What will you be doing?
As a Fundraising Coordinator, you'll be the charity’s expert in supporter care, managing donor enquiries and processing of financial gifts (whether online, over the phone or by post). You’ll oversee a varied and interesting workload from supporting the department with general administration duties and carrying out legacy administration, to supporting with fundraising events/activities and writing engaging thank you letters.

across the UK and includes the provision of high-quality content and regular communications.

Accountabilities
There are three main activities within the France team:
- Outreach (student recruitment),
- Programme Delivery (education and training events for students),
- Business development (attracting new sponsors)
The Programme Coordinator will serve as the administrative officer for the team. You will support the France team as needed and have specific responsibilities for identifying and onboarding students at business schools, engineering schools and universities across France, both online (social media, email marketing, webinars) and offline (in-person campus events and sponsored events). You will also play a key role in executing our social media strategy and managing our presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall administration of student events, ensuring exceptional communication and coordination.
- Event management, student and partner communication, and coordination of all relevant stakeholders.
- Posting job opportunities on our student portal and creating content for our newsletter.
- Managing student queries and maintaining relationships.
- Coordinating outreach programmes and managing our Student Ambassador network.
- Identifying and onboarding students, managing relationships with academic institutions and partners.
- Maintaining working documents, event calendars, and reports.
- Thinking creatively to improve outreach programmes and manage social media platforms.
Quality Assurance
- Ensuring all information and student data is managed within GDPR guidelines and updated in Salesforce.
- Running reports to track and monitor events from the CRM.
Required qualifications
- University degree (any discipline)
Candidates without the required qualification will be considered if they have at least 1 year of relevant and relatable work experience in a similar role.

In this critical role you will work closely with the Co-Investigator (Jim Hume, Director of Public Affairs & Communications) to ensure effective and impactful delivery of all project outputs and outcomes. The position is a multi-agency project employed by Change Mental Health and will be working in partnership with NHS Highland Public Health, High Life Highland, Museums Heritage Highland, Highland third sector organisations, local community groups and the academic research team.
Our Project Coordinator will engage very closely with regional and local community members, setting up and chairing groups where required in partnership with the wider research team, researching process and impact, developing a toolkit, and disseminating findings via events and online media and communication.
The position requires travel throughout the Highlands. Therefore we are looking for the candidate to be based in the highlands, or in Edinburgh (at our National Office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the regional stakeholder group; organise and attend the group meetings, deputising for the Co-Investigator (Director of Public Affairs and Communications at Change Mental Health, Jim Hume) as required.

We’re looking for an Programme Co-ordinator & Facilitator to join our SIG Safe Ground’s flagship Family Service. A first of its kind, the Family Service at HMP Altcourse brings together creative interventions for men in custody, bespoke family counselling and daily practical support for families visiting a loved one. Leading this ground breaking service you will work alongside internal & external staff teams to reimagine what family support is within the criminal justice system, working to influence a culture shift at HMP Altcourse and the wider prison system.
SIG Safe Ground are experts in delivering arts-based, therapeutically informed group work, celebrating 30 years of working in prisons in 2025. We’re looking for an action-orientated individual who is passionate about developing creative, family-led ways of working to best support those in crisis. You’ll join a reflective, dynamic team of facilitators, counsellors and family liaison workers supporting those with experience of the criminal justice system to build a practical toolbox to cope and move forward positively.
We are seeking a Programmes Coordinator/Facilitator to join the Safe Ground team in HMP Altcourse, Liverpool and take the lead in the effective setup, delivery, and evaluation of Safe Ground's programmes. The role involves delivering arts-based interventions aimed at supporting participants in their personal development, family relationships, and rehabilitation. You will be based at HMP Altcourse, where you will develop collaborative partnerships with colleagues at the Visitors' Centre, as well as with key prison teams, wing staff, and, most importantly, the programme participants.
You will be required to undertake additional training and vetting as per the requirements of the prison.
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm hours may vary dependent on needs of the service.

- Co-Facilitate workshops and activities to support rehabilitation, combining arts-based interventions with course delivery.

About you
The successful candidate will be employed by the IUCN UK Peatland Programme’s host organisation. The new team member will be pivotal in the delivery of the Peatland Programme’s objectives to champion peatland values. They will have the level of knowledge and experience to drive forward and promote peatland restoration in the UK and be able to advocate the multiple benefits of peatlands through partnerships, strong science, sound policy and effective practice, and communication.
They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Communications and Engagement Lead to drive and deliver the IUCN UK Peatland Programme’s communications activity to promote the benefits of healthy peatlands to a national audience. This will be done primarily through establishing and maintaining good relationships with external contacts and partners and using these networks to identify opportunities and to build the Programme’s reach. You will lead the production of communications materials through design and appropriate messaging, assist their advocacy work, and plan and deliver events such as online workshops and their annual conference.

