You will be part of a multi-agency team providing person-centered support focusing on holistically addressing a range of personal wellbeing issues faced by service users referred by the Probation Service. Interventions will focus on addressing the following:
- Support around families and other significant relationships
- Support to reduce social isolation and improve decision-making/lifestyle choices
- Support with emotional wellbeing
- Provide through the gates support for those leaving prison.
You will be part of a comprehensive name of the team/function service delivering across St Giles Trust that is mindful of, and promotes our Vision, Mission, Values, and strategic aims.

You will need to demonstrate how your lived experience supports your ability to carry out the role to the benefit of the clients we work with.
The role involves supporting the management of HMPPS Contracts delivering Personal Wellbeing services across Wales, based in Wrexham with frequent travel. It requires managing a team, ensuring compliance with performance indicators, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
(1) Key Deliverables
- Provide operational management across one or more contracts awarded by the HMPPS to deliver Personal Wellbeing services in Wales.
- Provide leadership and operational management to a team of Personal Wellbeing Coaches (PWBC) and Peer Advisor volunteers employed in the delivery of the contracts.
- Set performance objectives with PWBC’s and monitor progress ensuring compliance with contractual performance indicators and quality improvement, ensuring St Giles Wise partnership meets all its targets and outcomes.
- Monitor and manage all aspects of delivery and performance to ensure compliance with policy and procedures including safeguarding of staff, service users and the wider public.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with local Wales Probation managers and staff as well as other external stakeholders e.g. prison managers, ensuring communication channels are positive and effective.
- Manage partnerships including local and national delivery partners, spot purchase providers and any agencies with whom we are developing referral arrangements.
- Manage and co-ordinate allocated resources including volunteers and spot purchase funds.
- Provide management and oversight of allocated contract budgets.
- Ensure there is a safe and trusting working environment for staff with a culture which is aligned with St Giles Wise values and facilitates a supportive and constructive relationship with service users.
- Work closely with other St Giles Wise Managers to ensure consistency of approach and sharing of best practice.
- Provide regular reports in a range of formats to Personal Wellbeing Manager.
- Monitor use of the Customer Approved Database including regular reports on usage to ensure accuracy and timeliness of inputting by teams.
- Support the management and delivery of our weekday telephone helpline (5pm-8pm) and occasional Saturday drop-ins safely and effectively.
- Positively represent the St Giles Wise partnership in all external meetings including conferences, seminars, and other events.
- Proactively adopt a learning approach to the role, improving skills and knowledge to continue providing a high-quality service for service users.
- Understand and adhere to all SGW policy and procedures including diversity, health and safety, safeguarding, and data protection.
(2) Knowledge & Experience
Experience
- Experience of managing and supervising staff to successfully deliver services with KPI’s, quality standards and/or targets. (A)
- Experience of working in or managing services supporting male offenders including young adults whether in community or prison settings (A)
- Experience of working in or managing services supporting challenging people, for example people who have complex needs, people who are reluctant to discuss their needs, and people who are angry and confused (A)
- Experience in working in or managing multi-agency partnerships working towards common objectives and outcomes.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to lead large teams across a wide geographical area and achieve contracted outcomes to expected standards (A).
- Ability to coach and mentor staff to motivate and facilitate optimum performance in a team; encourage them to find innovative, safe ways to work with service users to identify and find informed solutions to the challenges faced by them (A)
- Ability to create and communicate performance and budgetary reports in a variety of formats.
- Strong IT skills including proven experience of using Word, Excel, and Outlook in a similar work environment. This includes ability to use online video communication platforms (eg. Microsoft Teams, Zoom)

Qualifications
Management Qualification including ILM at a minimum level 3 preferable but not essential.

About this job
We’re looking for an efficient and methodical self-starter to join our Governance and Executive Office (GEO) team in this varied role.
Delivering high-quality, executive-level administration, you’ll be a core part of the team supporting our Executive Group and Board of Trustees, enabling them to operate effectively and continue to drive forward our work for the MS Community.
Liaising closely with senior colleagues across the MS Society, as well as key stakeholder and volunteers, you’ll be part of our EA Team. You will provide direct administrative support for two of our Executive Directors and help ensure that our Executive Group have the support they need.
You’ll have experience of a range of administrative tasks, including providing support for meetings and minute-taking, as well as delivering executive-level secretariat support.
As a key member of the GEO team, you’ll undertake specific projects relating to the requirements of the Governance and Executive Office and contribute to the overall delivery of the Governance and Executive Office team’s objectives.

