Digital Technology Project Manager - 18 months contract

About the role
This pivotal role will drive organisation's digital maturity, overseeing the implementation of key systems such as Digital Care Records, Time-Attendance, M365, and other business-critical platforms. You'll work collaboratively with senior leaders and operational teams to deliver projects that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and foster a culture of digital confidence across the organisation.
Given the nature of our services, we're particularly looking for someone with experience in the Care Sector or a related field such as healthcare or social work, who understands the operational and regulatory complexities of delivering frontline care. The first major project you'll lead will be the implementation of a new digital care records system, and sector insight will be key to ensuring success from the outset. Reporting directly to the executive Director of People and Corporate Services, you will be working very closely with internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing the Care and Support Technology Officer.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Outward's digital transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end project implementation, developing systems such as digital care records - Nourish, M365, etc.
- Work with teams to design and deliver training programmes that improve digital literacy and enable effective system use.
- Ensure seamless integration and ongoing optimisation of digital systems across the organisation.
- Identifying, managing risks and implementing effective solutions.
- Use data and analytics to drive decision-making, monitor performance, and demonstrate impact.
- Develop processes to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage system upgrades.
- Ensure systems are configured to capture and report key performance indicators, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Essential:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation projects, including successful systems implementation and embedding.
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of systems development, integration, and maintenance-including platforms such as Care Records (e.g. Nourish) and Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Sona).
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in identifying risks and implementing effective solutions.
- Established experience in producing both high-level strategic and operational reports, using data and appropriate reporting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of digital systems, including M365 and other business-critical platforms.
- Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable:
- Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP).
- Experience in the care or non-profit sector.
- Experience in implementing, or developing, or using the following systems: Sona Time Attendance, Nourish care records, Workable ATS, iTrent HR system.
- Knowledge of assistive technologies and their application in care delivery.

As Communications and PR Manager we are looking for an experienced and high-achieving individual with exceptional written skills to work closely with our Director of Communications and Fundraising. The successful candidate will lead on the delivery of an organisation-wide communication strategy and will also work with the Dir Comms and Fundraising to develop and deliver a PR strategy to help grow JET’s voice and influence at a very exciting time in our growth (this is the first time we have looked to bring our PR function in-house).
You will have responsibility for managing JET’s voice and narrative, and will supervise our Communications and Events Officer to plan, develop and deliver engaging copy and multimedia assets - both long and short form – for use across multiple platforms in line with our comms KPIs. Your exceptional written and proofreading skills, creative experience and your eye for precision, will support us to develop inspiring and impactful stories to bring our work to life for our key audiences.
You’ll also have responsibility for PR and media relations activities including identifying relevant media opportunities, writing press releases, building out the organisation’s PR infrastructure, and proactively pitching to local and national media and policy influences to grow awareness of our work with key audiences.

We are seeking a Trusts and Philanthropy Manager to join our London team.
Movember is embarking on the delivery of an exciting and ambitious 5-year organisational strategy, with Partnerships and Philanthropy playing a central role. The partnerships team is responsible for generating income from corporates, commercial sponsors, charitable trusts and other institutional funders, with a renewed focus on building long term multifaceted and mutually beneficial partnerships.
The Trusts & Philanthropy Manager will support the wider team through a focus on Institutional funding and Major gifts and must have experience in high-value trust and foundation grants fundraising, including leading on applications and winning multi-year grants of five figures or higher.
This role is responsible for growing the year-round Institutional fundraising revenue in in the UK.

As Business Intelligence (BI) Developer you will be responsible for working with Hospice UK’s data to provide insights that support decision-making.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues at all levels to understand their needs and develop dashboards, reports and insights which help facilitate efficient, effective, and modern ways of working and a great colleague experience.
Guided by the Data Manager, you’ll ensure that Hospice UK complies with all relevant legislation and best practice such as complying with UK GDPR and maintaining our security accreditations. You’ll also work closely with other members of the ICT and Data team.
You’ll bring a broad set of data skills and knowledge with specific technical skills and experience developing using Power BI and SQL. We are at the start of our journey using modern data tools, with training for all colleagues planned, but you will need to guide inexperienced colleagues. Whilst challenging, this is an opportunity to shape how we work for the long term.
You’ll be working with others to collect and analyse the data that is most useful for hospices across the UK to compare their services and understand the impact we make collectively. You’ll also combine this with third-party data sources, such as population data, which will help local hospices reach everyone who needs help. Hospice UK will use this data and insight for national research and campaigning.
For our hospice sector data work, there are multiple data sources, some of which are bespoke databases within Hospice UK’s systems, whereas others are external including publicly available.
Internally, within Hospice UK, you’ll work with colleagues from different departments to improve how we measure our own performance. You’ll develop a performance reporting framework which provides clarity and insight, from our Board level key performance indicators to our day-to-day operational process performance measures.
Within Hospice UK the main data sources are our CRM, Website CMS, Grants Management, Finance and HR systems. We also use bespoke data capture forms and databases for specific purposes.
We’re a small in-house ICT and Data team, supported by 3rd party suppliers.
Your line manager is Richard Cooper, Data Manager. Richard joined Hospice UK in February 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience from the private, public and non-profit sectors.