The peatland agenda has expanded exponentially over the last 10 years and you will need to be an excellent team player and networker to capture what is happening and communicate this to multiple partners and stakeholders. The Communications and Engagement Lead post is a standalone communications post within a small team (9 people) and your ability to quickly develop good relationships with partner organisations will be critical to your success in the role.
You will be lead on the delivery of the communications strand of the Peatland Programme’s activity. You should have experience of designing publications, creating digital content, newsletters, running stakeholder events and managing social media accounts. Purpose of this role
The main purpose of the role is to carry out and assist in the administration and day to day running of the ESU’s educational programmes, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing delivery staff to ensure collective goals and objectives are reached
Responsibilities and Expectations
· Support with the smooth running and delivery of ESU Education’s domestic & international programmes as needed

The Felix Project is London's biggest food redistribution charity and the largest end-to-end food redistribution charity in Europe.
Our vision is a London where no one goes hungry and good food is never wasted.
We rescue surplus food from businesses, supermarkets, restaurants and farms. This food is nutritious, in-date, and safe and includes a high proportion of fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and fish. If we did not rescue this food, it would be at risk of going to waste. Instead, we deliver it free of charge to London charities, schools, food banks, COVID food hubs and other organisations serving people in need. Purpose of the Job
Based for a minimum of 3 days per week in one of our operational warehouses you will help support Felix’s mission through the development of a network of charities, community groups and other key stakeholders involved supporting vulnerable Londoners across London. Your work will help to build the network’s capacity to accept and distribute food through our depot operations, Green Scheme & Felix Connect and non-food items through Felix’s Multibank.
Reporting to the Community Engagement Manager the Community Coordinator’s role will focus on Felix’s school holiday provision. You will be involved in the set-up, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the different programmes throughout the year that provides more than 10 million meal equivalents to families across the 13-week school holidays. Developed from Felix’s regular food delivery models to operate at scale innovation has been part of the development of these programmes. As the Community Coordinator you will be expected to help drive the evolution of the provision and where relevant help deploy as part of our business-as-usual delivery.
You will support your peers, the depot and operational teams, responding to enquiries from the community network to help ensure the smooth flow of food and non-food items whilst delivering excellent customer service. ROLE SUMMARY
This role will report to the Senior Delivery Project Manager responsible for the ongoing development of the Alumni programme. The successful candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to guide our Alumni programme development. You will be responsible for organising events and opportunities for Alumni, such as our annual Professional Development Courses, in addition to communicating with both the Alumni group and the wider team about the programme and opportunities within it. You will also support tracking and reporting the impact of our work with Alumni to different stakeholders. GRADUATE SCHEME SUMMARY
Being an Alumni Coordinator is the first step on upReach’s Future Charity Leaders Programme (FCLP). The FCLP provides you with a unique opportunity to:

1) ENGAGING ALUMNI
Once a student has graduated from university, and subsequently upReach’s core programmes, you will encourage them to engage with a range of activities. You will be responsible for:

Developing content for our Alumni Platform and drive the use of the platform amongst the Alumni group, maximising the number that update their details, sign up for events and support upReach in a variety of ways.

Lead on communication about the programme, both with the Alumni group and with the team and other stakeholders. This includes a monthly Alumni newsletter, whatsapp and social media posts.

Lead on the organisation and further development of the Alumni Ambassador Board, including working alongside the Senior Delivery Project Manager to coordinate the logistics of the group, from sending invitations and reminders, as well as organising content.
2) PARTNERSHIPS & EVENTS Our partners make our support possible, and you will gain hands-on experience developing strong relationships with employer partners. The size and complexity of each varies, but you may typically oversee 1-2 large partnerships or 3-4 smaller ones. This includes:

Being a partner’s first point of contact, and participating in update meetings - for example, updating a funder on Alumni engagement at an event.

Organising Alumni events (virtual and/or in person): This includes promoting them to Alumni, overseeing logistics, and gathering feedback.

4) ROTATIONS IN DIFFERENT AREAS OF CHARITY MANAGEMENT As part of the FCLP programme, you will work on rotational projects designed to give you a greater exposure and understanding of the different areas of charity management.
You will have a six month rotation in each of the following areas during your first 18 months on the programme: (1) Fundraising, Partnerships and Comms, (2) Operations and Strategy (3) Project and Product Management.

To take responsibility for Youth Support Workers, volunteers and colleagues volunteering time to the project, taking charge of a staf f rota and ensuring guidelines are in place and updated regularly to ensure best practice
Outreaching to external volunteer workers and communicating closely with HR
Any other duties are required to be performed within the grade and renumeration of the role

The Hepatitis C Trust has developed projects nationally whereby peers use their lived experience of injecting drug use and hepatitis C, to provide education and training to service users and staff in drug and alcohol, hostel and homeless services, increasing hepatitis C awareness, access to testing and referral to treatment, for people living with hepatitis C.
Do you have experience of working in drug services and with volunteers? Have you been affected by hepatitis C or have you supported anyone who has hepatitis C? We are looking for a passionate and skilled peer lead who has excellent communication and organisational skills. We require a good standard of education and welcome creativity and innovation in all our work.
Working under the guidance of the Peer Programme Manager, this post will continue the development of the project, recruiting and coordinating peers across Cardiff and The Vale of Glamorgan. Working in partnership with hepatitis C clinical teams, drug and alcohol services and homeless service providers, the post will coordinate delivery of awareness raising workshops, hepatitis C testing with a focus on local prisons and community criminal justice settings, ensure that service users are referred and supported through hepatitis C treatment and care.