Position
ShareAction’s Financial Sector Research team works towards holding financial institutions accountable for their impact on climate change, human rights, biodiversity, and other important issues.
Asset managers, insurance companies and banks hold a huge amount of influence over the world’s largest companies through their investment, lending and underwriting activities. While many of these financial institutions publicly claim to be taking environmental and social issues seriously, often, these claims do not hold up to scrutiny.
In this role, you will have many opportunities to challenge the financial sector by contributing to:
- Our financial sector benchmarks, covering insurance companies, banks and asset managers.
- Coordination with civil society allies to maximise our combined impact.
- Engagement with relevant institutions and providing them with detailed recommendations for improvement.
- Communication of our research findings externally, for example, on webinars.
Working alongside the rest of the Financial Sector Research team, you will contribute to ShareAction’s key reports ranking financial institutions. This involves collecting information from institutions and databases, analysing quantitative and qualitative data, producing engaging graphics to communicate results and translating this analysis into actionable steps for financial institutions to take. You will collaborate with teams across ShareAction and may join meetings with financial institutions, other NGOs, or regulators to discuss this research. We will ensure that you receive sufficient support and oversight to ensure you feel comfortable and knowledgeable in delivering this bold and challenging work.
This is a very exciting time to be joining the team. In 2025, we are undertaking our comprehensive benchmarks of the insurance sector and reinvigorating the survey of the European banking sector. In this rapidly evolving field, we are looking for a person with excellent research and communication skills and a passion for making a difference to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Analysing quantitative and qualitative data, primarily writing reports on insurance companies and/or banks in 2025.
- Using Excel to analyse and organise large data sets.
- Instigating, developing and managing relationships with financial institutions, inviting them to participate in our research, as well as answering technical questions.
- Presenting findings of our work to external and internal stakeholders, most frequently through webinars and presentations, including the coordination of these events.
- Instigating, developing and managing relationships with civil society stakeholders.
- Organising and planning work with a high level of autonomy and providing guidance to colleagues across workstreams where relevant.

RABI is the farmers charity. At the core of RABI’s mission is the commitment to address the individual needs of farming people across England, Wales and Northern Ireland through practical, financial and emotional support.
The charity’s expert mental health support builds emotional resilience to help farming people feel better equipped to tackle the many uncertainties and challenges they face today, whilst its grants empower farming people to become financially resilient.
RABI’s financial support includes targeted, emergency cost-of-living grant campaigns including its Return to School and Winter Fuel campaigns. The charity has provided around £1/4 billion of direct financial support to the farming community over the past 25 years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Support the Volunteer Development Manager in co-ordination of new processes and their delivery to the team.
• Take notes at CRM development meetings and put agreed processes or ways of working into “How to” crib sheets.
• Deliver training demonstrations of new agreed processes that relate to the crib sheets to support the wider volunteering team.
Volunteer Journey and Recruitment Support
• Support the Volunteering Development Manager and RABI communications team with Volunteer Recruitment campaigns with coordination to raise the profile of RABI volunteering and attract new interest.
• Co-ordinate RABI approach to national initiatives such as Volunteers Week and the Big Help Out.
• Support and co-ordinate the development of opportunities to involve new volunteers – including events volunteers, volunteer ambassadors, ‘micro’ volunteering opportunities etc.
• Work closely with the wider team to support existing committees to attract new volunteers and evolve their approach to involve more people.
• Support the development of planning and delivery of events / meetings to bring the volunteer community together – to recognise achievements and collaborate.
• Work with the support of the Volunteering Development Manager to ensure that RABI volunteering is accessible, inclusive, safe and enjoyable.

Our new Health Hub provides vital access for women to health services, supported by healthcare professionals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a people person to join our team. The Health Hub Support Worker is a new role and will to support the delivery of our Health Hub at One25. Your role is to oversee the running of the service which is open 3 afternoons a week. Women who street sex work face huge health inequalities, and through our Health Hub you will support women to access the GP, Sexual Health Nurse and other Health Professionals. Women have many needs and you may also support around their finances, seeking accommodation or helping by providing a hot meal and a shower. You will work alongside the Care Coordinator and volunteers to support the running of the service.

About Uplift
Uplift supports efforts to create a rapid and fair transition away from oil and gas production in the UK. We strategically support, connect and elevate ideas and voices to set in motion a just transition away from fossil fuel production commensurate with the scale of the climate crisis.
The role
As Legal and Policy Adviser, you will collaborate with Uplift’s team and key partners to ensure that our collective work is underpinned by robust and forward-thinking legal and policy analysis. From supporting strategic litigation and legal advocacy to ensuring our politics team have a sound understanding of relevant policy frameworks, this is a diverse role at the heart of our work pushing a just transition away from oil and gas extraction.
Uplift has taken and supported high-profile climate litigation and used legal insight to generate front-page headlines linked to our campaigns. Most recently, we have won the legal case against the Rosebank oil field in the North Sea. We have also generated legal analysis to support a wider network to participate in vital public consultation processes.
The successful candidate will have exceptional legal and policy research skills, an ability to think strategically about law and policy opportunities, and a keen interest in climate and energy-related policy and campaigns. A strong commitment to Uplift's mission and core values is also required.
Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include:

Support the delivery of Uplift’s responses to ongoing policy processes, litigation, law reform advocacy, and legal analysis, advancing Uplift’s objectives.

Support the Principal Legal Adviser in executing strategic litigation opportunities and providing analysis and support to external lawyers and experts throughout.

Develop legal and policy analysis to support campaign, communications and policy strategies, including support for key partners.

Track ongoing policy and legal developments across Uplift’s core areas of interest to support identifying key opportunities and gaps.

Analyse, interpret and synthesise legal and policy developments to support the Politics team in advising our network.

Provide fact-checking and ad-hoc policy and legislative analysis for the Uplift team to ensure accuracy in Uplift’s public communications.

Contribute to the wider work of the Research, Policy and Legal team, including building and maintaining relationships with key external partners.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:

Experience in a similar or related role.

Policy or legal knowledge focussed on environmental or social justice. A formal legal qualification or policy and legislative experience would be beneficial. Direct experience on the energy transition, fossil fuels, renewables or a just transition would also be beneficial, but Uplift will support the right candidate in developing this expertise.

About the Role
As Fundraising Officer, you will deliver campaigns and activities for the donor acquisition side of the Individual Giving team, successfully managing the donor acquisition activity in line with agreed annual targets and fundraising strategy. You will work with the Senior Acquisition Officer and Acquisition Manager in the planning, delivery and evaluation of the acquisition of donors across all channels and propositions. Principle duties include:

About the role:
As the Head of Business Development & Fundraising, you will be selling Crimestoppers’ commercial services to prospects and upselling to existing partners; working closely with/supporting BD account management and support functions (Marcoms, Contact Centre, Legal/Finance) within the organisation to ensure the smooth implementation of new partnerships in line with our charitable objectives.

You will also manage a diverse portfolio of five and six figure partnerships across multiple sectors, delivering high quality colleague, customer fundraising and commercial campaigns that require presenting Shelter’s cause effectively to a wide range of audiences.
The role needs someone with a proactive approach and creative flair for developing and executing new partnership activities. It will also involve collaborating on additional projects that support the wider Corporate Partnerships team strategy and managing elements of partner finances, including income forecasting, updating our supporter database and supporting the team.
About you
You will be proactive with excellent relationship-building and communication skills, and the ability to convey complex ideas succinctly, and confidently to a wide range of audiences.
You will have experience in corporate fundraising, partnership management or account management and be able to strengthen relationships with existing partnerships to grow fundraising income. You will have attention to detail and be able to work across multiple projects in a busy team environment, planning your workload effectively.

About the team
The Income Generation Directorate at Shelter comprises of 5 departments, delivering a mature fundraising programme that has seen continuous year on year diversity and growth. The directorate generates over £48m gross income each year, of which a high percentage is unrestricted. Our Corporate Partnerships team is split into two areas - New Partnerships which generates income by securing new relationships with private sector businesses, and the Partnership Management team, where this role sits, is responsible for the growth of Shelter’s voluntary income by managing and developing existing corporate partnerships spanning a variety of sectors. The role:
Our Digital Content Library (DCL) is a key global resource for Mary’s Meals and an online record of all of our best stories, photography, videography and case study content. This role will give you the opportunity to work closely with this content and ensure that it is used effectively across the whole global family.
As Content Coordinator, you will have responsibility for ensuring the highest quality content is uploaded, carefully catalogued and easily searchable. You should be confident and comfortable working with a wide range of staff and volunteers, providing training and resources, answering enquiries and proactively seeking opportunities for development of this key resource. You will also be responsible for the development of your own regular communication activity including our monthly newsletter for regular donors, The Next Chapter. Another key area of responsibility is the coordination of essential content reporting for our flagship campaign Sponsor A School and our Philanthropy reporting needs.
Working as a key member of our Communications team and reporting to our Senior Content Manager, your key duties will include:
- Review photography from our programme, identifying what content should be added to DCL, in consultation with Senior Content Manager (SCM)
- Uploading, tagging and cataloguing resources (inc. photography, videos, case studies and other copy) on DCL
- Administration of DCL, sorting content into relevant collections, ongoing maintenance and proactively seeking opportunities for development of existing structure and search functions
- Support international teams with their own content requirements, making recommendations from existing material
- Provide ongoing training for DCL users e.g. written resources, video tutorials and online workshops
- Management of relationship with DCL platform provider, Montala
- Regular analytics reporting on DCL and online content use and engagement, utilising this to inform future DCL development
- Support Marketing department with campaigns, using the DCL to share content effectively and to tight deadlines
- Work with Mary’s Meals’ international communications teams to coordinate monthly reporting schedule and content requirements for Sponsor A School and all Philanthropic reports

Parkinson’s UK works with health and social care professionals to transform Parkinson’s services across the UK.
We do this through the Parkinson’s UK Excellence Network (PEN), a network of around 6,000 health and care professionals with a shared vision: to build an expert Parkinson’s workforce and improve health and care services for people with Parkinson’s.
We bring together and support health and care professionals to share best practice, network and collaborate, share resources and education, and drive improvements to services for people with Parkinson’s and their loved ones.
Since its establishment in 2015, the Excellence Network has provided networking and collaboration opportunities for professionals across the different regions of the UK. In England, the Excellence Network is moving to a new regional model aligned to the 7 NHS England regions. The regional model in the devolved nations will remain the same: 3 regions in Scotland, 2 in Wales and 1 in Northern Ireland.
To help us deliver this new regional model, we are looking for 2 healthcare professionals to take on the role of Regional Clinical Lead on a consultancy basis.

What will be expected of you in this role
You’ll:
- Be expected to co-opt a multidisciplinary leadership team to support you in your role. This team should reflect the multi-professional composition of regional services, as well as the geography and should include at least one person with Parkinson's.
- Drive engagement and participation with the Excellence Network at a regional level.
- Inspire, challenge and collaborate with the health and social care professional community to drive significant improvements to Parkinson’s services across your region.
- Act as a professional ambassador for the Excellence Network and help represent the professionals in your region.
- Engage with Integrated Care Board (ICB) leaders to help influence the development of your Integrated Care System (ICS).
- Work closely with the Professional Engagement team at Parkinson’s UK to organise and hold engagement opportunities in your region. This will include working with the team to hold and lead at least one in-person meeting in your region per year.
- Attend the annual in-person PEN National and Regional Clinical Leads meeting.
- Support the PEN national calendar of events through attendance or promotion. This includes Excellence Hub meetings and other activities centred around our national priorities.
- Work closely with the PEN National Clinical Leadership Team (CLT) to discuss and review national and regional priorities. Attend a virtual meeting with CLT 2 times per year.
What expertise you’ll bring
You’ll:
- Be a UK-based clinical healthcare professional, working in Parkinson’s or with extensive interest and expertise in the condition, with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. Healthcare professionals living with Parkinson’s are also encouraged to apply.
- Have a good understanding of the landscape of health and social care delivery, education and workforce development to support the strategic aims and objectives of Parkinson’s UK.
What you can expect from Parkinson’s UK
You’ll:
- Be formally welcomed and introduced to the Excellence Network and your role as a regional clinical lead.
- Be provided with an introduction pack, which outlines all the activities of the PEN at a national, regional and local level, so that you can gain an understanding of where your role fits in.
- Meet regularly with the Professional Engagement team to discuss and plan activity in your region, working to a co-developed engagement plan for your PEN region. We will be flexible, taking into account your individual needs.
- Meet with the Professional Engagement Lead or Associate Director of Policy & Health Strategy after 6 months in the role for a review meeting and then annually thereafter (or more frequently if required).
- Be provided with a set of resources and information to support you in your role eg. a ready made presentation on the PEN, data from the services within your patch, including relevant data from the UK Parkinson’s Audit.
- Be invited to an annual event for the National and Regional Clinical Leads, to provide updates, training and opportunities for discussion.
A bit more about the opportunity
Time commitment will be 0.5 days per week (1 programmed activity) to be worked flexibly across the month.
Monthly rate will be based on skills and experience.
Term of consultancy services will be set tenure of 3 years from date of appointment, with an option to extend once for a further 3 years.
We will also ask you/your employer to send across a monthly invoice to the Professional Engagement Manager at Parkinson’s UK and include a short paragraph outlining what you’ve done in the role each month. We can provide an example of this.
