The Mission is seeking an International Salesforce Project Manager to join the newly formed Salesforce team and support the expansion and development of Salesforce for its 350 staff across 18 countries.
Summary of the role
The International Salesforce and Systems Project Manager will manage and coordinate the ongoing development of our Salesforce platform and associated integrations. The role will also include support of other change projects where needed in the organization.
As a Salesforce expert and experienced project manager, the post holder will lead and participate in requirements gathering and discovery sessions, understanding organizational needs, defining and mapping requirements, drive user testing and helping to create user stories. Working Closely with their line manager - International Salesforce Developer and Product Owner (SDPO) - they will make sure the organizational requirements are correctly captured and defined, technical requirements are accurately translated, and any change requests follow a clear process.
They will have significant stakeholder management skills, working with staff of all levels across all our countries, as well as external companies, contractors, and third parties. They will lead meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, listen to users' needs, and accurately represent users.
With an understanding of Agile methodologies, UAT, Sprints, and project backlogs, they will be exceptional communicators and bring a proactive and efficient approach to their work.
Requirements for the role:
To be successful in the role you will need to be:
- Experienced project manager with a track record of successful project delivery using agile and traditional project methodologies
- Qualified Salesforce Administrator with proven experience
- Organized - able to project plan in detail, manage project backlogs, report on progress, manage change control processes, explain technical systems requirements in simple terms for non-experts
- Strong communicator able to engage with stakeholders at all levels (internally and externally) and report on project updates in an appropriate and timely manner
- Have experience in training preparation and delivery.

About this role
Following the significant development of EduSpots’ income and activities in the last year, we are looking for an experienced finance and operations professional to provide exceptional support to the Chief Executive Officer, Head of Development, and Head of Operations (Ghana-based) to ensure the development of robust financial and operational systems, policies and processes.
The candidate can work from any location, but will have a strong knowledge of UK law and charity accounting in an international development charity context. You will be a self-starter, able to work independently on tasks assigned, whilst proactively suggesting improvements to our systems, policies and wider strategic development.
We are looking for a team player with a genuine desire to contribute to greater educational equity, with a strong personal alignment to our organizational values of teamwork, care, play, passion, community leadership and sustainable impact.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Work with the UK Finance Officer (volunteer) and Ghana based Finance Manager and Head of Operations to oversee global finances, so that consolidated management accounts and donor financial reports can be produced.
- Support with the roll-out of new accounting software and reviewing intercompany financial processes to ensure accountability and compliance with recognised accounting standards.
- Support with bank account management and reviewing funds transfers.
- In future, possibly manage staff payroll, including tax and pension contributions.
- Oversee the onboarding and screening of new staff, contractors or volunteers in the UK and other locations outside Ghana, including reference checks, criminal records checks, preparing contracts, etc.
- Review and keep organisational policies and procedures (including staff handbook) up to date, staying abreast of any changes in the wider external legal and operating environment.
- Monitor compliance to organizational policies and escalate compliance and operational risks to the CEO.
- Monitor and renew insurance cover.
- Support with other tasks related to finance and operations as time permits.

- Qualification in accounting, or working towards one.
- Experience working on finance within an international NGO.
- Knowledge of governance requirements within a UK charity, and of working in compliance with the Charity Commission of England and Wales.

As Campaigns and Communications Manager you will be responsible for the strategic development and operational delivery of all PINF campaigns and communications. About Lepra
Lepra is dedicated to addressing leprosy and lymphatic filariasis (LF) and their consequences through direct support, advocacy, and the promotion of inclusive communities. We work in Bangladesh and in India, through our sister organisation, LEPRA Society. Background & Context to the Consultancy
Our new Global Strategy introduces some new approaches and priorities to our work, including: our first ever global Theory of Change (ToC), the most detailed Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) approach ever, and a sub-strategy dedicated to research, innovation and technology: the Global Research, Innovation and Technology Strategy (GRITS). With the finalisation of the new strategy, and as part of our ongoing commitment to improving our impact and efficiency, we are now seeking a consultant to provide specialised research support and technical advice.
Purpose & Objectives of the Consultancy
The primary objectives of this consultancy are to lead the transitional phase of the GRITS, creating a detailed operational plan for its implementation; support the management of the existing research portfolio ensuring technical soundness, budget adherence and timely delivery; establish a sustainable pathway for research expertise to be led by in-country professionals.
Scope of Work
The consultant will be responsible for the following key areas over a six-month period:
Strategy Transition Leadership
- Lead the transitional phase of the GRITS.
- Identify and address any gaps or challenges in the current strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth transition.
Operational Plan Management
- Develop a comprehensive operational plan for the rollout of the strategy.
- Establish the initial GRITS processes including the Go no Go; steering group established and functioning.
- Define clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure the plan is realistic, achievable, and aligns with the charity’s objectives and resources.
Support Existing Research Profile
- Review and support ongoing research projects.
- Ensure all research activities are technically sound, within budget, and on time.
- Provide technical guidance and support to research teams.
- Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching to staff and partners.
- Ensure that data sets and tools are appropriately designed and employed.
Pathway to Sustainability
- Create a sustainability plan to ensure research expertise is transitioned to and led by in-country professionals.
- Develop capacity-building programmes for local researchers and institutions
- Establish mentorship and training frameworks to support local leadership in research.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, research institutions, and community leaders.
- Facilitate collaboration and partnerships to enhance the research profile and strategy implementation.
- Ensure transparent and effective communication throughout the transition process.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation framework to track progress and impact of the strategy.

