What are we looking for?

Flexibility and resilience are key, as you'll need to adapt to changing situations while staying motivated. A full clean driving licence and the ability to work some evenings and weekends are also required.

Main Tasks:
- Pioneer new initiatives to develop children and families’ ministry and expand our outreach in the local area; including appropriate use of the liturgical calendar and community initiatives such as holiday clubs, and toddler groups.
- Recruit and coach voluntary teams, pastoring all members on the Children and Youth teams.
- Build relationships and partnerships with schools, colleges and community groups, and where applicable, be the first point of contact for them.
- To ensure the Church in Wales constitution, policies, and practises are followed and strong safeguarding practises are embedded into their ethos so that all pipeline activities are a safe space.
- Oversee all child protection, organising training and DBS checks.

The Role
As an Estates Manager, you will deliver an effective estate management function across the expansive and diverse Royal Parks Estate.
Your responsibilities will span the management of property-related matters, including non-residential assets and the negotiation of property contracts, ensuring that we maximise value from our property portfolio.

About You

As a CRM Project Data Lead, you will support the successful migration of data to our new Dynamics 365 platform on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external delivery partners to ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of data.
Your key responsibility will be leading the data migration process, from mapping and cleaning data, to ensuring it aligns with our new CRM structure. You'll work closely with our delivery partner to transform data from Raiser's Edge into Dynamics 365, ensuring all data is correctly mapped and validated before migration. Part of your role will involve minimising disruptions during any downtime and advising on potential risks or training gaps that may arise throughout the project.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the migrated data, checking for losses, inaccuracies, or duplications, and developing a robust recovery plan for the migration process. You will also work alongside our delivery partner to carry out thorough testing and validation to ensure the data transfer is accurate and meets the needs of the organisation.
Additionally, you'll support the documentation of data structures and migration processes, keeping stakeholders informed of any data changes or updates. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will provide advice to guide data-led decision-making throughout the project.

We are dedicated to delivering child-centred research to ensure their voice is at the forefront of our work. We use co-design and participatory research methods to challenge power imbalances within research and work with marginalised groups.
Our work includes a diverse range of evaluation designs from feasibility studies and process evaluations through to large-scale, multi-site experimental and quasi-experimental impact evaluations. We work with a range of partners including Foundations, the Youth Endowment Fund, Department for Education, local authorities, the NHS, and universities as well as other third sector organisations. About the role:
We are looking for an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) to compliment our existing IDVA working alongside East London Foundation Trust. This is a full time role but part time would be considered, on fixed term contract. The aim of this role is to support victims of domestic abuse who are inpatients across Bedfordshire. This role will be working with victims of domestic abuse who are predominately risk assessed as standard/medium. - Working within a multi-agency framework consisting of partners as well as MARAC and other local partnerships to offer a coordinated response to domestic abuse.
- Promoting the service and raise awareness of domestic abuse through the delivery of training
You will need:
- Experience of working in support and advocacy with victims of domestic abuse is advantageous
- To be able to prioritise work and deal with competing or conflicting demands/needs and interests and promote organisation interests and values.

Both roles benefit from working at our purpose-built training centre in the rural countryside of Osgathorpe, Leicestershire with hybrid/flexible working opportunities available. Regular site-based working is essential to undertake key tasks such as printing, banking, and posting. Some travel will be required to support with fundraising events.