About the Role
- The London Hotel is a bespoke and time limited housing project, with 16 en-suite rooms, delivered by Westminster City Council and The Connection at St Martins. The accommodation is run from a hotel in Paddington, that has a staff office and a key work room.
- The aim of the service is to deliver a wrap-around support offer to entrenched rough sleepers, with multiple unmet needs, and who would otherwise struggle to access accommodation. The expectation put on those moving into the service is that they will be given a period of time to stabilise with health and wellbeing input and will then work towards a longer-term accommodation offer with us.
- The service provides food daily, as well as toiletries and offers other areas of support (aside from health and accommodation move on) around financial inclusion, substance dependency, obtaining ID and navigating criminal justice involvement.
- In this role, you will provide direct support to the residents of the hotel generally, as well as holding a small case load of residents who you will keywork.
- You will work closely with external partners to develop support networks around the residents and will make referrals into the relevant services. Alongside this you might need to accompany people off-site to appointments and coordinate the network around them to meet their needs. You will also need to facilitate external partners accessing the site, so they can provide support to residents.
- Your focus when working with people will be to support them to develop a move on plan, so they can move from the hotel, into longer term accommodation. This is alongside the day to day running of the service as well as facilitating the maintenance of a trauma informed environment and dynamically responding to people’s needs.

Duties and key responsibilities
1. Policy Intelligence and Research
· Lead horizon scanning of central, local and devolved government policy developments (with the Senior Engagement & Development Officer – Wales) to assess implications for the voluntary sector.
· Conduct member-focused research to inform Clinks’ consultation responses and policy publications, including blogs, briefings, and outputs from the Reducing Reoffending Third Sector Advisory Group (RR3).
· Lead the design, delivery, and publication of Clinks’ annual State of the Sector research.
2. Policy Development and Influence
· Draft clear, evidence-based policy materials for engagement with political stakeholders, including Ministers and officials.
· Develop mechanisms and opportunities for voluntary sector organisations to engage in policy development with statutory agencies.
· Provide policy support and analysis for Clinks’ Chief Executive and Director of National Influencing & Networks in high-level meetings.
3. Internal Collaboration and Support

The Regular Giving Campaigns Manager will play a key role in growing donations to the College’s Annual Fund by leading on the strategy, execution, and analysis of fundraising campaigns to drive funding for student support. The role also includes stewardship and retention activities, such as publicizing the impact of regular giving and managing the 1509 Society donor circle. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning, Execution & Analysis
- Lead all Annual Fund campaigns, including telethon, giving day, digital and print appeals, which seek to generate funding towards student support, increasing participation among alumni and community base year-on-year. Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Plan, lead and execute all telethon campaigns including caller recruitment; training and supervision of callers; production and distribution of pre-call and post-call materials; data segmentation, handling, and analysis to ensure smooth-running of campaigns.

Terms and Conditions of Employment
Appointment
This appointment is offered as a full time, permanent contract. There is an initial probationary period of six months. The appointment will be conditional on verification of the successful candidate’s ‘Right to Work’ checks and subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and medical clearance through the University’s Occupational Health Services.
Salary
To be paid on the College Grade 6 scale depending on experience. Advancement up the scale is on merit.
Hours of work
Full time 35 hours each week. Standard hours are from 9am until 5pm, with an unpaid hour taken for lunch, Monday to Friday.
Certain events in Development will require attendance outside of these core hours, notably the annual Telethon which is run over 2-weeks, and will likely amount to two weekends, plus 2 extra hours per day for 1-week.

This role focusses on raising funds for Bowel Research UKs medical research projects and work that focuses on patient and public involvement. Funds raised will be a mix of restricted project funding and unrestricted funds that can support the organisations core operations.
You will need to work closely with colleagues in Research and Patient & Public Involvement to ensure you have a strong understanding of current funding needs and research successes. Based in Coventry, you will coordinate and develop our community and events fundraising activity. This will include working with community groups, individuals, schools and more, as well as event management and working with teams across the Trust.

Position: Community and Events Fundraiser
Responsible to: Fundraising Manager
Location: UHCW Charity, Main Reception, Coventry, CV2 2DX
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Salary: £27,000 - 34,000 (depending on experience)
Annual leave and pension:
- 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
- Company pension scheme with matched contributions of up to 7%
