OVERVIEW
Born from the loss of Reuben Michael Graham in August 2012 at just 23 months old, Reuben's Retreat is a charity offering practical and emotional support to families of child loss and families who have a child living with medical complexities. Our Retreat is a sanctuary offering a space for families to relax, recharge, remember and rebuild and our aim is to relieve the distress of these families, walking side by side with them on their journey.
MAIN PURPOSE OF POST
- To work with the CEO and senior leadership team to create and implement the fundraising and engagement strategy for the organisation.
- To report to the CEO and Board of Trustees on the progress and delivery of the aims at regular intervals to be agreed with the CEO and to the Board at the agreed and planned Board meetings.
- To be responsible for all aspects of income and ensure the charity achieves the annual budget.
- To manage costs to ensure the charity remains financially secure and able to deliver its strategic aims.
- To lead the fundraising team and ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of our income generation and engagement programme.
- To ensure the organisation operates within charity law and appropriate codes of practice.
- To be an ambassador for the charity to all donors delivering the key messages as agreed with the CEO.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To work with the CEO set and regularly review annual budgets for income.

- Oversee the LLHM registration platform including the ballot and charity console.

We’re recruiting for a part time Neuro Physiotherapist to join our team in Northern Ireland.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide highly skilled, specialised physiotherapy assessment, treatment and physical activity services and classes for people affected by MS. Both in person through our Resource Centre in Belfast and online.
You’ll also play an active role in the planning, development, coordination, delivery and evaluation of the physiotherapy service provided through the MS Society in Northern Ireland.
We’re looking for the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate that they have experience and knowledge of the challenges people with MS face and who can adapt services and support to meet their needs.
This is a fantastic role for someone who understands those living with a neurological condition and who is passionate about the benefits of physical activity and community.

- Work with the Customer Engagement Team to ensure supporter experience opportunities are maximised and managed in line with the overall Engagement plan
- Liaise with Supporter Marketing Manager to ensure that marketing plans are harmonised with Association's overall wider marketing, communication and fundraising plans

Phyllis Tuckwell is looking to appoint a talented and creative Graphic Designer - a key role in creating visually compelling design and communication that aligns with our strong local brand and engages our various audiences. You will enjoy collaborating with different internal teams to produce digital and print materials, including marketing campaigns, website and social media graphics, presentations, and more. Working within a small creative team, your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the visual consistency and quality of our brand across multiple channels.
The successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and other design tools.
- Have knowledge of digital design, typography, colour theory, and branding principles.

About the role:
