About you and the role

This role is key to helping us grow and empower our school and chef partners through our Membership. You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager and Procurement Manager to improve the membership offering and build a strong community of schools, chefs, and suppliers.

Your work will be varied, from managing membership administration to building supplier relationships and helping with communication between schools and stakeholders. As the membership grows, you’ll work with the team to help improve the support, networks, and systems available to members. You’ll also help with ensuring suppliers meet safety standards, deliver great produce, and offer reliable service.

In addition, you’ll assist with organising our member events, from planning and logistics to coordinating attendees and making sure everything runs smoothly.

You will be a confident communicator who is happy gathering information from our team, suppliers and school chefs, with an ability to translate data for the continued improvement of the membership. The role will cover everything from basic administration tasks, to visiting schools, helping to create resources and supporting our procurement processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage membership administration, including onboarding new members, staying in touch regularly, coordinating internal support for membership needs, and tracking renewals.

• Support the creation of resources, guides, and training materials for members.

We Are Survivors are looking for an experienced therapeutic manager to come and join our Community Team to help us support survivors and their supporters across Greater Manchester.

You will help us to provide key services across Greater Manchester. The Community team is made of therapists, group, and community workers to support men and boys to access the services they need. This role will be a job share with our existing Therapy Services Manager. The Community Therapy team deliver trauma informed therapy to survivors and their loved ones. Role Purpose To manage specific services and teams, ensuring the provision of quality assured support services to male survivors and their loved ones. This role will be up to 12 months providing Maternity Cover to the existing Service Manager.

Objective

Role

As our Major Donor & Philanthropy Fundraiser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive major giving programme to increase revenue from high-value supporters. Major Donor Fundraising

Leadership

Channel ownership and development

Experience

Essential:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least three years’ experience in a digital marketing or content management role.
• Strong experience managing websites (WordPress) and social media platforms.
• Proven track record in developing and executing digital campaigns (organic and paid).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and digital performance tracking.
• Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Raiser’s Edge).
• Ability to create engaging content, with excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or InDesign.
• Basic video editing skills for social media and web content.
• Experience working with third-party agencies to develop and refine digital strategies.

Desirable:

• Additional qualifications in SEO, Google Analytics, UX/UI, or Digital Strategy.
• Experience working in a charity or non-profit sector.
• Familiarity with fundraising or donor engagement campaigns.
• Experience running A/B testing to improve digital engagement.
• Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and user experience (UX) design.
• Experience in marketing automation and lead scoring systems.
• Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital content.
