. The aim is to alleviate the need for people in the Swindon locality to access A&E acute mental health services and primary care GP services unnecessarily by managing the presenting symptoms/mental health crisis along with the triggers and context for that crisis.

The role

The Associate Technical Advisor will support project management and provision of technical assistance to endemic country governments across a portfolio of NTD projects, with a focus on schistosomiasis (SCH) and soil-transmitted helminthiases (STH). Working with Deputy Directors and Technical Advisors within the Technical Team, the Associate Technical Advisor will contribute to planning and delivery of NTD programming, monitoring of progress and project outcomes, and reporting. 

Having excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel, the Associate Technical Advisor will have technical knowledge of global health issues and ideally also the control and elimination of neglected tropical diseases and will support the wider team in working respectfully and in partnership with our colleagues globally. The Associate Technical Advisor will ideally also have experience working in sub-Saharan Africa and effectively managing daily priorities in a flexible and adaptable manner.

THE ROLE
The Tree Equity Officer will lead on our vision that by 2030 we would like to see the added protection of existing trees and en route to 1 million more trees established in Scotland’s urban areas that currently have a low Tree Equity Score (TES). They will be responsible for establishing and developing partnerships with others to deliver exemplar projects across Scotland that demonstrate and communicate benefits of improving TES. The Tree Equity Officer will Advocate to embed use of TES in Local Area Plans/LA strategy of city authorities and encourage city authorities to raise funding for improving TES in their cities. 

As part of the Scotland Team, they will be responsible for working together collaboratively with other colleagues across the Trust to develop and oversee the delivery of a Tree Equity strategy. They will work with policy and advocacy colleagues to influence local and national government and others to embed Tree Equity as a tool to inform and direct urban forestry and green space delivery and preferably embed within policy.

This is a Hybrid working role, where you’ll work part of your time at home and part of the time from one of our Regional Offices based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Our Hybrid Working Policy is flexible, and the frequency of time spent in your contracted office will vary across teams and job roles.

THE CANDIDATE
You will have excellent knowledge, experience and passion for urban forestry and/or urban green infrastructure.  You will also have experience and understanding of the operation of local government and planning. You’ll be able to inspire and influence others to promote and embed Tree Equity delivery. 

A key part of this roles requires programme and project management skills and experience in developing strategies and plans to deliver outcomes, particularly in urban greenspace.

You will have the ability to collaborate with other teams and colleagues to develop and lead the delivery of a Tree Equity strategy to ensure woods and trees are valued and recognised in key policies and decisions at a national level. You’ll have great research and analytical skills being able to communicate and tailor complex information to different audiences, building positive relationships internally and externally using your skills to influence stakeholders.

Based within the Forensic Community Mental Health Team in Coventry and Warwickshire, you will provide emotional and practical support to your referred clients, and to assess, with reference to St Giles Trust/ Forensic Community Mental Health Team assessment practices, each individual, producing support and risk management plans based on these assessments.  We will rely on you to liaise closely with other St Giles teams with reference to referrals, avoiding duplication, and to support those referred to access and engage with suitable support agencies, while also developing strong relationships with statutory agencies.

An important element of this role is to deliver a holistic support service, working independently or with colleagues as the situation dictates, to each of your clients, as well as ensuring you close cases efficiently and positively, identifying a success plan for the client including agencies that can be used for on-going support/ if serious problems develop in the future.

• Experience of working and engaging positively with people who have a history of substance use, mental health, offending or other vulnerable groups, reluctant to discuss their needs, and people who are angry and confused

Overall Duties of the Education Advisor will include:

• Providing impartial careers advice, information and guidance to TACT young people and foster carers supporting them to prepare for leaving school, entering college, and considering which post 16 education pathway is appropriate for them. 
• Working alongside TACT’s Advisory teachers, TACT Connect, CRWs, SSWs and carers to support young people cared for by TACT to engage in education, training, or employment post 16. 
• Supporting the delivery of quality careers exploration ensuring young people have a wide range of opportunities and experiences provided to consider all KS4, Post 16 and Post 18 pathways. 
• Ensuring young people are prepared for adult life as a learner in Higher, Further colleges or university, as well as working life, including apprenticeships or employment. 
• Ensuring that no young person is NEET and if any young person needs support to re-engage in their post 16 pathway that re-engagement plans are drawn up to reflect the individual’s interests and needs. 
• Maintaining timely and accurate record keeping on Charms (in house system).

• Communicating professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues, carers, and third-party agencies to establish professional working relationships which focus on the best outcomes for the children and young people in our care.

The Lessons from Auschwitz (LFA) Project is a course for students in post-16 education delivered throughout the UK. The project has taken over 42,000 students and teachers to the former Nazi concentration and death camp Auschwitz-Birkenau. Students then pass on the lessons they have learned to their community. As a Project Coordinator you would run specific courses and have ownership over their administration from start to finish. You would also be given an area of focus such as marketing, logistics, or support. Coordinate Projects by:

1. Managing the administration for the educational courses within your remit by:

• Processing applications, registering schools on the project, and monitoring uptake from schools.

• Organising mass-mailings, email broadcasts and digital marketing including social media to provide course participants with necessary information and updates.

• Overseeing course logistics, including generating reports, booking staff and external colleagues' travel and accommodation, compiling course information packs, and booking medics.

• Sourcing, booking, and liaising with venues for seminars; and booking relevant audio-visual equipment hire for courses.

2. Work with colleagues on managing our online learning platform including editing, archiving data, and uploading content.

4. Acting as the first point of contact in the team, along with other team members, for incoming telephone and email enquiries for your courses.