Safeguarding
- Support the implementation of newly developed processes in relation to the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation & Abuse (PSEA) and Safeguarding (SG).
- Ensure safeguarding measures are integrated into all project activities.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will help us to shape and develop the future for the National Cycle Network (NCN). You will design, develop, and maintain the NCN, connecting people and places, and provide traffic-free spaces for everyone to enjoy.
Your experience with managing complex construction projects and your broad understanding of transport planning, will help you lead and support a small team, as you oversee a budget of several million pounds a year, ensuring the delivery of impactful programmes and projects on the National Cycle Network, whilst aligning with Sustrans’ vision and Theory of Change.
You will draw on your experience and understanding of the principles of walking and cycling network planning to support the team with the delivery and quality assurance of Local Cycling and Walking Plans and feasibility studies for active travel routes.
You will help us be financially sustainable too, by taking a strategic approach to funding opportunities. You will help us build relationships with landowners, local authorities, and others, so that we can work in partnership to make things happen. As part of this, we are working with local authorities to create a 20-year plan for the delivery of the NCN, which involves aligning projects with local strategic priorities.
We offer true hybrid working, with a mix of working from Bristol hub at least 1-2 days a week and the opportunity for home working, with flexible hours offered to suit individual circumstances.
This role will require travel and work at locations as necessary to undertake the project on behalf of Sustrans. You will be occasionally travelling across
England. Candidates should be based within a commutable distance of Southwest England.
About you
You will be a brilliant team leader and will build relationships with ease, bringing with you experience of working cross-organisationally and across multiple sectors.
With demonstrable experience of delivering projects and programmes, you will probably have experience within the engineering, urban design, construction management, or land negotiation sectors.
You must have a creative approach to finding innovative solutions, to help us in advocating for sustainable transport and better places across the region.
You must be a skilled communicator with excellent negotiating skills, as you will play a key role in leading your team in reshaping our towns, cities, and countryside in favour of active travel.

Job Title: Project Manager (Technology & Transformation)
Salary: £48,500
Contract Type: Permanent, ideally, full-time (35 hours per week) although part-time or flexible hours may be considered
Working location: Home based. The post holder should expect to come into the London based office a maximum of three days per quarter. Expenses will be paid in line with our Travel and Expenses policy.

BACKGROUND
Magic Breakfast is a registered charity providing healthy breakfasts to children and young people in the UK who arrive at school too hungry to learn, and expert support to their schools. Over 200,000 children and young people are on roll at Primary, Secondary, ASL / Special Educational Needs Schools and Pupil Referral Units that the charity works with, in disadvantaged areas of Scotland and England. Providing breakfast ensures that children start their school day with the energy and nutrition they need to be able to make the most of their morning lessons. Magic Breakfast also undertakes research, and campaigns for long-term solutions to end hunger as a barrier to learning.

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking an innovative Project Manager who is looking for an exciting opportunity to play an instrumental part in the planning and delivery of Magic Breakfast’s technology and data transformation. In this multi-faceted position, you’ll lead the development and implementation of the organisation’s project management strategy and standards, while also championing the ongoing delivery of data-focused technology and transformation projects. The broad and diverse nature of the projects will mean no two days are the same. Your expertise will be critical in maximising the impact of every initiative we undertake.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement the organisation's project management strategy and methodology

Lead on business process mapping and improvement across the organisation
Team Leadership:

Establish and enforce project management standards and best practice ensuring project implementation takes a people-centred approach including training, internal communications, and changes to policies and procedures

Lead and mentor any project managers, providing coaching and development opportunities
Project Management:

Lead and manage technology and transformation projects across the organisation

Develop and execute project plans, objectives and timelines that account for technical dependencies, risks and resource needs
Core Management Group:

Support other team members who have responsibilities supporting Magic Breakfast projects and initiatives in line with Magic Breakfast’s values, supporting and leading as an indirect lead in line with Magic Breakfast’s policies and procedures.
